Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and incentives on employee performance at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya Permata Estate. The population in this study was 155 people, using the slovin formula, a sample of 62 people was obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of the SPSS for windows version 25 program. The results show that competence has no significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, competencies and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Letters are important documents that are definitely needed in a company. Therefore, it is necessary to do good and correct management of letters so that the letters can be well organized and the process of recovering letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Along with the development of information technology, mail management is carried out centrally using a system called e-office. PT PAL Indonesia participated in using e-office ver 1.0 to manage the company's internal incoming mail. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of incoming mail using the e-office ver application. 1.0 in the Quality Assurance Division of PT PAL Indonesia. The theoretical basis used is the management of incoming mail according to Dr. Durotul Yatimah. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, which are then presented and compared with the theory used. It was found that the management of incoming mail by using the e-office ver application. 1.0 in the Quality Assurance Division of PT PAL Indonesia is in accordance with the indicators in the theory of incoming mail management according to Dr. Durotul Yatimah. In the future, PT PAL Indonesia can create an e-office ver application. 1.0 in mobile form that can be installed on employee cellphones so that notifications of new incoming letters can be read immediately.

Abstract

The work environment is very important in the business world because the work environment can affect employee motivation in carrying out tasks which in turn has an impact on the resulting performance. Writing this Final Project aims to find out how the physical work environment in the Consumer Service Unit at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Madiun Telecommunication Region is based on the theory of the physical work environment by Asriel, et al. (2016). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out by presenting the data, then a discussion is carried out by comparing the factors of the physical work environment which include color, lighting, sound control, air, and music. From the discussion, it was found that in choosing color accents on doors, windows, and wall banners using bright colors, the color of the furniture contrasts with the color of the walls. Lighting can reach the entire room, but some lights need improvement and some employees are dazzled in the monitor screen area. In terms of sound conditions, there is noise and sound disturbance that comes from the sound of vehicles from outside and the sound of people talking in the room. Overall air regulation is good, there are functioning AC facilities and no air pollution occurs. Music is not always played but it depends on the wishes of the employees, as well as various types of music.

Abstract

Secretarial administration means the entire process of implementing a series of structuring activities for office work and other assistance tasks, in order to support the smooth achievement of organizational goals. Secretarial administration has the objective of securing company secrets. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out by presenting data related to the role of the corporate secretary as the organizer of secretarial administration at PT INKA Multi Solusi Madiun. The results obtained show that the corporate secretary has the role of organizing secretarial administration at PT INKA Multi Solusi Madiun in accordance with Gaol's theory (2015) covering five things. First, the recording of management activities, namely the recording of correspondence, guest books, disposition of incoming mail, internal document expeditions, telephone books. Second, implementing the administrative center, carrying out collection, recording, sending, duplicating, archiving activities. Third, as a corporate communication tool, the corporate secretary acts as an intermediary for conveying information. Fourth, executors who hold company secrets, use filing cabinets, filing cabinets, computers as media. Fifth, as a documentation center, recording, compiling, archiving important company files.

Abstract

Konsep pendidikan karakter dalam hadis-hadis ala Nabi SAW melalui telaah pemahaman secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Mengungkap relevansi hadis-hadis Nabi SAW dalam perspektif pendidikan karakter masa sekarang. Permasalahan yang ada dijawab melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data-data dikumpulkan dari berbagai referensi; baik primer, sekunder, maupun data pendukung. Data-data yang ada dianalisis dengan pendekatan observasi pengamatan dengan cara content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1. Pendidikan karakter yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini mengandung karakter atau perilaku manusia atau anak terhadap Tuhan, diri sendiri, sesama manusia, dan lingkungannya. Beberapa konsep pendidikan karakter yang dapat diungkap dari hadis-hadis Rasulullah SAW tersebut adalah: Pertama, bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai karakter itu harus dilandasi dengan sebuah pengetahuan yang baik. Nilai-nilai karakter harus diperkenalkan terlebih dahulu kepada anak sebelum nilai-nilai tersebut ditanamkan kepadanya. Kedua, penanaman nilai-nilai karakter itu harus dilakukan secara bertahap agar karakter anak itu terbentuk de gan sendirinya. Sebagai pendidik, Rasulullah SAW tidak pernah menuntut kepada ummatnya untuk memahami ajarannya dengan cepat. Ketiga, Rasulullah memiliki karakter kepedulian kepada anak, perempuan, dan sesama manusia agar zaman sekarang menajadi anak yang berkarakter sperti rosul. 2. Konsep pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan Rasulullah kepada para sahabat dan umatnya melalui hadits-haditsnya sejalan dengan teori-teori pendidikan karakter yang dikemukakan para ilmuwan masa pembentukan generasi bangsa. Sebagai pendidik Rasulullah SAW mendidik ummatnya dengan kepribadian yang luhur. Materi yang beliau ajarkan senantiasa selaras dengan akhlaq yang sangat mulia maka geunerasi bangsa ini menjadi manusia sholeh dan slekhah. Beberapa metode pendidikan yang diterapkan Rasulullah Muhammad SAW sejalan dengan metode pendidikan karakter pada umumnya, yakni: metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat, penanaman rasa ingin tahu, menampilkan prilaku yang luhur, dan sejenisnya dengan tujuan yang di cita-citakan bangsa Indonesia demi merubah menjadi negara maju.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints in the use of office facilities and infrastructure in administrative service activities at the Operational Unit of the Bank Tabungan Negara, to determine the ability of employees to improve the quality of administrative services, and to choose the efforts made by companies in carrying out maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection was obtained from various data such as literature studies and observations. The results of the study show that there are various obstacles faced by employees in using office facilities and infrastructure, multiple efforts made by employees affect the quality of administrative services, and the company's efforts to maintain office facilities and infrastructure affect administrative service activities.

Abstract

The use of cloud storage is considered to be able to help companies, especially digital businesses, in integrating data, besides that from the user side, it will be more cost- and time-efficient, but there are also weaknesses in its implementation. This is a concern for researchers to conduct research and discuss further about the level of effectiveness of cloud storage utilization and whether in this company it is necessary to improve the quality of its electronic archive storage media. This research was conducted on employees one of digital marketing company in Jakarta as users of cloud storage media as electronic archive storage or as research respondents. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. After obtaining the data needed, researchers start processing data starting from the reduction process, display, to drawing conclusion, and verification.

Abstract

The management of product returns, commonly known as reverse logistics (RL), has emerged as a critical concern for organizations in recent times. This is primarily due to the rising volume of returned goods, which has prompted companies to take notice and address the issue, especially in the food industry. The objective of this study is to examine the Impact of Reverse Logistics on the Supply Chain Performance mediated by Product Life Cycles in the food industry in East Java, Indonesia. The methodology employed in this study is explanatory methods and illustrates the interrelationships between variables through hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 and PLS. Furthermore, a method of surveying was implemented to retrieve data from purposeful sampling for 30 respondents from different companies who are proficient and possess reverse logistics. The results indicate that utilizing of supply chain performance indicators or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can assist organizations in gauging the effectiveness of their supply chain performance in accomplishing reverse logistics aims concerning expense management and heightened profitability through the contemplation of the product life cycle.

Abstract

Managing good relationships with customers can be applied to a concept known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The implementation CRM allows companies to personalize interactions with customers. Based on available information, companies can provide specific and personalized services to each customer. Improving service quality makes customers feel valued and important, this will increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the application of Customer Relationship Management strategies in the field of Corporate Courier and Logistics at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ngawi Branch Office. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection through interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out with data exposure and discussion. The results of the research show that the implementation of CRM strategies at the Ngawi Branch Post Office is carried out in seven stages. In the first stage, one-to-one marketing, customer IDs are made and interact personally. Then conduct employee training, provide complaint services, and conduct promotions. Furthermore, in addition to conducting routine visits and marketing directly or through social media, it also conducts free pick-up services. The last stage is to make the process continuous.

Abstract

Every bank tries to offer the best choices and facilities attracting customers due to the emergence of new competitors operating in the same field; with this, the bank is certainly trying to maintain its image well. The image of a bank is important for a company because it maintains its customers so that they remain loyal, and even non-customers can be attracted to the bank and not switch to existing competitors. This research aims to determine the role of the image of the Bank Muamalat Madiun Branch Office in forming customer loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample in this study used 30 respondents with purposive sampling data collection techniques. The primary data used is a questionnaire, and secondary data is obtained through documents such as books and articles. The research results show that there is a role or influence on the image of Bank Muamalat Madiun Branch Office in forming customer loyalty, as proven by the results of hypothesis test calculations (t-test). It can be seen that the significance value obtained is 0.000
