<![CDATA[The progress of the fish farming business, from hatchery to enlargement, is increasing from time to time. It can be seen from the increasing interest. The type of fish farming that is mostly carried out is the type of freshwater fish cultivation accompanied by technology that continues to develop. The role of natural feed as one of the determining factors for the success of fish hatchery businesses is often an obstacle because most cultivating communities still depend on natural products. Availability of natural food is important considering the mouth opening of fish larvae is small while the size of the feed that is not suitable is often a factor in the occurrence of premature death in the cultivation process. In addition, the amount of artificial feed that is not consumed by fish has the potential to damage the quality of the waters in the culture containers. Silk worms are an important natural feed in supporting fish hatcheries, freshwater fish are a determinant of the success of hatchery businesses both in terms of quality and quantity. Knowledge about silk worms is still very little known to the public. The result of this dedication is expected. The Pokdakan Maju Together with Mesuji, can utilize the waste of snakehead fish cultivation as a medium for the cultivation of silk worms (Tubifex sp.). <![CDATA[Fish health is one of main problems faced by fish farmers, one of them is Adipati Farm, an ornamental fish business located in Kedaton, Bandar Lampung City. The occurrence of fish pests and diseases often causes business failure. The lack of knowledge upon quarantine process and good fish health management system is one of the main factors causing fish mortality. The objective of this event was to increase the knowledge about the quarantine process and good fish health management that can help them to increase the succession rate of fish farming process. The method used in this activity is a participatory counseling method with lectures and discussions from the participants. The discussions between resource persons and participants done regarding fish quarantine techniques, fish health management, and the benefits of both applications. The result of this activity is additional knowledge, insight, and awareness of the participants regarding the priority of quarantine and fish health management and their application to support ornamental fish farming businesses. <![CDATA[One of the potentials owned by Desa Fajar Baru, Jati Agung Regency is livestock, especially goats. However, the excesses caused by farm animals, especially dirt, have a huge impact on health and the environment. In addition, people's habit in processing the manure to be used as compost is less optimal so that agricultural products often do not have maximum impact. Currently, during the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred all over the world, caused an economic recession and decreased income of farming families. With the activities of the training program of making fertilizer from goat manure this gives a new passion impact to farmers. This simple, effective and efficient method of making compost is a new knowledge and experience for farmers in Desa Fajar Baru. This fertilizer is made by adding some materials available in nature easily and cheaply, but provides effective results, both in terms of manufacture, process and use and relatively very short use. Thus, this training provides a new hope for farmers to abandon the old way and provide solutions to the outbound economy and have a positive impact on the environment. <![CDATA[Fajar Baru Farmer Group is also faced with the problem of less effective and efficient maintenance management, namely feeding that does not meet the needs and nutritional balance. It is necessary to carry out feeding management that suits the needs and nutritional balance of livestock. This is to create an independent and sustainable Fajar Baru Farmer Group in the cultivation of superior seeds in South Lampung. This community service activity uses two methods, namely presentation and demonstration. The community service was held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the Fajar Baru Village Livestock Group Chairman's house at 10.00 WIB until completion which was attended by 33 Fajar Baru Village farmers. First, the speaker gave a presentation on the nutritional needs of goats and sheep, what substances and nutrients are needed by goats and sheep during life and breeding, what feeds can be used, and what alternative feeds can be developed at the service location. Furthermore, a demonstration of making ammoniation of rice straw waste which is widely available at the service location was carried out. <![CDATA[Jatiagro farming is a tourist destination in Lampung, precisely in Jati Mulyo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung. Jati Agro Farming is a plantation-based tourist attraction or agro-tourism with a plant nursery area which is used as an educational tourist attraction. This service activity innovates in developing Jati Agro Farming with the addition of an Agrofarma park. Agrofarma tourism is an agricultural/plantation tourism specifically for medicinal plants, which aims to provide education to the public about medicinal plants, their processing and their properties or benefits for treating a disease. The problems with Jati Agro Farming were initially limited to Human Resources (HR) which were still lacking in terms of expertise in managing plants. Jati Agro Farming does not yet have reliable human resources in the field of crop management. So many of the medicinal plants that existed previously died. Apart from that, Jati Agro Farming does not have superior products that are different compared to similar tourism. The results of the activities in the first stage were the creation of a nursery, starting from the creation of a nursery measuring 4x5 m, made of light steel with a waring roof, then preparation of medicinal plant seeds. In previous data, Jati Agro had 19 types of medicinal plants, but many have died due to neglect and only 12 types remain, which are dominated by the most common finds. The addition of medicinal plants through community service activities in the first stage included 50 types of medicinal plant seeds and they had been labeled and identified the active compounds contained therein and their benefits for treating various diseases. <![CDATA[Currently, there are still many people who do not care about what they eat and drink, both adults and children. The problem faced by the Indonesian people is the low awareness of meeting nutritional needs, one of which is consuming milk. Milk is a source of animal nutrition that contains protein, nutrients and enormous benefits for health. This happens due to a lack of knowledge about how to recognize safe snacks, food, including drinks. The importance of knowledge about drinking milk is still not fully distributed in society, especially among children at SDN 3 Margo Dadi, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. Socialization of the benefits of drinking milk is carried out to increase children's awareness of increasing milk consumption. This activity is carried out in stages, namely 1). field observation 2). counseling, and 3). UHT milk drinking demonstration and will be held on Thursday 23 October 2023 at 13.00 WIB until finished. The benefit of this activity is that it provides students with knowledge about the importance of consuming milk every day. Students prefer the chocolate flavored variant of UHT milk because the sweet taste is really liked by children.]]>

<![CDATA[Nail art merupakan kegiatan atau seni melukis kuku yang sekarang digandrungi oleh remaja hingga orang dewasa. Nail art tidak hanya menjadi trend dalam fashion wanita, melainkan memiliki manfaat seperti membantu wanita mengatasi masalah seperti kuku mudah patah, bergelombang, bahkan untuk memanjangkan kuku. Salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang kecantikan ini adalah Nailgenic yang terletak di Jalan Pangeran Antasari Bandar Lampung. Nailgenic merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa nail art yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2022. Usaha ini memiliki potensi yang cukup menjanjikan terutama di hari-hari tertentu seperti haru raya besar, acara tertentu, atau sekedar mempercantik kuku. Namun, Nailgenic masih menggunakan pembukuan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pembukuan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Misalnya data transaksi sulit diakses dan dianalisis serta laporan keuangan tidak akurat. Oleh karena itu, Nailgenic membutuhkan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivotas pembukuan. Salah satu solusi yang diterapkan adalah menggunakan aplikasi kasir Moka Pos. <![CDATA[Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), yang juga dikenal sebagai Pembelajaran Pelayanan Masyarakat, adalah kegiatan wajib bagi mahasiswa dari institusi pendidikan tinggi tertentu sebelum meraih gelar. Mata kuliah ini mengharuskan mahasiswa untuk mengunjungi area tertentu selama periode tertentu. KKN melibatkan keterlibatan dalam masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan, yang dilakukan oleh komunitas akademis, khususnya mahasiswa, untuk secara langsung membantu dalam pengembangan desa dan penerapan praktis ilmu pengetahuan. Inisiatif ini menempatkan mahasiswa di luar lingkungan kampus, mendorong pemikiran kritis dan memungkinkan mereka memahami dan menganalisis potensi masyarakat, dibantu oleh instruktur dalam pemecahan masalah. Selama KKN, mahasiswa menghadapi beragam tantangan dan tugas, memperoleh pengalaman langsung dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program kerja, yang meningkatkan pola pikir mereka. Penyelaman dalam komunitas memungkinkan mahasiswa menemukan identitas mereka, mengarah pada pertumbuhan dan perbaikan pribadi. <![CDATA[Pakan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berperan dalam usaha peternakan, namun saat ini keterbatasan lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai lahan hijauan pakan ternak semakin terbatas karena dipengaruhi oleh pembangunan yang masif. Pembuatan silase pakan adalah salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan keterbatasan hijauan, khususnya pada saat musim kemarau. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu untuk memberdayakan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk pembuatan pakan silase. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik pembuatan silase dengan menggunakan rumput gajah, dedak, dan molases. Respon peserta sosialisasi secara umum baik dan positif, hal ini dapat diketahui berdasarkan antusiasme peserta yang sangat tinggi saat sesi diskusi dan juga saat praktik pembuatan silase. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan, diharapkan peserta pengabdian dapat melakukan pembuatan silase pakan ternak secara mandiri sebagai antisipasi kekurangan pakan hijauan khususnya saat musim kemarau.
