Abstract

This study uses a statutory legal approach, where the level of success depends on law enforcers in handling a case in the investigative and investigative stages. The use of the law can legally ensnare perpetrators who have been proven guilty of committing a crime. This study aims to find out the legal arrangements in Indonesia for fraud in cybercrime and what regulations are the basis for law enforcement officials in efforts to deal with criminal acts of fraud in the form of online buying and selling. Cybercrime is a form of crime that arises because of the use of internet technology. The rapid development in the use of internet services invites crime to occur. With the increasing number of requests for internet access, crimes against the use of information technology are increasing following the development of the technology itself. More and more parties are harmed by the actions of the perpetrators of cybercrime if there is no law that regulates it. Prior to the enactment of the ITE Law, legal officials used the Criminal Code in dealing with cases of cyber crimes. This criminal act of fraud can be charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code as a criminal act of fraud or Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law concerning regulations regarding the spread of false and misleading news that harms consumers. Or you can be charged based on both articles at the same time, namely, 378 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning fraud and/or ITE crimes.

Abstract

Lecturers and students have a close relationship in building good learning motivation. Through learning when lectures take place is a major effort in developing the potential possessed by these students, motivation plays an important role in creating a quality learning process. This can be realized, of course, cannot be separated from the role of the lecturer who always socializes students in the educational aspect. Socialization is also carried out in the learning process including in increasing the learning motivation of these students. The stimulus and response that occurs between students and lecturers will affect the lecture objectives that have been prepared previously. This is because between motivation and results are always related to each other. This research is a qualitative descriptive study in which the results of this study explain that the communication that exists between lecturers and students in motivating learning for Communication Science students at Hang Tuah University Pekanbaru is carried out face-to-face or directly and also indirectly through WhatsApp media. Through personal communication between lecturers and students, lecturers try to provide motivation and direction for students to have high learning motivation. Messages delivered persuasively and messages conveyed by lecturers lead to the achievement of lecture objectives to be achieved by students

Abstract

This study aims to find out the phenomena in transgender life both in communication and social life. The application of supporting theory in this problem is by discussing communication patterns within the family (internal) scope and Peter L.Berger's approach of thinking which discusses the social reality of a transgender person. This research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, data collection techniques using free interviews addressed to informants based on criteria according to the researcher's assessment. The results of this study are the existence of communication patterns within the family as one of the factors in assessing one's identity towards the environment. As well as to explore this problem, a real-life thinking approach is needed, namely Peter L. Berger's approach in which in examining a person's life it is seen from several supporting factors, so that transgender people can describe the reality of their life based on these factors.

Abstract

In the current era it is so difficult for young people to get permanent jobs, therefore many of the youth of Dusun III still live in villages with makeshift jobs, which since a long time ago the youth have not received attention either from the community or from the chairman of the youth organization. The purpose of this research was to identify youth empowerment in Karang Taruna youth group III in Sungai Ungar Utara village. In this study the approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach and will produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior.This phenomenon is studied by researchers in depth using George Homans theory of social exchange. Based on the results of the study, there are three concepts, namely activities, interactions, and also feelings where activities discuss what youth youth activities are about this empowerment program, then the interactions discussed in this study are with whomever this youth organization interacts with, with the institution. what are these youth organizations interacting with. As well as the feelings discussed in this study are the feelings of Karang Taruna youth in implementing this program to be better than before, then feelings can motivate others or to themselves.

Abstract

National unity and integrity are crucial for political stability and security in Indonesia. However, during political campaigns, differences in political views and interests often lead to conflicts that can threaten national unity and integrity. This challenge is becoming more complex in the digital era and social media, where information can easily spread and reinforce polarization. Therefore, this research aims to examine the challenges of maintaining national unity and integrity in Indonesia amidst differences in political views and interests during political campaigns and efforts that can be made by the community and the government to overcome these challenges. This research is a normative legal research. The data collection method used is a literature study by reviewing literature related to the research object. Data analysis is carried out systematically based on the research problem formulation and described qualitatively. The challenges faced by society in maintaining national unity and integrity in the political year are framing narratives that reinforce polarization, spreading false information or hoaxes, using hate speech, and using identity politics. Efforts need to be made to overcome these challenges, such as increasing digital and media literacy, developing a better understanding of human rights and equality, and promoting constructive and inclusive dialogues between different social groups. Active involvement from all parties, including the government, society, and media, is also crucial in maintaining national unity and integrity during political campaigns.

Abstract

Humanitarian volunteers are an important aspect of the armed conflict between the two countries. Although to help civilians who are in the midst of a humanitarian conflict, a volunteer often has to bet with his soul. This condition is most likely experienced by one or a group of humanitarian volunteers who work in the middle of an area of ??armed conflict for the realization of a sense of humanity and concern for others. This study aims to find out about the position of humanitarian volunteers according to international humanitarian law. Then, the data collection techniques used in this study is an of normative research. The results of the study showed that the protection of humanitarian volunteers is viewed from international humanitarian law that according to the distinction principle in humanitarian law that humanitarian volunteers fall into the category of non-combatants or who are not the object of attack. Protection was provided to humanitarian volunteers in international humanitarian law according to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Protocol I, and II because if there is a violation of the Geneva Convention, the crime is an international crime and will be tried in the international criminal court according to the Rome statute of 1998.

Abstract

The dynamics of society and advances in technology demand that da'wah activities not only use conventional-traditional methods, dealing directly with da'wah audiences, but shifting to the use of digital media as an instrument for the continuation of da'wah in the current era regardless of whether it applies to oneself, family or society. and nation. This paper is expected to broaden knowledge, especially on the theme of objects or targets of da'wah in the Koran: self, family, community and nation. The method used is library research, namely by collecting data related to the theme of discussion and problems taken from library sources. There are two main substance of da'wah targets: a). oneself, namely: knowledgeable and practicing it (Al-Baqarah, 44); practicing conformity between words and deeds is an obligation to achieve a degree of perfection (Ash-Shaff, 2 and 3); b). family, community and nation, namely: giving warnings and perfecting da'wah to others in order to get the good of Religion and the World (Asy-Syuara, 214); gentle demeanor and speech reflect the morals of the Prophet; Rude attitude broke the da'wah relationship (Asy-Syuara, 215); escape from iniquity (Asy-Syuara, 216); and not letting go, but trying to invite goodness (Tafsir Al-Munir, Wahbah Az-Zuhaili); Don't be apathetic if people reject the Qur'an; if there are humans who go so far as to commit violations, then there is nothing to be afraid of (Inspirational Tafsir, Zainal Arifin Zakaria)

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but its impact can still be felt. Likewise with MSMEs in the city of Pekanbaru, feeling the impact of the decline in customers causing decreased turnover. However, Mendoan Om Ndut's business at the Tugu Keris Round about tour was able to survive and was able to overcome this problem by carrying out promotional activities on Instagram using the services of influencers. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective Instagram is as a medium for promoting Mendoan Om Ndut's business and to find out whether there are factors that become obstacles in promoting Mendoan Om Ndut's business on Instagram. This study used qualitative research methods. Based on the results of this study, the success of Instagram in promoting the Mendoan Om Ndut business is through experiential marketing strategies, namely sense, feel, think, action and relation. Supported by the results of interviews with researchers, it can be seen that promotions on Instagram are very effective, so that the Mendoan Om Ndut business can survive. Mendoan Om Ndut experienced a significant increase in subscribers and turnover, currently Mendoan Om Ndut has experienced business stability to date.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of assistance carried out by the Bathin Limo Bomban Mineh Institute in empowering the people of West Minas. As for this type of research is descriptive qualitative, with research informants totaling 6 (six) people with categories namely 1(one) person as key informant and 5 (five) supporting informants. The results of this study are that there is a companion role carried out by the bathin limo bomban mineh institution such as providing educational scholarship assistance for Sakai tribal children who are assisted by companies operating in the area and discussion by inviting the Sakai tribe community to be able to make changes towards better, providing direction and training in making handicrafts.

Abstract

This article presents the results of research women and da'wah on the Keputrian UKMI Ar-Royyan at UNRI.  This study aims to describe the role of women and the da'wah movement carried out by the Keputrian UKMI Ar-Royyan.  This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: First, the role of Muslim women of UKMI Ar-Royyan in preaching is adjusted to the vision and mission they have so that the goals to be achieved. Second, the form and movement of da'wah in the UKMI Ar-Royyan Keputrian there are three bureaus, namely the  Muslimah development, female circle bureau, and Muslimah syiar bureau.  Third, the obstacles in preaching and how to maintain ukhuwah obstacles that usually occur in the form of differences in perception or differences of opinion as for how to maintain ukhuwah by holding MABIT agendas and meet ups or meetings to strengthen ukhuwah between one Muslim woman with another.
