Abstract

As one of the villages in the Panimbang Regency, Tanjung Jaya Village provides some promising business potential, especially timber artisan. However, this business opportunity has not been fully utilized by the people of Tanjung Jaya and MSME actors. Therefore, this program aims to develop strategies regarding the standardization of MSMEs Timber professionally and independently to support income and improve the welfare of the people in Tanjung Jaya Village. The implementation method used is interviews with MSME actors. First, the researcher asked MSME actors in Tanjung Jaya Village about managing a business professionally, innovatively, creatively, and independently. Next, researchers will score and triangulate the results of interviews with the Tanjung Jaya community to carry out MSME development strategies. Implementing these activities positively impacts the people of Tanjung Jaya Village to increase business potential, especially in the MSME sector. In the end, this program can support income, improve the welfare of Tanjung Jaya Village's people, and contribute to increasing economic growth in Panimbang Regency

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of several antecedents of customer satisfaction in e-commerce industry, namely web design, time saved, product variety, and delivery performance, and their consequences on customer satisfaction and word of mouth. The investigation used purposive sampling with repeat buyers as criteria. 100 samples were eligible and feasible to test after validity and reliability are concluded. The results show that website design, time saved, and delivery performance are significantly influence on customer satisfaction. In the meantime, website design, time saved, and product variety were effect on word of mouth. In addition, the result also confirms the hidden role of customer satisfaction as intervening variable partially.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the quality of public services at Tomohon Municipal Market Agency. The research method used a qualitative approach and informants as data sources were determined by purposive (purposive sampling) and snowball sampling. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documents. Data analysis is an interactive qualitative analysis with data analysis activities, which are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the public service quality of Tomohon Municipal Market Agency responded by the community as service recipients, traders or sellers and visitors of Tomohon Beriman Market was not satisfactory. This response is based on an assessment of 4 out of the 5 dimensions used to analyze and measure service quality, (1) physical aspects (tangibles), (2) dimensions of awareness or desire to help the community or customers and provide fast service, (3) dimensions of politeness, trust, and respect for consumers, and (4) dimensions of approaching, and trying to determine consumers’ wants and needs have not been implemented properly, excluding for dimension (5) the ability to provide services appropriately and correctly has shown the professionalism expected in carrying out its services.

Abstract

 This research aims to investigate how price, service quality, and perceived value affect customer satisfaction among consumers of Telekom Malaysia broadband. This quantitative research distributed an online questionnaire to collect data from 271 current or former customers of Telekom Malaysia Broadband. The findings concluded that service quality and perceived value have significant positive relationships with customer satisfaction, whereas price possesses a significant negative relationship with customer satisfaction. The findings contribute to the continuous improvement on customer satisfaction among consumers of Telekom Malaysia broadband and other telecommunication providers by improving price, service quality, and perceived value.

Abstract

This research was conducted to fmd out the influence of motivational work environment and work towards the achievements of the work of employees in the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. The method used is correlational which focuses on a discussion of the relationship between variables X and Y variables. the working environment supports the work and the high motivation of working employees will encourage the creation of good working achievements among employees. Theoretically work environment and work motivation will work together to form a pribasi employee who upholds the job and always maintain good relations or relations with fellow officers and superiors that ultimately gives the feel is good for the improvement of work achievement a clerk in the Office of the Department of education, youth and sports of Minahasa Regency. Evidenced by the magnitude of the results of research influence between variables work environment and motivation the achievement of variable working on education department employees work , youth and sports district Minahasa 63.5 % is simultaneously. This can be concluded that the work environment and motivation can affect the work of 63.5 % department of education employees to work performance , youth and sports district Minahasa .The magnitude of influence between variables x on variables y is 63.5 % where the rest of the percentage of employees work performance to evaluate the department of education , youth and sports district Minahasa 36,5 % is determined by other factors. From these results it appears that the work environment and work motivation alike contribute a sizable work achievement against the employees of the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. This is because with a conducive environment and the high motivation of creativity will create new and excellent service to the community.

Abstract

After the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, e-shopping has grown substantially. Consumer purchasing behavior changed from physical mode to online mode. They comprehended the convenience of purchasing goods on E-shops such as Shopee. Shopee is Malaysia's most popular e-commerce platform, and its user base increased significantly following the pandemic. It created a significant obstacle for Shopee to maintain and enhance consumer satisfaction. Consequently, the purpose of this paper is to discover the factors influencing consumer satisfaction with Shopee in Malaysia. In this study, six factors were identified: perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived trust, perceived price, and perceived convenience. Our study used an online survey questionnaire created using Google Forms. Through the study, a total of 151 Shopee users from Malaysia were gathered. SPSS will be used to analyze the respondent data to determine the significance of each factor in relation to customer satisfaction. The results of this study show that perceived price, perceived convenience, and perceived security have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. However, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, and perceived usefulness are insignificant in influencing customer satisfaction among Shopee users in Malaysia. This research gives essential information and guidance for enhancing Shopee's customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of applying the zonasi system policy on New Student Admissions (PPDB) in Junior High Schools (SMP). This study uses a qualitative approach with field observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the zonasi system in PPDB in junior high schools had positive and negative impacts are: 1) the positive impact of the zoning system policy is to make schools more sensitive to the diverse needs of students. In addition, every teacher must be able to improve his quality at the time of learning related to the varied abilities of students, and 2) helped students with low minimum test score obtain an education. The negative impacts are: 1) the zonasi system makes good schools less good because the main components in PPDB are no longer based on academic achievement, and 2) limits students in choosing schools.

Abstract

During the global pandemic, e-learning became even more popular and used by many educational institutions worldwide to facilitate the students' learning process. Students can easily get the related materials and resources from e-learning. This research intends to examine the level of students’ satisfaction with e-learning and their learning experiences during the global pandemic. The quantitative research method was carried out using a questionnaire survey and online research. A total of 150 students from different institutions in India and Malaysia have participated in the survey. The survey was carried out through Google Form and the data were exported to be analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that most of the students were satisfied with e-learning and how it helped them in their studies. The results of this study indicated that convenience flexibility was significantly related to students’ learning experiences.

Abstract

Our aim is to investigate the concept in previous research on English Language Education towards digital-based marketing. We use Content Analysis to compile scientific articles from emerald, Science Direct, and Korean science as well as books written by experts in the field of English Education and Marketing. Digitalization is very important for companies and society to adapt. This digitalization is forcing organizations to explore new possibilities while continuing to use existing technologies in established companies. Companies need a marketing system to support the business. The ethical marketing system adopts an attitude that is consistent with the ethical and sustainable marketing concept and demonstrates courteous and ethical behavior to increase sales.

Abstract

Solutions Resolve for Problem Encountered of Entering New Market in Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) F&NHB is among the oldest and most successful businesses in Singapore and Malaysia with core expertise and leadership in the food, beverage and other sectors. 135 years ago, two visionaries who are John Fraser and David Chalmers Neave formed The Singapore and Straits Aerated Water Company to produce carbonated soft drinks. This company eventually became one of the region’s food and beverage giants which is Fraser & Neave (F&N). Now, this company had been listed on Bursa Malaysia’s main board. F&NHB has an annual turnover in excess of RM 4 billion from its core business in the manufacture, sale and marketing of beverages and dairy products. In the present work, there are a problem encountered for entering new market of F&NHB according to our research. In fact, entering new market is a big challenge for every company because it represents the company must expand its business scope to make more profits. Before entering new market, F&NHB must determine the problems which will be faced in the future through analysing the political environment, economic environment, social and technology environment. Therefore, information is gathered to make the best decision for the market entry. Subsequently, solutions will be sought out and discussed to solve the issues which occurred in following new market through investigation. We will collect the data needed by referring the company website and other websites then analyse data to make the assignment completed.
