Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of visual content on social media on Generation Z's purchase decisions, with brand engagement as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of Generation Z in Palembang City, totaling 135 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with criteria for Gen-Z individuals aged 12-27 years, social media users, and those who have made purchases through social media. This study employs a quantitative method with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool to test the relationships between the proposed variables. The results show that visual content has a significant effect on purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through brand engagement as an intervening variable. Brand engagement is proven to mediate the relationship between visual content and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of managing creative and relevant visual content for brands to build emotional connections with Generation Z, thus driving purchase decisions. This study offers practical implications for marketers to enhance social media-based marketing strategies to more effectively reach Generation Z.

Abstract

Audit quality is an important aspect that is influenced by various factors, both internal and external auditors. Factors such as competence, independence, ethics, and professional concerns in auditors significantly impact audit quality. This study aims to determine the influence of auditor competence and professionalism on audit quality with audit fees as a moderating variable. The research method used is associative research, which tests the influence between variables. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely auditors who work at Public Accounting Firms in Medan City. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and moderated regression analysis. This study's results show that auditors' competence and professionalism significantly affect audit quality, and audit fees cannot moderate the relationship between auditor competence and professionalism and audit quality

Abstract

This study explores the organizational capacity of the Jeneponto District Government in implementing the Integrated Local Health System (ILP), focusing on infrastructure, technology, and financial resources. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key stakeholders such as government officials, health workers, and community members. The findings highlight several challenges, including inadequate health infrastructure, limited availability of medicines, and a shortage of health workers in remote areas. The use of digital systems for monitoring remains suboptimal due to technical limitations and lack of ICT support. Financially, support for Posyandu operations and incentives for cadres are uneven, with budget commitments from local governments needing improvement. The study emphasizes the need for stronger organizational capacity through better infrastructure, improved digital health systems, and sufficient financing. Collaboration across sectors and firm political commitment are essential to ensuring the success of ILP and advancing primary health care services.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of information disclosure on the management of banking risks based on previous research. Various studies show that better disclosure in financial reports can reduce the uncertainty faced by external parties such as investors, regulators, and creditors, as well as improve the efficiency of risk management by the bank's management. This study explains that transparency can strengthen the trust relationship between the bank and its customers, and can minimize risk management in decision-making. On the other hand, lack of transparency or insufficient disclosure can increase uncertainty and may lead to higher risks in decision-making, which can ultimately affect the financial stability of the bank. Increasing transparency in the disclosure of both financial and non-financial information is expected to help reduce bank risks and enhance the overall stability of the financial system.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) and artificial intelligence (AI) have been the subject of numerous studies. This study looks at how the development of artificial intelligence and improvements in the oil sector affect human resource management. AI may be used by human resources (HR) professionals in recruiting and employee evaluations. By polling 200 HR experts from various Libyan oil businesses, the study aims to ascertain if the inventiveness and usability of HR operations influence the interaction between artificial intelligence and human resource functions in the Libyan oil sector. The hypothesis that these two variables are positively correlated was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a relationship between better HR functional performance and a rise in the use of AI in the workplace. There is evidence, meanwhile, that artificial intelligence (AI) affects human resources in innovation and convenience. AI's utility and innovativeness are closely tied.

This qualitative case study examines the organizational resource capability of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in conducting financial audits in Takalar Regency, Indonesia. The research focuses on analyzing APIP's resources, including routine combinations, specific objectives, non-tradability, and organizational strategy. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that APIP Takalar Regency has a structured auditor competency level, systematic work mechanisms, quality-focused auditor recruitment, and continuous competency development. However, challenges exist in auditor shortages and maintaining independence with local auditors. Achieving audit objectives requires support and commitment from supervisors and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Efforts to maintain auditor integrity, independence and objectivity include higher allowance policies and a code of ethics. However, APIP's position under the Regent poses dilemmas in reporting potentially unfavorable audit results. APIP's organizational strategy is based on HR development, key performance indicators, HR improvement budgets, and auditor training programs. Increasing APIP's capability level is a key objective

Abstract

In recent years, social media is not only used as a platform for information exchange but also plays a significant role in transforming consumer shopping behavior. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing purchasing decisions in TikTok video content. The factors analyzed include the Bandwagon Effect, Visualization, User Experience (UX), Interactivity, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). A quantitative approach was adopted, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Hypotheses were tested using regression analysis supported by SPSS software. The results revealed that each independent variable individually has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Moreover, multiple regression analysis demonstrated that all five variables collectively influence purchasing decisions in TikTok video content. These findings are expected to help companies and businesses develop more effective social media content strategies, particularly on TikTok, to enhance promotion and increase sales.
