Abstract

The purpose This research is to create a prototype of Banana Chip Making Machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying) with thermocontrol, so that oil temperature during frying time is more awake and gas efficient. Methodology This study was conducted by designing Banana Chip Making Machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying) equipped with thermocontrol, where the slicing process is done by using a moving knife with eccentric system. Then the sliced banana will go straight into the frying pan with a controlled cooking temperature to produce a banana chip with a better maturity level. Result, this research resulted in a prototype of Banana Chip Machine making machine with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying), after testing machine performance, it was found that this machine has a capacity of 4 kg / hr where, 20 minutes for incision and 40 minutes for frying with the frying temperature reaching 250 degrees Celsius. The findings, This study found the design and prototype of Banana Chip Machine Maker with 2in1 integrated system (slicing and frying), where the machine produces better banana maturity. Abstract

An inclusive development does not only rely on economic growth but also on the creation of equitable access to growth outcomes. Government spending has an important role in promoting efficiency and economic growth as well as equity. Meanwhile, financial inclusion is believed to be able to expand opportunities to contribute to growth. Previous studies have proven the influence of both on inclusive growth with varying results. This study aims to analyze the impact of government spending in the fields of health, education, economy, and social protection, as well as financial inclusion on inclusive growth. Using panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2015-2019, this study applies a random effects model. The results show that education spending and the level of financial inclusion can foster inclusive growth. This finding confirms that public investment in education will expand access to education to increase human capital and labor productivity, as well as competitiveness and wages, while the inclusiveness of financial services increases access to more affordable credit. On the other hand, economic spending has a negative impact on inclusive growth due to the development gap. Meanwhile, health and social protection spending have no impact on inclusive growth. The implication is that health and economic spending policies must be directed at ensuring people's access to more equitable economic opportunities. Monitoring and provision of a more active social assistance also needs to be improved. Keywords: Financial Inclusion, Government Spending, Inclusive Growth, Panel Regression

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using red ginger and brotowali either singly or in combination as herbal ingredients used in drinking water on broiler chicken productivity. This research was conducted at the Lampung State Polytechnic using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications and each replication consisted of 5 broiler chickens. The treatments consisted of: P0 = drinking water without the addition of red ginger and brotowali extract (control), P1 = drinking water + 1% red ginger extract, P2 = drinking water + 5.12 ml/kgbw of brotowali extract, P3 = drinking water + combination of red ginger extract and brotowali. The variables observed included ration consumption, body weight gain, ration conversion and mortality. The results showed that the addition of red ginger and brotowali extracts in drinking water, either singly or in combination, had a significant effect (P<0.05) on body weight gain, ration conversion and mortality, but had no significant effect on ration consumption. The conclusion of this study is that the application of herbal ingredients in drinking water can improve the productivity of broiler chickens. Keywords: broiler, red ginger extract, brotowali extract, productivity.
