Food has always been a strategic topic in development at both the global and national levels, because fulfilling food is a right for every citizen whose quantity and quality must be guaranteed in a safe and nutritious manner. By using secondary data and panel regression,Fixed Effect Model is the best model chosen to be used in this research. Partially, rice land productivity, population and agricultural labor have a significant effect on food security in the provinces of Java and Sumatra Islands. Together or simultaneously the variables of rice land productivity, population and agricultural labor have an influence on food security. There is a need for efforts and an active role from the government and society in optimizing the implementation of policies related to the protection of agriculture and human resources in order to maintain sustainable food security.

Abstract

The shift in consumer shopping from offline to online, and then to a hybrid of the two, combining the benefits of each to overcome the disadvantages of both. This study focuses on the dimensions of omnichannel retail quality. The emphasis is on analyzing consumer behavior in offline, online, and combined omnichannel retail channels. The rapid growth of this retail channel is due in part to the ease and security of payment, though there are still those who use the cash-on-delivery system. The methods employed include a review of the literature on omnichannel research articles, consumer surveys, and data documentation on business phenomena. SEM was used to examine the relationship between IOC, VOC, CS, and CL. The software used is Smart PLS 4. The goal of path modeling, particularly reflective models such as PLS, is to estimate the variance of endogenous constructs, as a result from their respective manifest variables. The findings of this study can be used to test OC intensity and OC shopping value in providing consumers with shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Relevant marketing implications and future research are advised.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide empirical findings regarding a range of determinants that may impact accounting conservatism. Specifically, the research will examine the effects of company size, CEO ownership, and independent boards. Secondary data, specifically information derived from annual financial reports, is utilised in this study. Information for financial reports is acquired from the IDX data stream and website. From 2013 to 2022, the population of this study comprises all banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Significantly positive effects of board independence and company size on accounting conservatism are demonstrated by the findings of this study. Furthermore, CEO ownership has a significant negative impact on accounting conservatism, according to the findings of this study. The findings of this study present a practical illustration for stakeholders regarding the responsibilities of shareholders, which may prove beneficial in overseeing the organization's operations. This research demonstrates that when a company is owned by its CEO, its conservatism decreases. The findings of this research have implications for decision-makers who rely on financial reports. Stakeholders can place trust in managers who provide information about the company through financial reports that reflect its condition. This is supported by the research results, which indicate that conservatism in practice corresponds to the political cost hypothesis, which states that as the size of a company increases, so does conservatism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the volatility of food prices, especially rice, in Central Java from 2020 to 2023. Food price volatility can have a negative impact on consumer welfare and costs. Indonesia, as a country that still imports basic food needs, is vulnerable to food price volatility. Spikes in food prices can cause inflation to rise and economic growth to decline, which impacts the condition of people's households, especially the poor. This research uses a quantitative method using ARCH GARCH timeseries data. The results of this study are expected to identify and analyze the volatility of rice food prices, predict rice food prices at the end of 2023, and determinex Bank Indonesia's policies related to rice food price volatility. This research is based on the concepts of volatility, food prices, and inflation. Quantitative methods such as ARCH and GARCH models are used to analyze the volatility of rice food prices. Secondary data is used in this study, and the research steps include data collection, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation of results to provide recommendations.
