Abstract

The Manpower and Transmigration Office, also known as Disnakertrans provides direct services to the community, including the issuance of the AK-I cover letter commonly known as the "Kartu Kuning”. A significant issue has emerged at the Disnakertrans, where the process of obtaining an AK-1 takes more than 20 minutes, surpassing the average time expected by job seekers. Additionally, daily quotas for AK-I issuance are restricted due to Covid-19 regulations. To assess and enhance service quality for AK-I issuance at Disnakertrans Banten Province, a service satisfaction method is imperative. This study employs the Fuzzy Servqual method. The research reveals a noteworthy negative gap in the reliability dimension, particularly concerning two attributes. The first attribute (Question 7) addresses the ability of officers to guide job seekers through the AK-1 application process. The second attribute (Question 8) pertains to the accuracy of officers in entering data according to the specified requirements. These findings underscore the importance of addressing issues related to the reliability dimension, particularly the officer's ability to guide the application process and ensure accurate data entry. By focusing on these aspects, Disnakertrans can make targeted improvements to enhance overall service quality and meet the expectations of service users.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with a bank-based country structure. Credit is the largest component of banking assets. Credit growth with the low interest rates and low standard criteria for potential borrowers will have an impact on the credit risk faced by banks. The purpose of this study is to look into the effect of credit growth on the risk and performance of Indonesian conventional banks. This study uses dynamic panel data with the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) approach. There are 3 hypotheses to be tested: first, the relationship between credit growth and credit risk using a credit loss approach. Second, the relationship between credit growth and bank profitability using a bank interest income approach. Third, the relationship between credit growth and bank solvency using the ratio of capital to assets. The data used in this study is taken from 93 conventional commercial banks registered with the Indonesia Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) in the period of 2009-2019. The results showed that credit growth has a significant negative effect on credit risk and has a significant positive effect on the profitability and solvency of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Mosque Prosperity Council or Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) has a role in managing Islamic funds which include zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf, the use of which is aimed at improving the welfare of the people. In order to be able to play its important role in achieving and increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the management of community funds, the Mosque Prosperity Council is expected to have a formulation for performance analysis and determining strategic steps in organizational development. Through a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature or literature review, researchers compiled a balanced scorecard formulation with 4 (four) assessment perspectives, namely financial perspective, learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, and customer perspective as an analytical tool for measuring the performance of the Mosque Prosperity Council. By identifying these four perspectives, it is then expected to be able to interpret the condition and performance of the Mosque, so that it can help the Mosque in identifying areas of strength and areas of improvement, as well as formulating strategic goals for the development of its organization. It can also help the Mosque to communicate its progress and impact to stakeholders, including worshipers, donors, government and the wider community.
