Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the behavioral intention/actual behavior of adoption of Mobile Kasir Point of Sale (Moka POS) users using Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have a major contribution to the Indonesian economy, especially MSMEs in Jakarta as an economic center of the nation. During the pandemic, MSMEs are increasingly aggressive in optimizing the use of digital technology in accounting such as Moka POS. The research method is a survey using electronics questionnaires to MSME owners in Jakarta who are using Moka POS. The data analysis technique used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software approach. The result shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have a positive effect on behavioral intention, and behavioral intention also has a positive effect on actual behavior to use the Moka POS. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions did not positively affect actual behavior to use the Moka POS. This study contributed theoretical and practical contributions to behavioral accounting. Keywords: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Moka POS, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to identify the effectiveness of the supply chain from the point of supplier selection. This study is important because some businesses in Indonesia are not interest how to choose and determine the quantity of suppliers that can support the productivity of the company. This study uses Ayam Goreng Nelongso as a case study. Data analysis that obtained as the basic of writing this journal is through interviews with related parties. The theory that applied in this journal are based on the material that has been submitted by the author's lecturer to find the best strategy for choosing supplier. Abstract

The benchmark for the success of SMEs to be able to win in the competition is through marketing performance, especially because SMEs are currently becoming something important in supporting Indonesia's economic growth and the quantity of SMEs (the number of SMEs) is a big potential in the economy. Indonesia as a cultural country has the opportunity to develop products based on local wisdom. This research is a quantitative study, the population in this study is Ulos cloth SMEs assisted by the UKM and Cooperatives Service in North Sumatra Province. The population is 221 and the samples are spread over the area. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data from this study.

Abstract

In general, teacher creativity has a main function that helps get the job done quickly and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study to determine the direct effects of organization culture and Perceptions of organizational support for the creativity of high school teachers. This study used 165 high school teachers in Indonesia. The results show that organization culture has a significant and positive effect on creativity by 0.629. Perceived organization support also has a significant and positive effect on creativity by 0.389. The implications of this research to be able to improve the creativity of teachers, every schools in Indonesia need a strong organizational culture and support from the organization.

Abstract

Student entrepreneurship program at the Universitas Negeri Manado one of them, namely in the context of forging workshop is beneficial for students to develop specialized knowledge and technical skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of student entrepreneurship program to the success of the workshop in the field of found the idea and generate it. The research method used was a qualitative study which is located in the Faculty of Economics UNIMA. Data collection was through interviews with key informants consisting of UNIMA Faculty of economics, The results showed that the success of the Student Entrepreneurial Program Faculty Workshop UNIMA seen this workshop graduates have been successful in helping students become new entrepreneurs as seen from some students or graduates who have attended workshops known to have small-scale entrepreneurship. Students (graduate/ undergraduate) who have completed the workshop greatly from the student entrepreneurship program and the holding of student entrepreneurship training through workshops Faculty Economics UNIMA. With the holding of this workshop is to make graduates equipped to entrepreneurship because with the provision of these skills allow them to open a business or business-related fields of knowledge gained from the training in the workshop The conclusion of the research workshop training is one method that is helping students to acquire skills that can be used to entrepreneurship. Suggestion that students need continuous training in order to increase expertise in the field of well logging techniques, electronics,machinery, and other technical expertise. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership behavior and employee commitment to work performance of employees in Maleo Unit Multi Nabati Sulawesi Corporation. The company faces the challenge of how to improve the work performance of employees. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 94 employees who work in the company. This study consist of three variable Leadership behavior is measured by the ability to motivate, direct, communicate, decision-making, and responsibility. Employee commitment is measured by acceptance of organizational objectives, loyalty, compliance with organizational rules, work engagement, and acceptance of organizational values. Work performance is measured by cooperation, creativity, time utilization, quality of work, and quantity of work. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis are known that the value of 9.19 where is the value of F_test > F_tabel or 9,190 > 3,097, with a significant rate of 0.00 which means less than 0.05 or 0.00 < 0.05. This means there is a simultaneous influence between leadership behavior and work commitment to the work performance of employees in Maleo unit Multi Nabati Sulawesi Corporation.

Abstract

Accounting Information Systems are defined as computer-based systems that process financial information and support the task of decision making in the context of coordination and control of organizational activities. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of incentives, level of education, experience, and skills on the effectiveness of accounting information systems at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik. The sampling technique used in this study is a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that incentives, levels of education, experience, and skills have a positive effect on improving accounting information systems at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is toanalyze determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction that impact on financial performance of LembagaPengjkreditanDesa (LPD) in Bandung regency. Method, Dataobtained from 5 LPD and use 244 respondents with purposive sampling technique and collection was done using questionnaires.The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and tested with SPSS 24 application. Result, Result of this study is leadership style have positive effect to job satisfaction and financial performance, organizational culture have positive effect to job satisfaction but have negative effect to financial performance, while job satisfaction as intervening variable have positive effect to finance. The findings of this study are for suggestions that can be given is to the village credit institutions expected to pay more attention to employees to the creation of job satisfaction so that will realize the purpose of the LPD. In addition, the leadership of the LPD also pay more attention to the pattern of action or style of leadership. With strong leadership style applied and supported by good organizational culture, it will improve company performance.s Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Income inequality is a reality that exists in the midst of the world community, both developing and developed countries. Income inequality  (Gini Index) can cause social turmoil in society such as crime rates etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze income in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency in 2020. Quantitative analysis was conducted to determine the factors that influence income inequality in the 2020 period, namely the Human Development Index (HDI) and the Unemployment Rate. parsia, the human development index has a positive and significant effect on income inequality, while the unemployment rate has no significant effect on Gini Index. The implications are expected to be regulations that can improve education, health and per capita income.

Abstract

Nowadays, the concerns of environment are becoming a very important global issue, including for organizations. The existence of an organization in the long term depends on the application of its environmental policies. Responding to a greater Environmental Awareness, organizations are becoming more concerned about managing green human resources (GHRM). Attention to employee green behavior appear from the employee’s necessities to use resources wisely and responsibly. Although the literature on GHRM gets a great attention and discussion among industry practitioner, however research that showed GHRM’s practice and its contribution to employee green behavior in organization is limited and requires more review in the academic literature. The aims of this research are (1) reviewed the literature on the relationship between GHRM practices and employee green behavior in organization; (2) explore the definitions provided by researchers regarding the term "GHRM" and present them to make interpretation of the GHRM concept. Secondary data and desk research methods are used in this study. The findings in this study highlight the status of green human resource practices such as green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, green involvement and green pay and reward simultaneously associated with the employee green human behavior both task or voluntary in the organization. Employee green behavior is considered to provide enormous benefits and does not damage the environment. This study provides a comprehensive literature review to measure human resource practices that can provide a broader focus for further research and for practitioners. Current study is more important for developing countries, which have alarming environmental issue and government regulations that have not been implemented properly.
