Abstract

Social media is an appropriate platform for conveying electronic word of mouth related to products, services, and brands to other users. One of the social media that can generate electronic word of mouth is TikTok. Conceptually, experts say electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) communication can influence a company's brand image and consumer purchase intentions. However, e-WOM research via Tiktok is still limited in Indonesia. Therefore, to conduct such research, the researchers judgementally recruited 183 respondents as the sample. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS version 8.0 for data analysis, the researchers found that electronic word of mouth positively affects brand image. Furthermore, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Moreover, brand image mediates the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. Future researchers are suggested to use other social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue included in the APBN among other revenues. All taxpayers are required to pay and report taxes owed, but the annual SPT reporting reported by taxpayers from year to year is still not optimal, of course this is an obstacle to increasing taxpayer compliance. The research was conducted to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions, quality of tax services, and the application of the e-filing system on the compliance of individual non-entrepreneur taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Kramat Jati. The data obtained in this study amounted to 100 questionnaires distributed using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses multiple regression with the SPSS program. The results of the research data test have a Sig value on the t-test for the taxpayer awareness variable 0.000, tax sanctions 0.350, the quality of tax services 0.002, and the application of the e-filing system 0.194. The research conclusion obtained is that there is sufficient evidence that awareness of taxpayers and tax authorities have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, tax sanctions and the implementation of e-filing don’t have enough evidence to have a positive impact on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

In the current era, business is experiencing very rapid development, one of which is the smartphone assembly industry. With the high demand for smartphones from the public, companies will compete to be able to produce quality smartphones with predetermined standards and specifications. Quality control is needed by the company to maintain the products it produces. It is known that the company's production target is 99.50%. However, this target has never been achieved due to a large number of defect  smartphones. Based on calculations using SPC and DMAIC, it is known that most defects are found in production line 1 with the type of smartphone product type B and the type of defect, namely LTE test fail. For this reason, the research that will be carried out in this study focuses on the LTE test fail  defect. The cause of main problem in this research is machine error. Before the repair, the %p value was 2.6%  and after the repair was carried out by restarting the machine every 2 hours, the %p value was 1%.

Abstract

The study employs a qualitative approach to analyze how provincial banks define materiality, take into account stakeholders, and pinpoint material issues.. The study is focused on nine state banks. A case study research approach using materiality assessment variables was adopted. The sampling strategy used was called targeted sampling. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data visualization, and inference. Landesbank defines materials as critical issues with significant impact. Customers are the most influential stakeholders. The most important material issues for organizations are related to social issues. Landesbank's materiality assessment is good, but clearly needs improvement. Banks with already-good materiality ratings can be kept, while provincial banks with still-poor materiality ratings can have their ratings raised. Keywords: Materiality, Stakeholders, Sustainability Report

Abstract

This study analyzed the performance of SMEs influenced by information communication technology, supply chain management, and competitive advantage. The researcher selected the bakpia-producing SMEs in Sleman Regency as the population in this study. This research analyzed the data collected from the questionnaires using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method using the SmartPLS v.3.2.7 software. The results of this study show that not all hypotheses are accepted. The first hypothesis is accepted where supply chain management positively affects competitive advantage. Supply chain management also affects SME performance positively; thus, the second hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the third hypothesis is accepted, where information communication technology positively affects supply chain management. Two hypotheses are not accepted. The first is the fourth hypothesis: information and communication technology do not affect competitive advantage. The second is the fifth hypothesis: competitive advantage does not affect SME performance. The research team suggests bakpia-producing SMEs to improve information and communication technology and supply chain management practices.

Abstract

Taxation is the most significant source of state revenues, accounting for the majority of revenue. National development is a current government program, where local development is one of the plans. Local taxes are one of the sources of tax revenue. The realization of local tax collections in DKI Jakarta Province is predicted to have only reached 44% of the objective in September 2022, a 23% decline from 2021. The goal of this research is to determine the impact on the population, gross regional domestic product and inflation on local tax revenues. This is quantitative research that relies on secondary data, namely time series data which is then processed using Microsoft Excel 2019. The techniques utilized for analysis are descriptive statistical analysis and the classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis population  and gross regional domestic product has sufficient evidence of a positive effect on local tax revenues, the government should be able to improve people's welfare and improve the sectors in the gross regional domestic product. Meanwhile, inflation does not have enough evidence of an affect on local tax revenues.
