Abstract

Hadith is the second teaching of Islam after the Koran. The Hadith contains all the words, deeds and provisions of the Prophet Muhammad. But sometimes those traditions do not originate from the Prophet and are called false traditions. The rise of fake but popular hadith in the community is very alarming. With the rise of false traditions that are contrary to the teachings of Islam it is expected for Muslims to always hold fast to the values of the Koran and As Sunnah so as not to stray far from Islamic teachings. With the study of traditions that are not only fixated on the books and books of traditions such as the study of traditions on YouTube is very easy for humans. Existing hadith studies provide positive values and an understanding of the science of traditions for seekers of hadith studies. For example, studies of fake hadiths are rife in public life delivered by a well-known Ulama and graduates from abroad as well as experts in the science of traditions such as Adi Hidayat. The false traditions conveyed are related to the phenomena that exist in society. The explanation related to the false traditions in social media is very interesting and makes it easy for the hadith seekers to find the criteria of fake traditions and examples of fake traditions. The fake hadith according to Adi Hidayat is anything that does not originate from the Prophet and his narrators are liars and cannot be trusted such as the hadith of cleanliness in part from the faith. That is an example of a false but popular tradition.

Abstract

 The industrial revolution is a period in which technology is increasingly advanced accompanied by increasingly significant changes in the social, economic, and cultural fields. Communication technology is not only defined as a means of communication but can lead to the educational process. This brings great challenges for parents. Parents have to learn many things in order to direct their children to face the challenges in this era. So that children are able to take advantage of the development and progress of their time. The purpose of this study is to find out some verses of the Qur'an as a solution to the problems faced by families in the industrial era 4.0. This research was conducted by means of a literature study. The reference sources used are primary sources from a number of books and books as well as secondary sources from relevant journals. The result of this study is that the Qur'an explains the importance of cooperation between husband and wife to achieve family education, namely fostering the generation of qurratu a'yun, pious and pious generations. To face challenges in the industrial era 4.0, parents need to instill basic religious education to their children, namely Aqidah (faith), Knowledge of Halal and Haram, Moral Education, Worship Education, and skills education. This is an effort so that children can adapt to their times in accordance with applicable norms. The purpose of this study is to find out some verses of the Qur'an as a solution to the problems faced by families in the industrial era 4.0. This type of research is a literature study. The pattern of this education is carried out through family education in order to create a generation that is able to respond to the challenges of the industrial era 4.0 in accordance with the teachings of Qur'an and Hadith. Hence, parents need to instill the basics of religious education to their children, namely Aqidah (faith), Fiqh, Moral, Worship, and skills education. This is an effort so that children can adapt to their times in accordance with applicable norms.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an sebagai solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi keluarga di era industri 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Revolusi industri merupakan masa di mana teknologi semakin maju disertai dengan semakin signifikan perubahan pada bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Hal ini membawa tantangan besar bagi orang tua. Orang tua harus mempelajari banyak hal agar dapat mengarahkan anaknya untuk menghadapi tantangan di era ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keluarga merupakan basis utama dalam membentuk generasi bangsa dan agama. Orangtua perlu memberikan nilai-nilai yang bisa menjadi teladan bagi anak-anak. Pola pendidikan tersebut dilakukan melalui pendidikan keluarga agar terwujud generasi yang mampu merespon tantangan era industri 4.0 yang sesuai dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Maka orangtua perlu menanamkan dasar pendidikan agama kepada anak yaitu Aqidah (faith), Fiqh, Akhlak, Ibadah, dan pendidikan keterampilan. Hal ini merupakan upaya agar anak mampu beradaptasi dengan zamannya sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku.

Abstract

This article discusses Maqasid Shariah upholding the position of Islam as the official religion of Malaysia as enshrined in the Federal Constitution. However, other religions are allowed to be practiced freely for as long as it does not interfere with public order. The upholding of Islam is as stated in Article 3 (1) of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia through the Malay Rulers at state level and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at the Federal level, the establishment of the Islamic Religious Council in each state and also the responsibility of the National Council of Religious Affairs. This is because Islam is the religion of Allah S.W.T. and it is the greatest gift to save and protect people from catastrophes. This study uses secondary sources and library research methods. The findings show that the position of Islam in Malaysia is upheld through the implementation of Maqasid Shariah. This is in line with the current situation of plural society in Malaysia where everyone is given freedom to practice their religion and culture.

Abstract

This research focuses on describing the implementation of Islamic spiritual care of the clinical nursing students at the State Islamic University (UIN). The implementation of Islamic spiritual care has not been done well by nurses. Clinical nursing students are the forerunners of nurses, but no one has examined the description of the application of Islamic spiritual care carried out by clinical nursing students in State Islamic University (UIN). This research method was descriptive quantitative. Samples were students of the clinical nursing students of UIN Jakarta and UIN Alauddin Makassar, 40 respondents. The results showed that most respondents applied Islamic spiritual care well (52.5%). The most well-implemented component is instilling optimism for healing that comes from God (60%). Students need to improve their self-competence in Islamic religious knowledge to become more competent in providing Islamic care to patients. The head of the clinical nursing program needs to emphasize efforts to increase Islamic spiritual competence in the clinical practice setting of learning guidelines through the guidance process and learning achievement targets.Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui penerapan perawatan spiritual Islam mahasiswa Ners di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN). Penerapan asuhan keperawatan secara holistik khususnya dalam aspek spiritual karena masih sangat minim dilakukan oleh perawat di tatanan pelayanan keperawatan. Mahasiswa merupakan cikal bakal perawat dan peneliti belum menemukan penelitian tentang penerapan perawatan Islam oleh mahasiswa Ners di lingkungan UIN. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu mahasiswa Ners UIN Jakarta dan UIN Makassar masing-masing 40 responden. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian responden menerapkan perawatan spiritual Islam dengan baik (52,5%). Komponen yang paling banyak diterapkan dengan baik yaitu menanamkan optimisme kesembuhan yang datang dari Allah (60%). Mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan kompetensi diri dalam ilmu agama islam sehingga menjadi lebih kompeten dalam mebrikan perawatah islam kepada paeien, program studi Ners perlu lebih menekankan pada upaya peningkatan kompetensi spiritual islam pada tatanan praktik klini pedoman pembelajaran, melalui proses bimbingan maupu target capaian pembelajaran.

Abstract

The philosophy of Islamic education is an attempt to search for concepts that direct human beings among the various symptoms of various educational processes in a holistic and comprehensive design based on Islamic principles. The source and values of education in the view of Islamic education philosophy is derived from Allah SWT, so that all sources and values developed in the school of classical and modern education are very much different from the development of Islamic education philosophy. The development of human aspects in the view of the schools of philosophy classical and modern education only touches on certain aspects, whereas in the view of Islamic education philosophy should refer to all aspects of human nature in Islam Filsafat pendidikan Islam adalah usaha untuk mencari konsep-konsep yang mengarahkan manusia diantara berbagai gejala yang bermacam-macam proses pendidikan dalam rancangan yang berpadu dan menyeluruh berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Sumber dan nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam pandangan filsafat pendidikan Islam adalah berasal dari Allah Swt, sehingga semua sumber dan nilai yang dikembangkan dalam aliran pendidikan klasik dan modern sangat jauh berbeda dengan pengembangan filsafat pendidikan Islam.Pengembangan aspek-aspek kemanusiaan dalam pandangan aliran-aliran filsafat pendidikan klasik dan modern hanya menyentuh beberapa aspek tertentu, sedangkan dalam pandangan filsafat pendidikan Islam harus mengacu ke semua aspek hakikat manusia dalam Islam.

Abstract

Sharia-based policies can be understood as tangible manifestations in increasing regional participation in the development of religious life and assisting government work programs. The Mayor of Padang gave rise to sharia-based policies because seeing the condition of the students in Padang many did not care about the rules set in religion and many had violated the rules and norms of religion prevailing so far in the Minangkabau culture in general and the City of Padang in particular, as well as many students who are not good at reading the Koran and other religious rituals such as prayer, remembrance and so on. For the political elite, the ABS-SBK space is not only a cultural construction but also a political space. They make the cultural jargon as a policy orientation through the emergence of regional regulations, so that ABS-SBK becomes something formal-legalistic. From mapping the formulation of policy models, sharia-based policies use a more problem-oriented policy formulation process.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the quality of hadîth shalih in the book Sunan Abiy Dâwud which was disputed by Nâshir al-Dîn al-Albâniy and Syu'aib al-Arnauth, namely by using library research (library research), which is to collect accurate and relevant data. This is then processed with a descriptive qualitative analytical approach through inductive and comparative thinking methods. In addition, it also uses the hadîth research step to determine the quality of hadîth both from the side of the sanad and its eyes. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the hadiths termed shahih Abû Dâwud, which are also debated by  al-Albaniy and  al-Arnauth in assessing their quality, when tested with authentic criteria do not necessarily mean maqbûl or authentic quality. and hasan, but some have the status of dha'if. Thus hadîth shalih can contain two possibilities, namely lil i'tibâr (to be studied) or li al-ihtijâj (used as evidence). Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji kualitas hadîth shalih dalam kitab Sunan Abiy Dâwud yang diperselisihkan oleh Nâshir al-Dîn al-Albâniy dan Syu’aib al-Arnauth, yaitu dengan menggunakan library research (penelitian kepustakaan) yaitu mengumpulkan data-data yang akurat dan relevan dengan pembahasan ini kemudian diolah dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif analitis kualitatif melalui metode berfikir induktif dan komparatif. Di samping itu penulis juga menggunakan langkah penelitian hadis untuk mengetahui kualitas hadis baik dari sisi sanad maupun matan-nya. Berdasarkan analisa dapat disimpulkan bahwa hadis  yang diistilahkan shâlih Abû Dâwud, yang juga diperdebatkan  al-Albâniy dan al-Arnauth  dalam menilai kualitasnya, ketika diuji dengan kriteria ke-shahih-an tidak serta merta berarti maqbûl atau berkualitas shahih dan hasan,  akan tetapi ada yang berstatus dha’if. Dengan demikian hadîth shalih dapat mengandung dua kemungkinan yaitu lil i’tibâr  (untuk dikaji) atau  li al-ihtijâj (dijadikan hujjah).

Abstract

Menurut hukum Islam praktik aborsi dilarang karena sama saja dengan membunuh manusia, aborsi hanya dapat dilakukan karena kedaruratan Medis. Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No.61 tahun 2014 pasal 31 huruf b tentang kesehatan reproduksi, praktik aborsi dilegalkan bagi korban pemerkosaan, untuk menyembuhkan phisikis korban pemerkosaan yang hamil yang tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai kedaruratan., selain bertentangan dengan hukum islam, aborsi tidak dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi untuk mengembalikan korban pemerkosaan yang hamil untuk bisa kembali bangkit dari tekanan mental atau phsikis menanggung beban malu ditengah masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah suatu cara yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yang dibandingkan dengan ukuran standar yang telah ditentukan. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian Pustaka (library research) yaitu, mengumpulkan data-data, membaca, menelaah mencatat dan analisa untuk membangun pengetahuan melalui pemahaman dan penemuan.v Sumber data yang penulis gunakan yaitu sumber Sumber data primer.Sumber data primer yaitu sumber data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber utama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maupun pembahasan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan, bahwa dampak negatif legalitas aborsi akibat pemerkosaan lebih besar dibandingkan dampak positif sehingga aborsi akibat pemerkosaan dilarang, hukum asal aborsi menurut hukum Islam pada Maqashid syariah dilarang (haram), perlu sekiranya peninjauan kembali PP No. 61 tahun 2014 pasal 31 huruf b terhadap legalitas aborsi akibat pemerkosaan

Abstract

The Umayyad dynasty was approximately 91 years old, with 14 leading caliphs. The reign of Umar ibn Azis was regarded as the golden age of the regime, as many of the policies he had done, and that had been prosperity for the people. Different from the governments of the other caliphs, regarded by most historians as the caliphs who made the people in misery. For this, the article aims to analyze the glory achieved by Umar ibn Azis in the reign of the Umayyad dynasty. The methods used are historical research methods, ranging from source search (heuristics) that are limited to historical books in libraries, then criticism of Sember (internal and external criticism), verification and Last is historiography. From the research conducted it can be shown that during the reign of the caliph Umar ibn Abdul Aziz who did not have a long time to print the history of the glorious civilization, both in terms of the knowledge and life level of society that has been able to enjoy Prosperous life is safe and peaceful. The Baitul Mal by the previous Umayyad caliphs was used as a sovereign or property that is free to be spent by the Palace families. It is different in the time of the end of the Umar because at the time of his treasure Baitul Mal made As the people's. Umar bin Abdul Aziz was also very attentive to the hadith as a source of teaching both Islamic teachings. He issued adequate funds to record the hadith to be registered and documented well and neatly and made a scientific reference in religious studies and Islamic legal studies. Not only the hadith that received attention, but the science of interpretation, history, and politics is also recorded. In terms of the expansion of the territory of Islam, very few wars in his time because in the development of Islam is more lively by using the advice that is full of wisdom so that many people enter Islam. Thus the reign of the caliphate of Umar ibn Abdul Aziz, which was the Golden age for the Umayyad dynasty.

Abstract

This article attempts to examine the book of al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim which is a book of hadith written by Ibn Kathir. Kitab al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is the second part of the book of al-Bidayah. Kitab al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim contains about the signs of doomsday, major events that have and will occur before the coming of doomsday, a picture of heaven and hell excess of the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is an explanation of ma'sni al-hadith, the quality of the hadith, and some rijal al-hadith. While the shortcomings of the book al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim is that not all the traditions written in it are complete, and the composition is not systematic. The traditions collected in the book of al-Nihayah fi al-Fitan wa al-Malahim are included in the difficult category.
