Abstract

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) are global health problems that cause morbidity and mortality. Non-adherence in treatment is a problem of the failure of HIV/AIDS patients in undergoing ARV treatment. One of the efforts that can be done with a Short Message Service (SMS) reminder is to determine the effectiveness of SMS reminders in improving medication adherence to ARV in people living with HIV/AIDS. His study uses a narrative literature review method with critical, objective, and comprehensive analysis. The keywords are taken from electronic databases ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar. The search results on the data found as many as 244 articles published from 2016 – 2021, after which a full-text review of the feasibility of the articles was carried out and had articles for the literature review and obtained 6 articles that met the criteria and were relevant. In conclusion, SMS Reminders can facilitate interaction between patients and health care providers in increasing adherence to ARV treatment in people with HIV. It is recommended to use SMS reminders for more variety of problems in HIV patients so that this study can be helpful for HIV patients in general.

This study uses a Chi-Square design. The population is 38 people, and the research sample is presented. Data were collected by data analysis using chi-square. Results: the study showed that the variables, namely knowledge (p=0.007) and information and research (p=0.010), had a significant relationship with health workers' compliance in using PPE in Dumbayabulan Health Center. Meanwhile, perceptions of risk (p=1,000), barriers (p=0,252), workload (p=0,160), safety climate (p=0,313) and availability of facilities and facilities (p=0,517) did not have a significant relationship with compliance. health workers in the use of PPE at Dumbayabulan Health Center. Abstract

Gastritis is one of the non-communicable diseases which is a public health problem. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2018), the incidence of gastritis in Indonesia is 40.8%. South Tangerang recorded as many as 8,432 (10.43 percent) people reported experiencing gastritis symptom syndrome; this makes gastritis one of the ten most common diseases in South Tangerang. This study aimed to determine the association between sex, frequency of eating, mealtime, frequency of irritating eating and stress with gastritis symptoms. The method used in this study is a rapid survey of 210 samples determined through two-stage cluster sampling and then tested univariately and bivariate using Chi-Square with α=0.05. The results showed that there was no association between sex (p-value = 0.087) and mealtime (p-value = 0.273) with gastritis recurrence. There is a relationship between eating frequency (p-value = 0.009), risk eating frequency (p-value = 0.000), and stress (p-value = 0.000) with gastritis symptoms. This study concludes that the factors associated with gastritis symptoms include the frequency of eating, the frequency of eating irrittation and stressful. Meanwhile, gender and meal times were not associated with gastritis symptoms. Suggestions that for teenagers to pay attention to the frequency of eating, reduce the frequency of eating irritating and do meditation and strengthen faith in order to avoid stress that can trigger gastritis symptoms.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are a group of abnormal conditions that affect the functioning of body tissues. MSDs occur due to work factors (workload, work posture, work duration, and repetitive movements), individual factors (age, gender, years of service, smoking habits, length of work, physical fitness, and BMI), and environmental factors (temperature, vibration, and lighting) and psychosocial factors. According to the World Health Organization and data from the Global Burden of Disease, about 1.71 billion people worldwide have musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in PT. Detpak Indonesia workers in 2021. Cross-sectional study design, primary data was distributed through questionnaires, and the number of respondents was 97 employees of the accidental sampling technique. This data analysis used the chi-square statistical test (α = 0.05). Variables related to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders are physical fitness (p value = 0.021 and OR = 7.238), years of service (p value = 0.019 and OR = 3.947), length of work (p value = 0.001 and OR = 6.979) and work posture ( p value = 0.011 and OR = 4.340) while the unrelated variable is gender (p value = 0.147 and OR = 2.514). From this study that there is a relationship between physical fitness, working period, length of work, and work posture with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in workers. Abstract

Avoiding needles for a hospital nurse is very important because even the most minor treatment can pose a risk to the nurse. Use of personal protective equipment, age, years of service, knowledge of occupational health and safety, and training are related to needle sticking for hospital nurses. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the use of personal protective equipment, age, years of service, knowledge, and training with the incidence of needle sticking to nurses in hospitals. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this study was 47 people. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate statistics to describe the characteristics of respondents, and bivariate statistics use the Chi-Square test to analyze the relationship between variables. The study shows that there is a significant relationship between the use of Personal Protective Equipment, knowledge and training with the needle sticking in nurses at Dr. Sitanala Kota Tangerang Hospital, with the results of the analysis of Personal Protective Equipment (p = 0.043), knowledge (p = 0.035) and training (p = 0.024). There is no significant relationship between age and years of service with the needle sticking in nurses at Dr. Sitanala Kota Tangerang Hospital, with the analysis of age (p = 0.183) and years of service (p = 0.103). From the results of this study, it was suggested that it was necessary to increase knowledge and training for nurses and improve compliance in preventing needle sticks, both "out of a job" and "on the job" training at least every six months. In addition, it is recommended to carry out regular socialization through leaflets or banners posted in every room about the importance of using good and standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in their duties.

Telemedicine, as a remote technology, is one of the effective options for use in the healthcare system today. This study aims to explore the efficiency of using telemedicine as one of the facilities in the context of controlling COVID-19. This systematic review research uses 4 databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and Wiley. The keywords used are "telemedicine" or "telehealth," "e-Health," and "COVID-19". The inclusion criteria are the articles that contain telemedicine in the control of COVID-19, published in 2021 in Indonesian or English by accredited journals, and using observational, descriptive, or case research. About 1,877 article titles were identified, and 1,869 were excluded because they were irrelevant and did not match the inclusion factor. A total of 8 articles were included in the analysis of this study. One article found that the effectiveness of telemedicine for rural communities is difficult to access. Six articles found that telemedicine reduces the frequency of visits to doctors/hospitals, reduces transportation costs, reduces hospitalization time and costs, reduces the workload of health workers, and reduces the transmission of COVID-19. One article listed the effectiveness of telemedicine for COPD patients with COVID-19. Telemedicine as a health care system is a promising effort during the COVID-19 pandemic and has excellent potential to help reduce the burden of health costs.

The results show that the restaurant building is semi-permanent. Workers do not have uniforms and do not carry out routine health checks. Food storage cabinet equipment is not available properly for foodstuffs that require closed storage and room temperature. Clean water sources and hand washing facilities and toilets are well available. The food preparation provides a varied menu but the calories are not calculated for the nutritional value. It is recommended for companies and restaurant managers to manage menu calculations that are sufficient in calories and nutrition for employees, provide safer food storage places, and employees are also advised to use uniforms and health checks to keep food from contamination so that consumers can receive healthy food that is also safe for consumption.
