This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This study's informants were seven Depok City regional government health workers and the community. Data collection is sourced from in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews using source triangulation and triangulation methods for data validation. In the input system, there is still a lack of need for more resources and funds, a no internalized policy SOP. The processing system has carried out activities such as counseling, PSN, and community involvement, but it still needs improvement. The achievements of the output system still need to be achieved, the morbidity rate is still high, and the ABJ figure is 94%. The description of the input system, process system on activities, and output system in implementing dengue prevention and control programs could be better, but there are still technical obstacles. This program needs good supervision and cooperation across programs and related sectors, especially the common, the community, households (families), and dengue disease in the environment.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative analytic with a case-control approach. This study aimed to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, low birth weight, and food intake with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Jambula Care Health Centre Working Area. This research was conducted in the working area of Jambula Health Center with a sample of 60 children aged 24-59 months, consisting of 30 children aged 24 - 59 months (Case) and 30 children aged 24 -59 months (Control). The study's dependent variable was the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months. In contrast, the independent variables were the history of exclusive breastfeeding, the history of LBW, and food intake. The results showed a significant relationship between a history of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000), energy intake (p = 0.000), and protein intake (p = 0.045) with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Jambula Health Center Work Area, while the history of LBW (p = 0. 492) does not have a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Jambula Health Center Work Area. It is recommended to mothers and the community to always pay attention to the nutritional intake consumed by children, including exclusive breastfeeding and various nutritious foods. In addition, the active role of Health Workers in Health Service Facilities needs to be increased to prevent and overcome stunting problems in the regions.

The results of the bivariate test using the Chi-Square test and non-parametric test with = 0.005 were found; there is no significant relationship between family history and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.176), there is no significant relationship between gender and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.928), there is no significant relationship between the pattern of physical activity and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.780), there is a significant relationship between the consumption of high-salt foods and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.001), there is a significant relationship between obesity and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.026). Factors related to the incidence of hypertension in adulthood are high consumption of salt (p value = 0.001) and obesity (p value = 0.026). Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is offering breast milk (ASI) from birth to 6 months old, without any additional water or food. Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still very low at 37.3%. This is much lower than the target set by the Ministry of Health, which is 80%. Exclusive breastfeeding can prevent stunting in children and in the long term can prevent degenerative diseases. This study aims to explore exclusive breastfeeding in the perspective of health and Islam. The design in this study uses a qualitative study. The main participants in this study were mothers with children aged 2 to 5 years old who lived in East Jakarta and came to the Independent Practice Midwife (TPMB) Endang Irianti. Participants were selected using the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted from March to May 2022. The data was collected through structured in-depth interviews, then the data were analyzed using content analysis. The validity of the data is maintained by using triangulation of data sources. The results showed that almost all participants knew about exclusive breastfeeding and continued breastfeeding until the child was two years old, but all participants knew little about the verses of the Quran that instruct mothers to breastfeed their children and wean them until their children are 2 years old. All participants received support from their husbands, mothers and mothers-in-law to breastfeed exclusively and continue breastfeeding until the child was two years old. Almost all participants breastfed their babies exclusively and weaned their children until the age of two years or more and only a small proportion did not breastfeed exclusively on the grounds that they were pregnant again by the time the child was 3 months old.

The literature used in this study uses 4 electronic databases, namely Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, and ProQuest, with the keywords "Occupational Stress on Health Workers," "Job Stress on Health Workers," "coronavirus," and "COVID-19 ". The literature results found that the factors of working hours/shifts and workload are the most widely stated factors that have a significant relationship with the incidence of work stress in health workers. The conclusion in this study is that from 10 kinds of literature obtained, 2 factors are most commonly stated as factors that have a significant relationship with the incidence of stress in health workers, namely the factor of hours/shift work with the workload. Efforts to support the increase in exclusive breastfeeding can be seen by the issuance of various recognitions or agreements, both global and national in nature, which aim to protect, promote and support breastfeeding for every baby throughout the world to obtain their right to breast milk. In Indonesia, infants who received exclusive breastfeeding in 2020 amounted to 69.62%. The Ministry of Health (KemKes) has set a target of 80% exclusive breastfeeding coverage every 2020-2024. To determine the effect of breast milk production before and after oxytocin massage at TPMB Bersama Citra Lestari Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, in 2022.Using pre-experimental with One Group PreTest-Posttest Designs research design. This study's sample number was 20 respondents with an accidental sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. Shapiro Wilk carried out the normality test and found that the data were not normally distributed. Data analysis using a non-parametric test with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research results were conducted by pre-testing 20 respondents were breastfeeding women before oxytocin massage. Most of the milk production was less than 11 (55%). While the breast milk production after oxytocin massage is as sufficient as 12 (60%). It can be concluded that if the p value= 0.000 < (0.05), Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is the significant effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production at RB Citra Lestari Bojonggede Bogor in 2022.
