Abstract

Pesantren as religious educational institutions are required to direct students to have strong religious knowledge. However, in its development, pesantren also equip students with more worldly sciences such as entrepreneurial knowledge as taught at the Fathul ulum Ngoro Islamic boarding school, Jombang. From previous studies, we can conclude that the cultivation of entrepreneurial values and principles is important to be applied to students and pesantren so that in the midst of this global arena, students and pesantren still survive and can fill posts in the field of work in the community. Keywords : Entrepreneurship for Santri Pondok Pesantren in the Era of Globalization Abstrak : Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dituntut untuk mengarahkan santri memiliki bekal ilmu agama yang kuat. Namun, dalam perkembangannya pesantren juga membekali santri dengan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan yang lebih duniawi seperti pengetahuan enterpreneur sebagaimana diajarkan di pondok pesantren Fathul ulum Ngoro, Jombang. Dari kajian sebelumnya dapat kita tarik kesimpulan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip enterpreneurship adalah hal yang penting untuk diterapkan pada santri dan pesantren sehingga di tengah percaturan global ini santri dan pesantren tetap survive dan bisa mengisi pos-pos di lapangan pekerjaan yang ada di tengah masyarakat. Abstract

Education financing basically focuses on efforts to distribute the benefits of education and the burdens that must be borne by society. Costs in simple terms are the amount of money spent or services provided to students. Education financing is related to the distribution of the tax burden in various types of human tax groups as well as methods of transferring taxes to schools. The most important thing in financing education is the amount of money that must be spent, where the money is obtained from, and to whom the money must be spent. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. In this research, the researcher himself was the instrument (human instrument) supported by a grid of interview guidelines. Data collection places more emphasis on observation and interviews. Data analysis in this research uses three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation and decision making. Data validity in this research uses data triangulation. Data sources were taken from several articles and Salaf books which were studied by researchers and then compared with existing data in reality. The results of the research are that education financing basically focuses on efforts to distribute the benefits of education and the burdens that must be borne by society. Costs in simple terms are the amount of money spent or services provided to students. In studying education financing, there are several important terms that must be considered, including cost objects, cost management information, financing, finance, budget, costs, cost drivers. Abstrak : Pembiayaan pendidikan pada dasarnya menitikberatkan pada upaya pendistribusian benefit pendidikan dan beban yang harus ditanggung masyarakat. Biaya secara sederhana adalah sejumlah nilai uang yang dibelanjakan atau jasa pelayanan yang diserahkan pada siswa. Pembiayaan pendidikan berhubungan dengan distribusi beban pajak dalam berbagai jenis pajak kelompok manusia serta metode pengalihan pajak ke sekolah. Hal yang sangat penting dalam pembiayaan pendidikan adalah berupa besar uang yang harus dibelanjakan, dari mana sumber uang yang diperoleh, dan kepada siapa uang harus dibelanjakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini peneliti sendiri yang menjadi instrument (human instrument) dengan pendukung dari kisi-kisi pedoman wawancara. pengumpulan data lebih ditekankan pada observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interaktif tiga model yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan, Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Trianggulasi data. Sumber data diambil dari beberapa artikel dan kitab salaf yang dikaji oleh peneliti kemudian mengkoparasikan dengan data yang ada di realita. Hasil dari penellitian yaitu Pembiayaan pendidikan pada dasarnya menitikberatkan pada upaya pendistribusian benefit pendidikan dan beban yang harus ditanggung masyarakat. Biaya secara sederhana adalah sejumlah nilai uang yang dibelanjakan atau jasa pelayanan yang diserahkan pada siswa. Study This aim to : 1. Know understanding management strategy financing education , 2. Analyze management strategies financing For increase quality of educational institutions at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. Method used are : method qualitative with type single case study focused on management financing in education at MAN 2 Banyuwangi . Research data collected use documentation and interviews . As for analysis the data use SWOT analysis , ie analysis planning strategic use _ For monitor and evaluate environment company Good environment external and internal for something objective business certain . Result: school put forward professionalism and discipline , as well commitment task in enhancement quality school . Management strategy financing education in effort coaching participant educate done through coaching in field arts , sports , religion, scouting , language English , and personality . Management strategy financing education field facilities and infrastructure done with increase source funding , implementing improvement programs quality For support facilities and infrastructure as well as teacher welfare Conclusions and suggestions: Financing at MAN 2 Banyuwangi has been completed managed in a way professional . Based on results analysis quality education there is positive and significant relationship _ with management financing , where with management Madrasa financing is affordable plan supportive things _ enhancement quality , for example reliable financing _ will support provision infrastructure . Abstract

Financing Education financing is an activity related to obtaining funds (income) received by the school, how the funds are spent, who spends them and how the funds are accounted for. This research uses a type of library research or what is usually called library research, where the data in this research comes from various literature, both physical data (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.) and online media. obtained in this research were then studied using theoretical and philosophical approaches. The results of this research show that education financing is a process related to obtaining funds sourced from parents, central government, regional government, private sector, business world, and alumni at Islamic educational institutions which in fact are institutions that focus on education by integrating values. Islamic values ​​and Islamic religious teachings in the curriculum and educational activities. Keywords : : Financing Management, Islamic Education Abstrak : Pembiayaan Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pemerolehan dana (pendapatan) yang diterima sekolah, bagaimana dana dibelanjakan, siapa yang membelanjakan serta bagaimana dana dipertanggungjawabkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian library research atau biasa disebut dengan penelitian Pustaka, dimana data-data yang dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari berbagai literatur baik yang bersifat data fisik (buku, majalah, surat kabar, dll) ataupun yang bersifat media online.Data penelitian yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini kemudian dikaji dengan menggunakan pendekatan teoritis dan filosofis. Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah al-Kholili. The background to this research began with the researcher's desire to find out the source of educational funding at the Al-Kholili Islamic educational institution. Knowing the sources of educational funds is an important part of managing educational institutions in achieving educational goals. Therefore, it requires knowledge about sources of education funds. The research method used is classified as qualitative research, because it only focuses on ontological activities, namely collecting data in the form of words, sentences and documents. so that the analysis does not use numbers, but rather interprets data in the form of words or sentences or other documentation. Apart from that, this research also emphasizes inductive analysis. mentioning the presence of the researcher, the subject and object of the research, how to collect research data, the location and time of the research being carried out, and checking the validity of the data. The output targeted in this research is to provide input for madrasa heads in determining sources of school funding, so that teachers and the community can know the sources of funds available at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Mengetahui Sumber dana pendidikan merupakan bagian penting dari pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Oleh karenanya membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang sumber dana Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah tergolong penelitian bersifat kualitatif, karena hanya memusatkan pada kegiatan ontologis, yaitu pengumpulan data berupa kata-kata, kalimat dan dokumen. sehingga analisanya pun tidak menggunakan angka, tetapi dengan interprestasi terhadap data yang berupa kata-kata atau kalimat ataupun dokumentasi lainnya. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menekankan pada analisis induktif. menyebutkan kehadiran peneliti, subjek dan objek penelitian, cara menggali data penelitian, lokasi dan waktu penelitian yang dilakukan, dan pengecekan keabsahan data. Adapun luaran yang ditargetkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat masukan bagi kepala madrasah dalam menentukan sumber dana sekolah, agar guru dan masyarakat dapat mengetahui sumber dana yang ada di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

This research was conducted at MA Darussalam Puncak which had research objectives: (1) Analyzing the leadership style of the school principal, (2) Analyzing teacher performance, (3) Analyzing the principal's efforts, (4) Analyzing the principal's obstacles in improving teacher performance at MA Darussalam Puncak. This research uses qualitative methods while data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Validity checking is carried out using a triangulation system. The research informants were the school principal and subject teachers. The research results show that school principals predominantly apply a transformational leadership style, this style is able to improve teacher performance, the efforts made by school principals are to improve teacher performance by coordinating meetings, providing direction and guidance in carrying out their duties. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are the lack of inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Leadership, Principal, Teacher Performance ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Darussalam Puncak yang memiliki tujuan penelitian: (1) Menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (2) Menganalisis kinerja guru, (3) Menganalisis upaya kepala sekolah, (4) Menganalisis hambatan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru MA Darussalam Puncak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan dilakukan dengan sistem triangulasi. Informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru pengampu mata pelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dominan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya ini mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru, upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan rapat koordinasi, memberi arahan dan bimbingan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Abstract

  This research aims to determine the implications of financing management for improving the quality of education. This research uses a type of library research or what is usually called library research, where the data in this research comes from various literature, both physical data (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.) and online media. The research data obtained in this study was then studied using a theoretical and philosophical approach. The results of this research are the classification of activities, determining standardization, and determining unit costs in education budgeting. Education financing management has three important stages, namely planning, implementation stage and assessment (evaluation) stage. When applied to financial management, these three stages are the financial planning (budgeting) stage, the implementation (accounting) stage, and the assessment or auditing stage. With the education financing management system, it is hoped that it will be able to support and guarantee the development of the quality of education and the process of organizing teaching and learning activities. Abstract

Education is an important foundation for the progress of the Indonesian nation. As mentioned, implementing a quality education system requires optimal production management and financing. Therefore, this research is aimed at formulating innovative alternative recommendations that can be offered to increase the productivity and quality of education delivery through more effective and efficient use of the budget. This research uses the library research method. Data was obtained through a search for relevant literature which will focus on indexed national scientific journals. Apart from that, textbooks, annual reports of educational institutions, educational statistical data from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Research and Technology, as well as online sources from credible research institutions will also be used as references. In facing changes in government policy and technological developments, educational institutions need to adapt production management and cost management strategies. The concept of production management is the key to increasing operational efficiency, optimizing the use of resources such as teaching staff, infrastructure and budget. A synthesis of findings shows that the implementation of modern technology, such as e-learning and integrated information systems, supports increased efficiency. Abstract

To be able to measure and understand the quality of the education system more effectively, the development of a quality index based on national standards is a very useful tool. This education quality index provides a comprehensive and measurable measure of various aspects of education quality. Through this index, aspects such as curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, management and student learning outcomes can be measured and assessed objectively. This research uses qualitative methods while data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. Validity checking is carried out using a triangulation system. The research informants were school principals and teaching staff. The results of the research show that the educational quality standards at MA Al-Amiriyyah. The results of this research are: (1) Content Standards and Competency Standards for Graduates at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung (2) Standards for Qualifications of Educators and Teaching Personnel at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. Abstract

Tourism is one sector that can contribute to certain regional incomes. Healthy tourism must be accompanied by facilities that support tourist needs. This research aims to analyze the priorities for healthy tourism development based on the main indicators of facilities in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to expert respondents. Analysis uses an Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the research show that the value of Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) is 0.85. The diversity of scores given by each respondent contributed to the rater agreement figure of 85%. This shows that the level of agreement of respondents regarding the priority order in the tourism facilities sub-criteria is high, referring to facilities as an important indicator in serving tourists. Keywords: Tourism, Facilities, Analytical Network Process (ANP). Abstrak: Pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk pendapatan daerah tertentu. Pariwisata yang sehat harus disertai dengan sarana yang mendukung kebutuhan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis prioritas pengembangan pariwisata sehat berdasarkan indikator pokok sarana di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke responden expert. Analisis menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kendall’s coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) sebesar 0,85. Keragaman nilai yang diberikan oleh masing-masing responden turut menyumbang perolehan angka rater agreement sebesar 85% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesepakatan responden atas urutan prioritis pada sub kriteria sarana pariwisata adalah tinggi, mengacu sarana merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam melayani wisatawan.
