Penelitian tentang ilmu kependidikan dan bertujuan membandingkan keefektifan model pendekatan contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dan pendekatan discovery yaitu dengan memberi soal pemecahan masalah pembelajaran matematika terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest and posttest nonequivalent group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas A dan kelas B PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi Tahun akademik 2019/2020. Instrumen/alat ukur dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa soal-soal yang memerlukan pemecahan masalah, soal yangdiberikan juga telah divalidasi oleh ahli matematika sebagai acuan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan partisipasi pikiran siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena belum sepenuhnya siswa berpartisipasi pada pembelajaran IPA  di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk  Kota Padang. Siswa belum banyak terlihat seperti mengemukakan pendapat, bertanya, dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru dan para siswa kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan, dokumentasi dan lembar tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan partisipasi pikiran siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil rekapitulasi partisipasi pikiran siswa pada siklus I adalah 62,7% dengan kategori Cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 90% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA  dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) dapat meningkatkan partisipasi pikiran siswa di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1)  motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar, (2) hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar (3) korelasi antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV  43 Sungai Sapih Padang yang berjumlah 73 orang siswa. Teknik  pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling dengan banyak jumlah sampel yaitu 49 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Dari 30 butir soal yang di uji coba, terdapat 28 soal yang valid. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa sebanyak 74,1 dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebanyak 71,5 terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SDN 43 Sungai Sapih Padang dengan nilai uji korelasi 0,323 dan nilai koefesien rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif bermuatan permaina edukatif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran yang cenderung belum memanfaatkan teknologi. Media yang dikembangkan menggunakan bantuan program adobe flash CS 6. Materi pada media berupa pembelajaran tematik yang mengintegrasikan beberapa mata pelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji validitas (lembar validasi media), praktikalitas (angket respon siswa dan guru), serta efektivitas (aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran tematik telah valid (isi media sesuai kurikulum, desain dan layout menarik, kemudahan pengoperasian, bahasa mudah dipahami siswa, serta penyajian jelas sesuai karakteristik siswa), praktis (isi dan tujuan yang jelas, mudah dibaca, tampilan menarik, dan dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran), serta efektif (dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa).

Abstract

This type of research is a type of quasi-experimental research in the form of Random Research Group Control.The sample technique is Simple Random Sampling.The sample in this study was the experimental group class IV A using the Science Technology Community Learning Model (STM). Based on the results of the study showed that the model of Community Science Technology Learning (STM) affects the activities and learning outcomes in elementary schools that are tested and processed using t test.The results of the learning activity questionnaire before learning were obtained tcount = and the questionnaire test after learning were obtained tcount =. In addition, data showing pretest learning outcomes obtained tcount = with ttable = 2.024 and posttest learning outcomes tcount = with ttable = 2.024 at a significance level É‘ = 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Community Science and Technology Learning Model (STM) on the activities and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD 12 Padang Koto Gadang.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low activity and student learning outcomes in science teaching class V SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District, using the model  Project Based Learning. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles. The data source is a fifth grade students of SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District amounted to 18 people. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activities, teacher observation sheet activities and achievement test. Based on the analysis of activities and student learning outcomes, student activity observation Score average first cycle of 58.32%, an increase in cycle II became 78.88% and student learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 61.11% completeness increased in the second cycle amounting to 78.05%. It can be said, learning science by using Project Based Learning model of increasing the activity and student learning outcomes. From the research, it is recommended that teachers can use the model of Project Based Learning in an effort to increase the activity and student learning outcomes in learning science.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes in teaching civics, and the lack of media are used to help the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning outcomes of students in class V SD Shabbihisma 1 Padang by using the method of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition on civics lesson. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, the subject of this research is class V SD Shabbihisma 1 Padang, amounting to 27 people. The research instrument used in this study is, teacher observation sheet activities, observation sheet the students' attitudes (affective), student behavior observation sheets (psychomotor) and test student learning outcomes. The results showed that the cognitive learning in silkus I is 60.52% increased to 86.29% in the second cycle, namely affective assessment, the assessment of students in response to a joint decision on the determination of the duty cycle I is 63.37% increased to 83, 92% in the second cycle and psychomotor assessment that behavioral assessment of students in carrying out the responsibility in the first cycle is 67.53% increased to 82.65% in the second cycle. Based onthis study concludedthat byusing themethod ofCooperative IntegratedReadingandCompositioncanimprove student learning outcomes. Researcherssuggest thatteachers canusemethodsCooperative IntegratedReadingandCompositionas an alternativeincivicslearningfor learningfunandnotmake studentsbored.

Abstract

This observation is low thingking ability of mathematic students learning in the five class SDN 06 AnakanPesisir Selatan. The direction of this observation describes the description of increasing ability thingking ability of mathematic students in the five class SDN 06 Anakan Pesisir Selatan by using Inkuiri model. The kind of this observation studies observation action. This observation is done in two methods. The data of students in class fiveSDN 06 Anakan Pesisir Selatan is now 11 students. The instrument that is used forthe activities of teacher and thingking ability of student test. Based out the analisys of ability thingking of students percentage of student by him self increase the ability. First 63,33% increase to 73,66%. From these data that is gotten, we can conclude the ability students of mathematic in class fiveSDN 06 Anakan Pesisir Selatan. After using Inkuiri model. The use of Inkuiri model, can be used for studying is more interesting in order to get the maximum result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence the use of a scientific approach to student learning outcomes in science learning in SD Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit, Pauh District, Padang. This research is an experimental research type Quasi Experimental Design with the design of The Static Comparison: Randomized Control Group Only Design. The population in this study were all students in grade IV semester II SD Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit District Pauh which consisted of 2 classes totaling 47 people. Based on the data analysis, the results of testing of the data from the sample class are normally distributed and homogeneous. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was done by t-test showing tcount = 2.464 and ttable = 1.677 with db = 47 (n1 + n2–2 = 24 + 25-2 = 47) and a significant level of 5%. Based on the t-test> t table (2,464> 1,677) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, with the conclusion that "student learning outcomes that use a scientific approach are better than student learning outcomes without using a scientific approach to student learning outcomes in science learning in grade IV elementary school Negeri 10 Lambung Bukit District Pauh ".

Abstract

His study aims to produce ASSURE model of learning design on integrated thematic learning theme 2 grade V Elementary School that is valid, practical, and effective. Learning design developed in the form of RPP (Learning Implementation Plan). This type of research is development research with the ASSURE model. The research subjects were Grade V students of SD Negeri 09 Ulakan Tapakis. Data was collected using observations sheet of the implementation of learning design, student response questionnaire, educator response questionnaire, student activities during the learning process and learning outcomes. The data obtained are then processed and analyzed descriptively. It is expected that the results of the study indicate that the learning design developed is in the very valid category. Based on the results of the trials that will be conducted, it is found that the learning design is expected to meet practical aspects in terms of the response of educators and students. This learning design is also expected to meet the effectiveness aspects seen from: 1) learners' activities; 2) attitude; 3) students' knowledge that is expected to exceed KKM; 4) student skills. The learning design developed in the form of lesson plans has the following characteristics: 1) practical in use and 2) using clear, logical, and systematic language.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk megungkapkan pengaruh pendekatan open ended  dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian adalah quasy eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Randomized Control Group Only Design. Siswa kelas V SDN Gugus VI Kecamatan  Palembayan menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sampelnya siswa kelas Vb sekolah dasar negeri 27 Tapian Kandis sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas Va sekolah dasar negeri 27 Tapian Kandis sebagai kelas kontrol. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis melalui hasil belajar matematika dan motivasi belajar. Hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 diuji menggunakan uji t, sedangkan hipotesis 4 menggunakan anava dua arah. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh pendekatan open ended dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V sekolah dasar, dimana rata rata hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen saat pretest 54,04 dan posttes 80,39,  kemudian rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kotrol saat pretest 49,71 dan posttes 76,38
