Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance, to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance, to analyze the effect of motivation, work ability and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at the Semarang City Social Service. The population in this study were Civil Servants at the Semarang City Social Service, totaling 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, where the entire population is used as a sample. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that motivation has no effect on employee performance by proving that t.count 0.497 < t.table 1.67866, and a significance value of 0.622 > 0.05, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Social Service The city of Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Ijrah and Itishna ' have an effect on profitability in 4 Islamic Commercial Banks. The population in this study were quarterly financial reports at Islamic Commercial Banks using the Purposive Sampling technique and 64 sample samples were obtained. For the independent variable (X) of this study are Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Ijrah and Itishna ', while the dependent variable is Profitability. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the data source is secondary data using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Partially, Murabaha has a significant effect on profitability. As well as Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Ijrah and Itishna have no effect on profitability.Keywords: mudharabah, musyarakah, mudharabah, ijrah and itishna ', and profitability.

Abstract

Decreased employee performance indicates that employees still lack knowledge, skills and work motivation. This study was structured to determine the effect of knowledge, skills and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Lusiana Jasa Karya. The population is 350 people and the sample is 187 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test while to see the level of significance either partially or simultaneously used t test and also f test. The results showed that (Knowledge) (X1), Skill (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) both partially and simultaneously had a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether company size, debt policy, and profitability affect firm value. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method with certain criteria. The type of research used is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that company size has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, debt policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security on the decision to use e-wallets among people in the city of Semarang. The population in this study are people in the city of Semarang who use the e-wallet application as a transaction tool. The sampling technique used in this study used a snowball and obtained 90 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaires distributed online. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use e-wallet in the people of Semarang City. The perceived security variable has a dominant influence on the decision to use e-wallet. Security is indeed the most important in the decision to use an e-wallet because someone feels safe and protected.Keywords: Perceived Benefit, Perceived Convenience, Perceived Security, E-Wallet

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether client pressure and audit tenure have an effect on audit quality and auditor ethics as a moderator. The population in this study is the Public Accounting Firm in Semarang. Sampling was carried out using the census method and the number of samples was 53 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. This study uses a questionnaire in collecting data. The test techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used the interaction moderation test (MRA) with SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that Client Pressure has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality. While the Tenure Audit has no positive and significant effect on Audit Quality. Auditor Ethics is able to moderate the effect of Client Pressure on Audit Quality. Meanwhile, the Auditor Ethics is not able to moderate the influence of the Tenure Audit on Audit Quality.Keywords: Client Pressure, Audit Tenure, Audit Quality, Auditor Ethics

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction affect employee performance at CV Tri Setya Abadi.  The population in this study were 37 employees at CV Tri.  Setya Abadi and included in this research sample.  The research method to be carried out is quantitative research and this research is categorized as explanatory research, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing.  The type of data used is primary data.  Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation.  The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).  Testing the hypothesis of this study with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive and significant influence between motivational variables and performance variables on CV.  Tri Setya Abadi, there is a positive and significant influence between discipline variables and performance variables on CV.  Tri Setya Abadi, there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction variables and performance variables on CV. Tri Setya Abadi and work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Tri Setya Abadi.

Abstract

This research is entitled “The Influence of Product Quality, Advertising Attractiveness and Brand Awareness on Consumer Satisfaction of Tolak Angin Sido Products Appearing During the Covid 19 Pandemic. Appeared During the Covid 19 Pandemic. The sampling method used was Nonprobability sampling. The population in this study were 190 students of the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University, Semarang. The sample in this study were 80 students from the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University, Semarang. The data analysis method was carried out using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R1), and using the SPSS. Product quality (X1) has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), this is evidenced by a tcount of 0.488 ≤ ttable of 1.991 with a significance probability value of 0.627 > 0.05 (α). Advertising attractiveness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), this is evidenced by a tcount of 6.235 > ttable of 1.991 with a significance probability value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05 (α). Brand Awareness (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), this is evidenced by a tcount of 2.358 > ttable of 1.991 with a significance value of 0.021 <0.05 (α). Product Quality (Xı), Price (X2) and Location (X3) jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), this is evidenced by the Fcount value of 59,607 > Ftable of 2.72 with a significance value a = 0.000 (0%) < 0.05 (5%). Thus (H4) states that Product Quality, Advertising Attractiveness and Brand Awareness jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) is accepted. The results of the regression equation are: Y=4.912 + 0.042X1 + 0.730X2 + 0.244X3 + e. The value of the coefficient of determination is indicated by the R-Square value of 0.702 which indicates that the variables Product Quality (X1), Advertising Attractiveness (X2) and Brand Awareness (X3) together (simultaneously) can explain the purchase decision of 70.2 % while the remaining 30.8% is explained by factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Product Quality, Advertising Attractiveness, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and job training on the work productivity of Wuryani Convection employees.  In this study, the population was all employees of Wuryani Convection as many as 45 people.  The type of data used is primary data and secondary data while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that the Education Variable had no significant effect on work productivity.  Training variable is proven to have a positive effect on work productivity.  Partially, the education variable has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity.  Partially, the training variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords :Education, Training, Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company size on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . the sample for this research is a food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. Data obtained based on publication in financial repots accessed from the IDX’s official website (www.idx.co.id). The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and research data were obtained for 14 companies for 6 (six) years, so the number of observations was 84. The data analysis method used was multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability has no significant negative effect, significant negative effect , and significant negative firm size. The estimation result of the regression test of determination show an adjusted R2 value of 0,295. This means that profitability , liquidity, and company size in this regression model are able to explain variations in debt policy of 29,5%, while 70,5% are explained by other factors not included in this research model.  Keywords: profitability, liquidity, company size and  capital structure.
