Abstract

Impulse buying is a buying process made by consumers without thinking about the need for a product and not going through the search stage information about a product and very strong emotional factor. Impulse buying by consumers has received considerable attention in consumer research. The phenomenon is interesting because it is not only prompted by a variety of internal psychological factors but also influenced by external, market-related stimuli. This study attempts to analyze online marketing from 2018 to 2022 through a bibliometric analysis procedure. A total of 200 articles were published retrieved from the Google Scholar database for analysis. This study uses a quantitative method take advantage of Publish or Perish software, Google Scholar, VOSViewer and Mendeley. Impulse buying behavior occurs because of stimulation from stores or retailers that offer attractive goods, resulting in an urge to buy more.Keywords : Bibliometric; Impulse Buying; Impulse Buying Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of CSR on financial performance and innovation ability, the effect of innovation ability on financial performance, and determine the mediating role of innovation ability in the relationship between CSR and financial performance of SMEs in Semarang. The data used in the study is primary data using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 109 SMEs in Semarang. The sample used was 53 respondents. The analytical tool used is Smart PLS with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that CSR has no effect on financial performance, CSR has a significant effect on innovation capability, innovation capability has no effect on financial performance, and innovation capability does not mediate the relationship between CSR and financial performance. Keywords: CSR; innovation capability; financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing strategy carried out by sales staff towards the promo to buy a lot cheaper Alta Springbed provided by Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya. This study uses qualitative research methods with sales staff on duty at Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya as informants or information providers. The results of this study indicate that there has been an increase in sales turnover of Alta Springbed from 2021 to 2022. The marketing strategy undertaken is to promote Alta Springbed through social media using internet technology and by serving consumers who come to Lottemart Pakuwon Trade Center. The main social media used is Facebook because social media Facebook is still in great demand by the public.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about taxpayer compliance during the Covid-19 pandemic and how Covid-19 influences tax revenues in Indonesia. This research is a literature study using the bibliometric analysis method to analyze 200 articles related to tax revenue during the Covid-19 pandemic, which are then compiled with metadata using the Mendeley application, and the VOSviewer application is used to visualize publication data in research. Articles were obtained from the Google Scholar database accessed via Publish or Perish in the 2019-2023 range with defining the keywords 'Covid-19' and 'Tax'. The results of the study show that the research classification regarding tax revenue during the Covid-19 pandemic is divided into 4 specific words with topics centered on tax incentives, the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 and taxpayer compliance. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia has had an impact on the people's economy so the people's ability to carry out their tax obligations has also decreased. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how influential Covid-19 was on taxpayer compliance and tax revenue in Indonesia. Then what policies should be made to overcome the impact of the pandemic and the methods used to increase tax compliance.Keywords: Covid-19; Insentif pajak; Kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia selama tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pinjaman, overhead, faktor risiko dan modal pihak ketiga (DPK) terhadap profitabilitas murabahah pada bank umum syariah di India, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan dari situs resmi bank umum syariah. Total penelitian ini mencakup 14 bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria bank umum syariah di Indonesia menyajikan laporan keuangan periode 2014-2018. Ada 9 contoh bank syariah komersial yang bisa digunakan yaitu Bank Aceh Syariah, Bank NTB Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank BNI Syariah, Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah. . Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda model data panel untuk memperoleh gambaran yang utuh tentang hubungan antar variabel. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah aplikasi pengolahan data Eviews 10 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada saat yang bersamaan variabel biaya pinjaman, biaya overhead, faktor risiko dan modal secara simultan pihak ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh positif. berdampak pada margin murabahah. dengan nilai 0.034275. Secara parsial cost of debt berpengaruh negatif signifikan dengan nilai -2,513302, overhead tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai 0,367139, faktor risiko berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 2,179696 dan dana nikah ketiga (Dpk) tidak berpengaruh signifikan berpengaruh pada nilai -0.886711. Hasil blok masing-masing bank menunjukkan bahwa Bank NTB Syariah memiliki margin murabahah terendah dan Bank Mega Syariah memiliki margin murabahah tertinggi

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of online promotion through Instagram and brand ambassadors on the buying interest of Scarlett Whitening products. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 96 respondents. Using quantitative methods with a quantitative approach through a simple linear regression test as a statistical test calculation. The results of this study can be identified that the free variables in this study (Instagram social media and brand ambassadors) had a significant positive effect on the buying interest of Scarlett Whitening products. Abstract

Accountability in managing village finances is very important. This requires the ‎village government to manage village finances professionally, effectively and efficiently, and ‎accountably. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of the village ‎government in realizing accountability for village financial management, so research was ‎conducted on the effect of presenting financial reports, accessibility of financial reports, and ‎internal control systems on village financial management accountability.‎ The subject of this research is the village government in Mranggen District. The sampling ‎technique in this research is saturated sampling technique (census). The data collection ‎instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The research data used ‎primary data, directly through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26. Data ‎were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis approach.‎ The results of this study indicate that the presentation of financial reports influences the ‎accountability of village financial management. The accessibility of financial reports has no ‎effect on the accountability of village financial management. Abstract

This study aims tol determinated the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (ElPS), and Return on Asset to stock price. The population in this research are 40 banking companiess listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022. This research using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 27 companies using the method of documentation, thel uses of data derived from documents that already axist and publish in Indonesian Stock Exchanges website. Data analysis using multiple regression. Result of the analysis indicated that net profit margin has no significant positive effect on stock price, earning per share has a positive significant effect on stock price, return on asset has a no significant negative elffect on stock price. the adjusted R2 value is 0,338, it means that 33,8% of the variation in the stock prices of banking companies listeld on thel Indonesian Stolck Exchange can be explained by the three independent and dependent variables. While the remaining 66,2% is explained by other variables not elxamined in this research model. Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Return on Asset and stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the brand image. Advertising, word of mouth has an effect on purchasing decisions on buying wardah cosmetics. The population in this study were 100 case study respondents from students majoring in management at the University of Semarang and were included in the sample of this study. The research method to be carried out is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Test the hypothesis of this study with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially there is no effect between brand image variables and purchasing decision variables on wardah cosmetics, there is a significant positive effect between advertising variables and purchasing decision variables on purchasing wardah cosmetics, and there is significant positive effect between the word of mouth variable and the purchase decision variable on the purchase of wardah cosmetics. in the simultaneous test of brand image, advertising and word of mouth variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the determination test it is known that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the independent variable of 76.3% and the rest is explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, ROA, DER, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham. Variabel independen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah inflasi, ROA, DER, dan ukuran perusahaan. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah return saham. Pada penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 – 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan ROA, DER, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil Inflasi, ROA, DER, dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Kata kunci : Inflasi, ROA, DER, Ukuran perusahaan dan Return Saham.
