Abstract

In the new normal era, the use of video conferencing technology continues to increase because activities using video conferencing have become a new habit among Indonesian people. However, despite a significant increase, the factors that influence the interest in reusing video conferencing technology after the new normal era are still a question. Thus, this study aims to create a research model to explain what factors have a positive influence on the interest in reusing video conferencing technology such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, social influence, facilitating conditions and user satisfaction. By using quantitative research methods, the population in this study was taken from people who live in the Semarang and surrounding areas with a total of 100 samples collected using purposive sampling method through questionnaires from google form. Then the data is processed using Smart PLS 3.3.3. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis using the structural equation modeling method show that all variables have a significant direct relationship except the relationship between the variable perveive ease of use and continuity intention which has an insignificant relationship.Keyword : Video Conferencing; TAM; perceived ease of use; perceived usefulness; continuance intention

Abstract

This study is an event study that aims to determine how much the Indonesian capital market reacts to the Simultaneous Elections on April 17, 2019 in Indonesia using abnormal indicators of returns, trading volume activity and market capitalization in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study used secondary data in the form of daily data on stock prices, daily data on trading volume, and daily data on the volume of shares outstanding during the period 10 days before, 1 day at the time of the event, and 10 days after the event. The day of the event was on April 17, 2019. Sampling using pusposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are testing against hypotheses using Paired Sample t-Test. The results showed that there was a difference in the abnormal average return before and after the simultaneous election events on April 17, 2019. Meanwhile, in the variables of market capitalization and trading volume activity, there is no difference in average between before and after the simultaneous election events on April 17, 2019. The government should maintain political and economic stability, so that the psychological factors of investors are maintained and do not cause an overreaction to the capital market.Keywords: abnormal returns, trading volume activity, market capitalization, simultaneous elections.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Rembang, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Rembang. Lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan dapat menjelaskan 68,2% terhadap variasi kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sebesar 31,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.Kata Kunci:   Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Standard costs are costs that are determined in advance before starting the production process. Applying standard costs is useful for improving planning and control, and for facilitating product costing. Standard costs used by companies include standard raw material costs, direct labor standard costs and factory overhead standard costs. The standards set must be prepared at the beginning of the year so that they can be used as a benchmark in the production process which is an important factor for the company for production cost efficiency. The purpose of this study is to analyze using standard costs as a catalyst for production cost efficiency. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study focuses on determining production standards and production cost efficiency with analysis of variance. The object of this research is Langko palm sugar SMEs. The data collection technique used in this study was through interviews and documentation. The analysis used is analysis of variance. The results of research on Langko palm sugar SMEs show that by setting production cost standards it can support production cost efficiency, which means standard costs can be used as a catalyst for production cost efficiency.Keywords: biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya overhead pabrik, biayastandar, katalisator biaya produksi, efisiensi biaya

Abstract

This study was structured to examine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the employees performance of cooperative in Semarang. The sample used in the study were 67 employees of the Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Kencana Mulya Semarang. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are in the city of Semarang by using google forms via personal cell phones. The sampling technique used is the census sampling method or commonly called saturated sampling. The method used in this study is multiple linear. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that partially the motivation and job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on the Cooperative Employee Performance in Semarang.Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine sales, purchases, accounts receivable and payable have an effect on company performance. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method with the number of companies as many as 61 companies and a sample size of 60. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection method is done through a documentation approach. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that sales to special parties have an effect on company performance, purchases to special parties have an effect on company performance, receivables to special parties have an effect on company performance and payable to special parties have an effect on company performance.Keywords: sales, purchases, accounts payable, receivables and company performance.

Abstract

Every organization is required to be able to maintain the affective commitment of its employees, because this will make employees have high loyalty and are willing to sacrifice for the benefit of their organization. The research object is PT. Real Glass Semarang, a company engaged in the manufacture of dark grey glass using modern technology,namely sheet glass and float glass. PT. Real Glass in order to continue to exist in the midst of intense competion with other comapanies engaged in the same field, the copany experienced a problm phenomenon, wh the affective commitment possessed by employees in the production section was low. It is suspected that is motivated by the low pn orgizati fit, quality of work life and career development in the company. The research objective was to determine the impact of person organization fit, quality of work life and career development on affective commitment partially and simultaneously and to find out wether job satisfaction strengthens the impact of person organization fit, quality of work life and career development on affective commitment.The population of this research is 88 employees who work in the production departement of PT. Real Glass Semarang, while the sampling technique is a cencus, where the entire selected population is used as a sample.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The calculation results show that person organization fit, quality of work life and career development partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on affective commitment. Job satisfaction partially strengthens the impact of person organization fit, quality of work life and career development on affective commitment. There needs to be a special policy from the management of PT. Real Glass Semarang in order to increasethe affectice commitment of production employees, by increasing employee job satisfaction, so that il will have a positive impact on increasing person organization fit, quality of work life and career development.Keywords : affective commitment, career development, job satisfaction, person organization fit and quality of work life

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, Return On Assets (ROA), and institutional ownership on firm value. The data analysis method uses panel data regression. The population in this study are companies whose shares remain incorporated in the LQ-45 index and must always be actively traded every day during the 2017-2020 period. The sample in this study used purporsive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 112 data. The conclusion in this study is that leverage has no significant effect on firm value, Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on firm value, institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value and leverage, Return On Assets (ROA) and institutional ownership simultaneously affect the value of the firm. company.Keywords : Leverage, Return On Asset (ROA), Institutional Ownership, Value Company

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Consumer Motivation, Perceived Quality, and Consumer Attitudes influence the Eiger Product Purchase Decision in Semarang City. The population in this study are Eiger Product Users in Semarang City. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method and the number of samples was 96 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. This study uses a questionnaire in collecting data. The test techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Consumer Motivation has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. This is evidenced by a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 while tcount is 4.918 > 1.66159, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. Perceived quality does not affect purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.520 > 0.05 while the tcount is 0.645 <1.66159, it can be concluded that H2 is rejected. Consumer Attitude has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. This is evidenced by a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 while tcount is 5.071 > 1.66159, it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Consumer Motivation, Perceived Quality, and Consumer Attitudes simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This can be seen from the Fcount value which is 74.719 which is smaller than the Ftable value which is 2.70, while with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance value below 0.05.Keywords: Consumer Motivation, Perceived Quality, Consumer Attitudes, and Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Banking companies have the main weapon to keep their customers loyal. Loyal customers will increase company profits. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the joint effect of e-banking, service quality and communication quality on customer loyalty at Bank BCA Semarang City. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 BCA Semarang customers, with the research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1), e-banking proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2) service quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) communication quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and 4) e-banking banking, service quality and communication quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of BCA Semarang City.Keywords: e-banking, service quality, communication quality, loyalty.
