Abstract

Keberhasilan kinerja keuangan dapat diukur dari return on equity (ROE). Yang diberikan perusahaan tersebut. ROE merupakan tuntutan pemberi dana (investor) kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk mampu memperoleh laba bersih (net profit) dari dana yang diinvestasikan ke dalam perusahaan, sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban kinerja manajemen. Besarnya net profit di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti debt to equity ratio (DER) dan total assets turnover (TATO). Fokus masalah ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana kondisi DER, TATO dan ROE serta bagaimana pengaruh variabelvariabel tersebut terhadap ROE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan menganalisis kondisi DER, TATO dan ROE pada PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. baik parsial maupun simultan, selama tahun 2012-2020. Populasi penelitian ini diambil dari laporan keuangan milik PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. periode tahun 2012-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan assosiatif. Penelitian ini dideskripsikan lewat, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover dan return on equity. Sementara itu, dalam hal terkait asosiatif, penelitian ini ingin menemukan adanya pengaruh debt to equity ratio dan total assets turnover terhadap return on equity. Hasil penelitian secara umum dalam penelitian ini ialah, kondisi debt to equity ratio (DER) menunjukan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap return on equity (ROE) dengan pengaruh sebesar 54,5%, dan total assets turnover (TATO) menunjukan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap return on equity (ROE) dengan pengaruh sebesar 85,2%. Secara simultan bahwa variabel DER dan TATO mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap variabel ROE dengan pengaruh sebesar 94,3%. Persamaan regresi berganda diperoleh ROE= –6.99,405 + 0,313DER + 14,993TATO. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover dan Return On Equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Indo Makmur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 39 orang, menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, uji regresi, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan, denga persamaan regresi Y = 4,390 + 1,198X1, dengan koefisien determinasi 98,5%, (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 24,640 + 1,099X2 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,6%, (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkunan kerja dan komumikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,859 + 1,163X1 + 0,069X2 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 98,6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh disarankan dalam penelitian ini : (1) Manajemen perusahaan diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan sesuai dengan hasil yang mereka dapatkan karena hal itu akan menimbulkan rasa puas tersendiri bagi karyawan, perusahaan juga harus lebih memperhatikan apa yang diharapkan karyawan. Sehingga karyawan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya lebih baik lagi. (2) Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan agar menambah variabel-variabel lain sebagai indikator dalam penelitian atau dengan cara memperluas responden selanjutnya. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The problems that occur are subjective assessments in determining the election for promotion to officials of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency, mistakes and difficulties in ranking positions in the selection and placement of positions that are not on target. It also caused jealousy among civil servants due to unclear results because so far they only used assessment results. The criteria used are Employee Work Objectives, Education, Training, Job History, and Assessment. This study is more focused on the purpose of knowing the effect of AHP on the weighted value generated by the Profile Matching method to reduce the level of subjectivity so that the results of determining promotions are faster, more accurate, and objective. The results of the calculation of the consistency ratio (CR) criteria for determining the position obtained the value = 0.039, the calculation result is less than ≤ 0.1 so that the comparison assessment criteria for determining promotion is consistent. The results of calculations using the AHP method and Profile Matching obtained the highest first value is Awaludin, S.H., M.H. value = 3.20, the second highest score is Drs. Imam Nawawi, M.Si, M.T. value = 3.12. Abstract

Wabah Pandemi covid 19 sepanjang tahun 2020 berdampak negatif terhadap sektor industri secara umum. Namun ditengah keterpurukan ekonomi sektor industri makanan dan minuman ringan justru mampu bertahan dan bahkan tumbuh dibanding tahun 2019. Menghasilkan produktvitas ditengah ketatnya pembatasan akibat protokol kesehatan dan memjaga motivasi karyawan ditengah baying bayang ancaman PHK tentu bukan hal mudah yang harus dilakukan oleh manajemen. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perencanaan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan selama Pandemi pada Industri makanan dan minuman ringan di wilayah Tangerang. dengan melibatkan sebanyak 85 Pekerja sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisi diskriptif  dan asosiatif  kausalitas.  dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji Korelasi, Koefesien determidasi, serta uji regresi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil perhitungan korelasi variabel Perencanaan dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan menunjukan hubungan yang Kuat (0,738) dan Koefesien Determinasi sebesar 54%. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial didapat t hitung 8,834 untuk variabel Perencanaan  dan t hitung 9,833 untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja dengan t tabel sebesar 1,988. Demikian juga untuk hipotesis ketiga secara simultan  didapat F hitung sebesar 49,008  dan F tabel 3.96.Kata Kunci ; Perencanaan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas, Pandemi  Covid-19

The use of cloud technology is now starting to make some companies to moving database infrastructure to the cloud server, AWS (Amazon Web Service) as the number one cloud server provider provides many advantages when providing services, especially in database cloud computing.However, the many benefits provided by database cloud computing do not necessarily make companies immediately switch to cloud databases, even many who have tried cloud databases to return to onpremise systems, a constraint that is often found is the high costs incurred.Actually there are ways and techniques to minimize costs incurred while still getting optimal benefits. Abstract

This paper is designed based on the material entitled marketing information system while the title of the discussion explains the android-based agricultural sector, concerning the paper entitled marketing information system with the role of the agricultural sector in economic development in Indonesia due to the lack of the agricultural sector in the food sector. The method used is the black box method, for the writing method the author uses qualitative methods. The qualitative method is a method that focuses on in-depth observations with references from scholars. The results of the black box method are very beneficial for the community, especially people who are still dependent on the sector.

Penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz diharapakan mampu membuat mahasiswa mengerjakan ujian dan latihan secara menyenangkan dan membuat mahasiswa tertantang dengan adanya kompetisi antara mahasiswa. Dengan aplikasi tersebut juga membuat plagiasi di  minimalkan dengan cara pengacakan nomor soal dan hal lainnya adalah memudahkan dosen untuk pencatatan nilai dikarenakan  nilai akan didapat secara otomatis saat mahasiwa selesai mengerjakan.

Abstract

Abstract – The purpose of this study is to analyze an information system that is necessary for logical decision-making, so it requires an understanding of the problem and knowledge of alternative solutions. This study report was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method by reviewing scientific articles taken from Google Scholar by taking notes. The results of the study, that more precise information results in better decisions. The quality of information depends on 3 (three) things, namely, the information must be accurate, timely, and relevant. The elements in decision-making that must be considered are the purpose of decision-making, identification of decision alternatives to solve problems, calculations of factors that cannot be known beforehand or are beyond human reach, and the means or tools used to evaluate or measure the result of a decision.Keywords: Information Systems, Decision Making.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai salah satu hal yang mendasar dalam pembentukan sumber daya manusia memiliki tantangan yang harus dihadapi dan diselesaikan. Salah satunya adalah upaya untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang merata bagi siapapun dan dimanapun berada. Setiap individu memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk memperoleh pendidikan tanpa memandang status sosial, jenis kelamin, letak geografis , maupun agama. Hal inilah yang pada akhirnya mendorong pemerintah untuk membuat program zonasi sekolah demi tercapainya pemerataan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh sistem zonasi sekolah tersebut terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik . Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X di SMA N 1 Banjarnegara sejumlah 105 orang. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengujian SPSS yang melibatkan variabel sistem zonasi (X) dan variabel motivasi belajar peserta didik (Y). Berdasarkan olah data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil yaitu (1) terdapat pengaruh antara sistem zonasi sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 0,257 (2)Adanya pengaruh yang cukup signifikan antara sistem zonasi sekolah dan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,464. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sistem zonasi sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik.   Keywords: sistem zonasi sekolah, motivasi belajar, pemerataan pendidikan
