Conditions related to employee performance that impacts the performance of diamonds at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Banten Province. This is because it is signaled that there are some problems based on the observations of researchers. This study aims to examine the influence between Leadership Style and Work Engagement with Employee Performance in BAPPEDA Banten Province. By using a descriptive approach to analysty which is quantitative research. Based on the research analysis obtained the value of coefficient of determination (R2)=40,3%. Partial test results of variable X1 of 3,593 and X2 of 3,275 were greater than 1,998 and sig. values < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 20,922 > Ftable = 3,150. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the variable Leadership Style and Work Engagement partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance has a significant and positive influence

SMEs are an important sector in driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy that need attention for a better Indonesian economic condition. Bengkulu City is a province consisting of 9 sub districts which is always increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on organizational performance mediated by innovation. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to test the existing hyphotheses and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample in this study amounted to 203 SMEs in Bengkulu city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis using WarpPLS version 6.0 software. The result showed that: (1). Total Quality Managemen has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. (2). Innovation does not mediate the effect of Total Quality Management on organizational performance

Entrepreneurs having significant contribution in creating job opportunities, reducing unemployment, increasing people's income and contributing greatly to the country's economic cycle. For this reason, the government through the Ministry of Education program issued an entrepreneurial skills program to encourage of new entrepreneurs for productive age who do not have a job and are not currently studying. This community service activity aims to prepare mindsets, motivation and strong reasons for 20 participants in the entrepreneurial skills program at PKMB Alkahfi in order to be ready to become new entrepreneurs. The methods used are presentation, focus group discussion, questions and answer, discussion, game and roleplay. The results of this community service show that all participants have a new mindset, understand the character of entrepreneurship, succeed in destroying mental blocks and have high motivation to become new entrepreneurs

A complicated tax problem in Indonesia is tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is a legal action that is detrimental to the state. This research aims to determine whether tax avoidance affects leverage, firm size and return on assets. This study was tested using multiple linear regression with the dependent variable tax avoidance and independent variables in the form of leverage, firm size, and return on assets. The population in this research is companies that listed in Indonesian Stck Exchanged (www.idx.co.id) and sample in this study amounted to 50 (fifty) manufacturing companies. The selection of the research sample was done by random sampling. Multiple regression testing uses SPSS 25 software. The results show that leverage has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while firm size and return on assets have no effect on tax avoidance. Companies with high debt levels tend to do tax avoidance. On the other hand, companies of any size and any return on assets can carry out tax avoidance

The Company is required to have a reliable employee performance, at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2, especially Stockfit Cell 5, has some obstacles in achieving the company's target due to the lack of focus of employees while working, causing a decrease in employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work conflicts and work environment on employee performance at PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 Serang-Banten. The research method used is Quantitative. With a population of 50 employees and a sample of 50, using saturated techniques, with the spread of questionnaires to 50 respondents employees at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2 Serang-Banten. Based on the analysis of the study obtained the calculation value in the form of a coefficient of determination (R2 ) has a value of 66.6% which contributes enough in attachment to the influence between free variables against bound variables. T test result is variable work conflict obtained tcount value 7,002 > 2,010 ttable and work environment obtained tcount value of 4,354 > 2,010 ttable and signification value less than 0.05.The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount of 46,844 > Ftable of 2,804. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the relationship between work conflict variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously to employee performance has a positive influence even very significant

To achieve organizational goals, a government agency requires good and measurable performance. In order for employee performance to be achieved properly, intense communication between employees is required. In carrying out public service tasks according to the duties and functions of employees at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, it requires a common perception so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. The common perception is created through communication between employees, which is called interpersonal communication. This study intends to examine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Jawilan District Office. The method used is a quantitative approach, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique where the sample was 40 people. The number of samples is the same as the total population. Furthermore, the study uses a test of validity and a test of reliability. The results showed that the effect of interpersonal communication consisting of openness, empathy, support and positive feeling was increased, thus increasing employee performance. Based on the results of the T-test calculations, the test results show that the significance value = 0.000 <0.05 or sig value <0.05 t arithmetic > t table (5.983> 2.024). This means that Ha is accepted, and HO is rejected, and the result of the correlation coefficient (R) is = 0.746, the relationship is very strong between Interpersonal Communication and Employee Performance at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency. And the results of the regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between the Interpersonal Communication variabel (X) and the Employee Performance variabel (Y) at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, as shown by the regression equation Y = 6.929 + 0.652X

This is the time for us to see the positive side caused by pandemic. Even though not everybody agrees to this, the pandemic going on not only in Indonesia but also in all over the world has given us a chance for ‘adaptation’ over changes in business. Nowadays, business concept is not only affected by markets, companies, competitors but also by changes. Every individual, even a big company must acknowledge this. In order to maintain the side of people’s ‘economy’, various studies reviewing alternatives for good marketing strategies have been carried out. These studies are especially aimed at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This is because SMEs have been the part of creative economy. Based on these circumstances, the researcher was encouraged to study which strategy of digital branding dominantly carried out by the SME players. This research applied factor analysis to find out the basic attribute grounding SME players to survive their businesses, which were initiated either before or after pandemic. The method used was non-probability sampling. Here the questionnaires were distributed in order to find answers from five determined spots. There were 169 respondents as samples in this research. In the pre-test, before questionnaires distributed, there were at least 9 attributes used as references for the main players of SMEs in applying digital branding. Results of factor analysis test showed that there were at least two main factors developed. In these two factors, it is agreed that strategy of Search Engine Optimization was the most ideal to apply in order to survive their business. This is because it has big dominant value, which was 0.823 (82% for first group) and 0.790 (79% for the second group).

Stock price is a very important factor for see company value, a high stock price in the company can be said that the company is in good condition, on the other hand, if the stock price of a company is falling, it can be said the company is not good which makes the value of the company go down and can cause investors not to buy the campany’s stock. The purpose of this study was to compare the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian for a period of 12 months before and 12 months after the Covid-19 pandemic was confirmed in Indonesian, namely on March 2, 2020. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research and uses comparative method. The results of the study using the paired sample t-test showed that the average stock price before the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 8,114.58 and after the Covid-19 pandemic was IDR 5,088.33, this means that there is a difference in the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, a significat periode of 12 months before and 12 months afrer the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesian. The conclusion obtained is that there is a negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the stock price of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Along with the development of technological advances, the need for fast, accurate, easy and practical data processing has become a demand, so that currently the majority of institutions have utilized a computerized data management system. No exception for data management in village government institutions, each village is required to provide the best service to the community in the field of letter making, tax payments, population data collection and other needs related to village office services. But most of the service process is still done conventionally. Therefore, the author recommends a web-based public service application to be implemented in North Cigoong Village. This village service application is made web-based that can be used online, so village people can enjoy village services more quickly and easily. It is hoped that with the application of this village service, it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of North Cigoong village

The food and beverage company's earnings per share (EPS) share price and earnings are down in 2020. Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) showed good progress, but neither was followed by an increase in stock prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) data and stock prices. The determination of samples in this study used purposive sampling so that 9 companies from 29 food and beverage companies were obtained. The analysis technique used is a regression analysis technique of panel data using the help of the Eviews10 application. The conclusions obtained indicate that Earnings Per Share (EPS) partially have a positive and significant effect on the stock price. Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have no significant effect on stock prices.
