Abstract

Penelitian tentang Ekonomi Politik Media : Pada pemberitaan menjelang Pemilihan gubernur Banten 2017 oleh Radar Banten dan Baraya TV ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena melonggarnya nilai-nilai objektifitas dan independensi media massa dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagamana di atur dalam UU Pers dan UU Penyiaran. Pada saat kampanye, para kandidat atau calon gubuernur dan wakil gubernur berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan ”tempat’ dan dikenal sekaligus mengobral janji kepada calon pemilhan untuk mendapatkan simpati. Pada saat itu, media seolah lupa pada fungsi dan posisinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui fenomena relasi media dengan para kandidat dan bagaimana fenomena ekonomi politik media di kedua lembaga (Radar Banten dan Baraya Pos) tersebut pada saat menjelang pemilihan gubernur Banten tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui depth-interview, dari informan terpilih. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa relasi media (hubungan antara) media dengan para calon relatif longgar, tergambar dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua media tersebut “begitu mesra” dengan para kandidat, dan kebijakan media dalam mengangkat berita lebih disarakan pada kepentingan ekonomi vis a vis dengan kepentingan politik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Radar Banten reports on the practice of political economy and how the neutrality and professionalism of Radar Banten in the Banten Gubernatorial Election 2017. As long as the 2017 Banten Gubernatorial Election contestation takes place, Radar Banten, as with other local media, play a role in disseminating various news related to the contestation. This research is qualitative research with the method of framing analysis. The data analysis method used in this study is the analysis of media political economy, content analysis, framing analysis and discourse analysis. The results of this study showed that the news presented by Radar Banten tended to favor one of the candidates. This also shows that Radar Banten is not neutral and unprofessional in presenting the news related to the Banten Gubernatorial Election 2017.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini hendak membantu dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan dan gender, yakni pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK dengan menumbuh kembangkan social preneur pada organisasi dan kegiatan PKK. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan sesuai peminatan mitra, agar mitra mampu menghasilkan produk unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dibutuhkan pasar. Produk tersebut selain untuk dipasarkan juga untuk dikonsumsi sendiri, dan mengurangi beban pengeluaran mitra dalam membiayai konsumsi rumah tangga. Untuk menumbuhkembangkan social preneur, yang bertujuan sosial (pengentasan kemiskinan), diberikan pula pelatihan motivasi kewirausahaan dan ketrampilan manajerial kewirausahaan, yang mencakup manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan, akuntansi sederhana dan manajemen pemasaran. Luara kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Pengurangan beban biaya konsumsi barang kebutuhan rumah tangga pada keluarga ibu-ibu PKK mitra,(2) Terbentuknya social preneur Ibu-Ibu PKK RW mitra yang mampu memberikan penghasilan tambahan kepada keluarga anggota PKK, dan 3) Terciptanya produk barang kebutuhan rumah tangga dan konveksi hasil produksi PKK mitra yang layak dipasarkan

Abstract

The election of the Village Head (Pilkades) is a democratic phenomenon that has been a tradition since colonial times (Muis, 2006). As a phenomenon, the journey has been long enough until the reign of Joko Widodo period 2. The practice of democracy, requiring deliberation for consensus, based on the belief in family and gotong royong aimed at welfare that contains religious elements, based on truth, love and noble ethics and upholding the principles of democracy is equality, freedom, and pluralism. This paper aims to look at the background of the contestation of husband and wife in pilkades, its influence on the quality of democracy and the quality of political participation of rural communities. Using qualitative methods through phenomenological approaches and descriptive analysis, the results of the analysis, obtained the results of the analysis, that the opportunity to serve more than 2 times as Village Head in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages and the prohibition of single candidates, as well as the will to rule more than 2 times became the main reason husband and wife conducted a "fake" rivalry. Rivalries that ostensibly promote equality, equality and gender bias, undermine and degrade the value of democracy itself

Abstract

Media dengan kegiatan komunikasi politik merupakan relasi yang tidak terpisahkan.Berita Pilkada akan lebih banyak disajikan dalam surat kabar daerahsesuai prinsip proximity dalam jurnalistik,artinyamasyarakat akan tertarik membaca berita-berita yang dekat dengan dirinya, baik kedekatan geografis, kultural, sosiologis, maupun kedekatan psikologis.Termasuk dalam Pilkada Banten, Radar Banten sebagai media local menjadi media informasi bagi masyarakat Banten untuk mengetahui peristiwa kampanye sebagai salah satu tahapan Pilkada.Kajian ini bermaksud mengangkat kontruksi realitas politik Radar Banten melalui peristiwa pemilihan Gubernur Banten tahun 2017.Konstruksi realitas mediabisa dilihat dari aspek ekonomi politik media, dan analisis teks (melalui analisis wacana dan framing) atas berita tersebut.Radar Bantenr merupakan media lokal terbesar, dengan tiras mencapai 23 ribu dengan jumlah pembaca mencapai 55 ribu orang.Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.Fokuskajian ini adalah(1) diketahuinya posisi Radar Banten dalam Praktik Ekonomi Politik Masa Pilkada Banten Tahun 2017 (2) diketahuinya Netralitas dan Profesionalisme Radar Banten, Selama Pilkada Banten 2017? (3) diketahuinyafrequensi berita Pasangan Calon Gubernur Banten 2017 dimuat oleh Radar Banten (selama masa kampanye)?.Kata kunci: konstruksi realitas media, ekonomi politik media, teks media, kampanye, Pilkada Banten 2017, Radar Banten Media with political communication activities is an inseparable relationship. Election news will be more presented in regional newspapers according to the principle of proximity in journalism, meaning that people will be interested in reading news close to him, whether geographical, cultural, sociological, or psychological closeness. Included in elections of Banten, and Radar Banten as a local media into a medium of information for the people of Banten to know the campaign event as one of the stages election. This study aims to raise the construction of Radar Banten political reality through the election of Banten Governor in 2017. The construction of reality media can be seen from the political economy media aspect, and text analysis (through discourse analysis and framing)for the news. Radar Banten is the largest local media, with 23,000 copies reaching 55,000 readers. The method used is qualitative analysis. The focus of this study is (1) knowing the position of Radar Banten in the  Political Economy Practices of Banten Election Period 2017 (2) knowing of Neutrality and Professionalism of Radar Banten, during the Pilkada Banten 2017? Abstract

To achieve organizational goals, a government agency requires good and measurable performance. In order for employee performance to be achieved properly, intense communication between employees is required. In carrying out public service tasks according to the duties and functions of employees at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, it requires a common perception so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. The common perception is created through communication between employees, which is called interpersonal communication. This study intends to examine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Jawilan District Office. The method used is a quantitative approach, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique where the sample was 40 people. The number of samples is the same as the total population. Furthermore, the study uses a test of validity and a test of reliability. The results showed that the effect of interpersonal communication consisting of openness, empathy, support and positive feeling was increased, thus increasing employee performance. Based on the results of the T-test calculations, the test results show that the significance value = 0.000 <0.05 or sig value <0.05 t arithmetic > t table (5.983> 2.024). This means that Ha is accepted, and HO is rejected, and the result of the correlation coefficient (R) is = 0.746, the relationship is very strong between Interpersonal Communication and Employee Performance at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency. And the results of the regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between the Interpersonal Communication variabel (X) and the Employee Performance variabel (Y) at the Jawilan District Office, Serang Regency, as shown by the regression equation Y = 6.929 + 0.652X

Abstract

Television broadcasts (TV) are a very powerful medium (a powerful medium) in disseminating information to the public simultaneously, TV broadcasts also have a broad reach and are able to eliminate geographical boundaries, political systems and community culture. Broadcasting digitization is a technological dynamic that is a necessity to be implemented. Digital television broadcasting in Indonesia is unavoidable and the development of technology. The broadcasting digitization policy is set by the government by considering the future benefits of implementing digital technology in the broadcasting sector. The government and the KPID Province Bhave jointly drafted regulations that can accommodate the aspirations of media activists and the public so that broadcast migration from analog to digital can be carried out immediately. The purpose of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission for the Banten Province and providers of national television stations or MUX such as Trans TV, SCTV, RCTI, INDOSIAR and others in the supervision of distribution and implementation of socialization that is promoted for the transfer of analog TV broadcasts to digital, as a framework for developing digital TV technology. by using the Set Top Box device

Abstract

The business world is inseparable from fair and reasonable competition in business activities, so that there is no central economic power for certain business sectors, while remaining obedient to existing laws and regulations. Law Science does not see chaos, but rather as a component of a system where there is a bond of legal principles. As a legal system, it contains orders, rules which constitute a unified whole of parts or elements that are interrelated to one another. In principle, the business area, in order to obtain maximum revenue, is normal behavior, as long as there are no monopolistic practices, but in reality it is always colored by the power of unfair competition groups. Therefore it is not easy to interpret the meaning and causes of monopolistic practices which are the implementation of Law No.5 Tahun 1999 which are directly related to business activities as well as the economy of a nation

Abstract

In the Era of Public Information Disclosure, with the birth of Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, obtaining public information is a public right or public right. To obtain public information from a public agency (a public agency is an institution funded by the state budget (APBN) or the regional budget (APBD) or other institutions with funding sources from public contributions and foreign aid), it must follow public information service standards (SLIP). However, there are times when the public requests a large amount of information to a public agency at the same time. So that it is indicated that it does not have good faith and is not serious, called vexatious request. The same thing is also found in some countries, although with different contexts and consequences. In addition to vexatious requests, the termsrepeated request and frivolous request are also known. This article aims to determine the implementation of the principle of requests that are not in good faith or earnest. The method used is descriptive analysis

Abstract

Communication strategies are key in dealing with complex challenges rooted in historical, social and regulatory factors. Stigma and discrimination, low understanding of the needs of people with disabilities, non-comprehensive regulations, budget and infrastructure limitations, lack of coordination and collaboration, and cultural and social challenges are the main obstacles in realizing inclusive accessibility. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to examine the background of these problems and identify potential solutions to improve the accessibility of public services for people with disabilities in Serang City. Comprehensive and sustainable solutions are needed to address the root causes and build an inclusive city for all.
