The development of a company is due to factors from employees, the company tries to achieve appropriate work efficiency, the achievement of work efficiency is seen based on what kind of employee development occurs what is the development of employees who work efficiently, the creation of work efficiency is also seen from how the company places employees in positions that are in accordance with what employees have. In order to achieve work efficiency based on employee development and work placement, work discipline is a connecting factor to improve work efficiency values for the better. This study aims to determine the effect of employee development and work placement on work efficiency through work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Modern Industrial Estate either directly or indirectly. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used is 72 employees. Based on the results of hypothesis testing directly and indirectly there is an effect of employee development on work efficiency through work discipline and the effect of employee work placement on work efficiency through work discipline At PT. Modern Industrial Estate. So it can be concluded that work discipline can be an intervening variable in the indirect relationship between employee development and work placement on work efficiency

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) on financial distress conditions, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample for this study, so that 48 companies were obtained from a population of 90 manufacturing enterprises in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The analytical technique were using logistic regression with the SPSS version 26 program. The results obtained shows that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially has a positive effect on financial distress, while Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE) partially have a negative effect on financial distress. According to simultaneous testing, financial distress circumstances are affected by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Equity (ROE).

This study aims to determine whether the distance training for village officials conducted by the Ministry of Finance in 2022 spread throughout Indonesia. The training carried out included village budgeting planning, village financial reporting and accountability, village asset administration and BUMDes Financial Management and Accountability. Data were collected through secondary data from RFTC Malang, RFTC Manado and RFTC Yogyakarta. In addition to secondary data, primary data was obtained from interviews with key informants, namely the training participants for village government officials. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with processing stages in the form of transcription, reduction, categorization, and interpretation with reference to the research objectives. The results showed that the training participants felt that the training was very useful for them in supporting the implementation of their duties. In addition, the training is less effective if it is carried out with the full distance learning method. It is recommended that in the future the training is carried out in a "Blended" way, which is a combination of the Distance Training method and the Classical method

The purpose of this study is to analyze poverty and determine the impact of the Human Development Index (IPM) variable, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK) on Poverty in Banten Province with Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) as a Mediation Variable . The analytical tool used is PLS SEM analysis. Based on the analysis of the number of poor people in Banten province in 2021, it still shows a high poverty rate of 6.66%, an increase compared to the previous year. From the results of the study, it can be explained that the variables HDI (X1), GRDP (X2) and UMK (X3) have a direct impact on the Poverty variable (Y) of 99.3%, and the indirect impact on the variables HDI (X1), GRDP (X2) and UMK (X3) through TPT (Z) on the variable Poverty (Y) of 93.6%. Furthermore, the discussion is explained further in this study

This study aims to produce a letter filing information system at the Palopo City Tourism Office based on a website so as to make it easier for agencies to manage mail archive data. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. In the development of the system, the author uses the Research and Development method which refers to the Waterfall model. System design using a Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, while creating a website using PHP, Bootstrap, CSS, Java script programming languages using MySQL databases. The assessment technique carried out in this system is Blackbox testing. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style on Performance, the influence of Loyalty on Performance and determine the influence of Leadership Style and Loyalty simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. LAPI Laboratories. The research method used is quantitative associative. The population in this study were 75 employees and using a non-probability sampling method, namely the saturated sample, the sample obtained was 75 respondents. The results showed that leadership style had no effect on performance, it could be seen from the calculation of tcount = 0.909 <ttable = 1.666. Loyalty has a significant effect, it can be seen from the calculation of tcount = 2,594 > ttable = 1,666. Leadership Style and Loyalty have a simultaneous effect on performance as shown by the results of the calculation Fcount > Ftable, namely 3.809 > 2.16. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.096, this means that the variables of Leadership Style and Loyalty affect 9.6% of performance. The conclusion is that there is a simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. LAPI Laboratories

The purpose of this study is that the price is expected to have a considerable influence on consumer loyalty, timeliness of delivery is expected to increase consumer loyalty, service quality is expected to increase consumer loyalty, and to determine consumer loyalty from price, timeliness of delivery, and quality of service. The research method used is a survey research method. The survey method is a quantitative method. The results of the t-test study, the price has a significant effect with the tcount > ttable (4.698 > 1.66071), delivery time has a significant effect with the tcount > ttable (2.885 > 1.66071), and service quality has a significant effect on the tcount < ttable (-0.199 < 1.66071). Price, timeliness of delivery and quality of service together affect consumer loyalty with a value of Fcount > Ftable (106.888 > 2.31).
