Abstract

The tourism awareness group is one of the drivers and initiators of development to increase independence and community participation in realizing Lon Malang beach tourism in Sokobanah Sampang as a tourist destination, and is supported by the motivation needed by the community to maintain and preserve in the context of developing Lon Malang Beach. This study aims to find out: (1) To find out the role of Pokdarwis in increasing employee motivation on Lon Malang beach tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) To find out the strategy for developing Lon Malang beach tourism during the Covid-19 19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with 10 informants as resource persons consisting of 1 Pokdarwis chairman, 1 secretary, 1 treasurer, 1 security and order section, 1 tourist attraction section, 1 public relations section, 1 business development section, 1 equipment, 1 local community and 1 visitor/tourist. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is based on certain criteria and considerations. The author obtained data from documents and oral statements from Pokdarwis members, local communities and visiting tourists. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Pokdarwis plays an important role in increasing employee motivation on Lon Malang beach tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic (2) One of the strategies in developing Lon Malang tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic is adding photo spots and interesting games.

Abstract

The research approach used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. Sampling using Purposive Sampling method and obtained samples as many as 41 banking companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the T Test analysis showed that the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Company Size (Size) had a positive and significant effect. The results of the T Test analysis showed that the Variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a positive and insignificant effect. Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO) have a negative and insignificant effect. The ability to explain from the four independent variables to Profitability (ROA) is 77,9% indicated by the size of Adjusted R Square, the remaining 22,1% is explained by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

One form of financing source that has an informal nature originating from capital sources from family or relatives is often referred to as family funding. Family funding is chosen by business actors as an alternative due to several factors. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach by applying multiple linear regression models. The research is located on the island of Madura. The object of this research is salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is using a purposive sampling approach with a sample of 40 salt farmers. The independent variable chosen in the study is entrepreneurial experience, while the dependent variable in the research is family funding. The results of the study concluded that the entrepreneurial experience variable had no effect on choosing the source of family funding for salt farmers in Madura.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of working capital, financial leverage, activity, and firm size on profitability in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study used a sampling method of 9 companies. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the working capital variable of the WCT indicator partially has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of the ROA indicator, the Financial Leverage indicator of DER is partially negative and has not significant impact on the profitability of the ROA indicator, the Ratio Activity of the TAT indicator partially has a positive and significant effect ROA profitability indicator and firm size partially have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of the ROA indicator, while the variables of Working Capital, Financial Leverage, Activity Ratio and Firm Sise simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the company's financial performance between before and after mergers and acquisitions. The financial performance used in this study is data three years before and three years after mergers and acquisitions. In this study, the company's  financial performance was measured using seven ratios. The ratios used include Quick Ratio (QR), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnver (TATO)  and Earning Per Share ( EPS). The sample used in this study were 5 companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in 2017 and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. Testing the normality of the data using the One Sample Kolmogorv Smirnov test. The different test used was the Paired Samples T-test for data that was normally distributed and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test for data that was not normally distributed. The results of this study indicate that QR and DER show a significant difference between the three years before and three years after mergers and acquisitions. While the other ratios,  namely ROA, ROE, DR, TATO, and EPS showed no significant difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Assets Turnover, and Firm Size on firm value (PBV), sim ultaneously or partially on autom otive com panies and their components listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on firm value. Current Ratio has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio has a non-significant positive effect on firm value, Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on firm value, Total Assets Turnover has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, and Firm Size has an insignificant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze: 1. Product influence on decision of purchase of product product rca 2. The price of product purchase decision on the rca 3 beauty salon decision. The influence of the promotion on the decision to buy products from the rca 4 beauty parlor. Impact on the decision of purchasing products from the rca beauty parlor. Retrieval. The study was conducted with a kind of quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The technique for taking a sample sample is random sampling. Data from the rca customers as many as 84 of those who bought rca products during July through September 2020. This research data analysis technique USES the t test and test f using SPSS version 23. The results of the t-test known products, promotions and places are inherently positive and significant to the decision of the purchase while the price is substantially positive and insignificant to the decision of the purchase. While the results of the known f test results, prices, promotions and places together (simultaneous) affect the decision of the purchase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study determines the effectiveness of productquality, price, and promotion of the decision repurchase in Seblak DuarBangkalan. This research usesquantitative methods. The sampling techniqueused non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as a sampling method,this study uses of 100 sample respondents. The population in this study areSeblak Duar Bangkalan customers who have bought. Abstract

The development of the MSME sector has an important meaning in encouraging economic growth and reducing poverty in a country. One of the SMEs in Lamongan is Nasi Boran. Nasi Boran is a traditional food that has become a Micro Small Medium Enterprise (UMKM) which has become a hereditary business for the Lamongan community, especially those from Kaotan village, Sumberjo, Lamongan. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the level of sales of Nasi Boran SMEs in Lamongan City which has decreased. The purpose of this study is to describe and formulate the right marketing strategy for selling Nasi Boran with a SWOT analysis approach. This study uses a purposive sampling technique by interviewing five related sources, namely the Nasi Boran seller and also one of the buyers whom the researcher happened to meet to buy boran rice as complementary data (secondary data). The results of the SWOT analysis obtained the IFAS value of 2.77 while the EFAS value of 2.16. Thus, if drawn with the SWOT Analysis Diagram, Nasi Boran UMKM is in quadrant 1 (positive, positive) where quadrant 1 is a very profitable situation. The result of choosing a competitive strategy using the SWOT Matrix is to maintain the existing market by maintaining product quality, service and also location cleanliness in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Optimizing marketing through social media to minimize the decline in purchases during the Covid 19 pandemic season.

Abstract

This study discussed the problems in PT. Sumekar Line Sumenep. Those are the  leadership style, financial compensation that have effect on employees motivation. So, there are 3 variables: Leadership Style, Financial Compensation and (Employees) Motivation. It uses a quantitative approach, and an analytic observational styles. The number of respondents are 54. The purposes are to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Financial Compensation on Motivation. Using this analysis (multiple linear regression), the results showed that the Leadership Style and Financial Compensation have effect on Motivation partially and simultaneously. It included: 1). The Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on the Motivation, the tcount is 2.831 ttable  is 2.007 and the significant level is 0.007 0.05; 2). The Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the Motivation, the tcount is 4.178 ttable is 2.007 and the significant level is 0.000 0.05;  3). The Leadership Style and Financial Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the Motivation at PT. Sumekar Line Sumenep as a significant level is 0.000 0.05, the Fcount is 32.485 ˃ Ftable is 3.18.
