Abstract

The research aims to determine relationship marketing which consists of trust, communication, competence commitment and cooperation to customer loyalty IM3 Ooredoo (Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura) from 2017 to 2020. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that relationship marketing which consists of trust, communication, competence, commitment and cooperation has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, and the variables trust, communication, competence, commitment and cooperation have a partially significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the problems regarding the level of consumer expectations of the atmosphere and prices as well as to measure consumer satisfaction with the atmosphere and prices at Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. Thus, the atmosphere and price variables can be identified in accordance with the needs and expectations of consumers as well as variables that require improvement. The samples taken in this study were consumers who were visiting and had transacted and had enjoyed the offerings from Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. The analysis method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained based on the CSI method indicate that the overall level of customer satisfaction at Kedai Srikandi is included in the "very satisfied" category. The calculation results based on the IPA method there are 2 items that need to be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the appropriate marketing system for selling Nasi Boran with an entrepreneurial marketing theory approach. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data mining techniques in this research, namely: observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data reduction, data display (display), and verification used for analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that there are seven variables to the entrepreneurial marketing theory approach on the marketing of Nasi boran. These include: (1) Proactive, namely increased sales. (2) Innovative, which is creating new ideas. (3) Calculated Risk-Taking, namely facing the competitive world of business. (4) Opportunities, namely seeing and taking opportunities. (5) Customer Intensity, namely building and maintaining good relationships. (6) Resource Leveraging, namely using and utilizing existing resources. (7) Value Creation, namely creating new combinations.

Abstract

The research method used is quantitative. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method, and the number of samples obtained is 20 companies from 30 companies.The hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Prior to multiple linear regression analysis, what needs to be done is the classical assumption test. Based on the data normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, there are no variables that deviate from the classical assumption test. The results of the F test are known that EPS, PER and company size have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which means the hypothesis is accepted and the results of the t test are known that partially EPS has a positive and positive effect. significant on stock prices as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 0.05, PER has a positive and insignificant effect as evidenced by a significance value of 0.492 0.05, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices as evidenced by a significance value of 0.104 0.05, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.382%, meaning that the independent variables together are able to explain the dependent variable of 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The Covid-19 case in Indonesia was first announced on March 2, 2020. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in share prices and share trading volume before and after the announcement of Covid-19 in Indonesia on LQ-45 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. . The research data were taken 14 days before and 14 days after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The data analysis was processed with descriptive statistics, the One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. From the results of data processing, it shows that there is a significant difference in stock prices before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.00 0.05. Where the share price has decreased compared to before the announcement of the Covid-19 case. Meanwhile, the trading volume of shares also shows a significant difference. Where the significance value is 0.00 0.05. The volume of stock trading after the announcement shows an increasing value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios in predicting profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019. The sample of this study consisted of 40 companies with purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is secondary data. Based on the r esults of this study indicate that the Curret Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth, Total Assets Turn Over has a negative and significant effect on Profit Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth, Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. Simultaneously, this research has a joint effect on profit growth with a significant value of 0.000. The value of adjusted R Square is 34.2% while the remaining 65.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study discusses the commitment and performance of skiving employees at PT Karyamitra Budisentosa in the midst of organizational justice problems. This study is used to examine more deeply about the role of organizational justice in building organizational commitment to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative research method to dig up information on the problems experienced by subjects of the study, namely organizational justice, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The writer uses 7 people as informants for different positions. Technique of collecting data uses the method of observation, method of interview, and method of documentation. The data validity test uses a credibility test using several techniques, namely persistence of observation, triangulation, reference materials, and member check. Technique of analyzing data consists of several processes, starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, to verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of organizational justice in building organizational commitment is through perception and trust in PT Karyamitra Budisentosa. When organizational commitment has been built on employees, then in the process of improving performance, this commitment plays a role in creating a sense of responsibility. Based on the results of the study, the writer provides suggestions for PT Karyamitra Budisentosa to take quick and appropriate action in creating organizational justice, because of the important role of organizational justice in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the lifestyle. The purpose of the partial influence of lifestyle on the purchasing decision of Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream at the routine association of mothers in RT 03 Sumberwono Village Mojokerto Regency, to determine the effect of price partially on the purchasing decision of Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream at routine gatherings. the women of RT 03 Sumberwono Village Mojokerto Regency, knowing the influence of lifestyle and price partially on the purchasing decision of Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream at the routine gathering of women from RT 03 Sumberwono Village Mojokerto Regency. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population of this research is the women of RT 03 Sumberwono Village who are consumers or users of Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream products. Because at the gathering in RT 03, Sumberwono Village, there were 104 people known. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The test results simultaneously (simultaneously) show that lifestyle and price variables have a positive effect on the purchasing decision of Warda Exclusive Matte Lipcream, it can be proven that the results obtained are 4,469. Lifestyle variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount = 2,965 t table 1,678. and the correlation coefficient value shows a relationship of 15.68%. The price variable has effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount = -0,058 t table 1,678. and the correlation coefficient value shows a relationship of 0.44%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the business marketing strategy of Rolet View Jepara Cafe through SWOT Analysis. The design used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is managers, employees at Rolet View Jepara Café with a total of five people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research instrument was conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. The results showed the strategies that can be applied are by expanding and maintaining existing markets, increasing marketing through social media by following technological advances, maintaining commitment to the quality of food and beverages as well as conducting socialization to all employees, making improvements and adding to photo spots of natural scenery.

Abstract

The objectives of this study include knowing how to develop the quality of human resources, the extent to which the competitive strategy in improving the quality of services will be applied towards the new normal, how to improve the quality of human resources and performance competition strategies in the new normal era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian to improve or develop the quality of human resources through increasing creative economic strategies by means of improving several products and CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian systems, including the Digital Sharia Pawnshop Application (PSD), Amanah Financing, Gold Savings and Arrum. The product and system of the CPS Bangkalan Pegadaian that is in great demand by customers is gold savings. This product is in great demand because it is easy to access, the process is fast, and there are fewer requirements to fulfill. The obstacles faced are the lack of socialization to customers, the many requirements.
