Abstract

This reaserch aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover and Firm Size to Stock Price inPharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)2015-2019 period. This research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative manner using secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study amounted to 10 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 9 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies  that  were  used   as   samples.  The  data  analysistechnique used is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis, partially ROE has a significant positive effect on Stock Price, DAR partially has a significant effect on Stock Price, EPS partially has no significant negative effect on Stock Price, TATO has no significant positif effect on Stock Price, Partially Firm Size has no significant negative effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Earning Per  Share,  Total  Asset  Turnover  and  Firm  Size  simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how students'creative behavior in facing the world of work. The research method used in this research is to use qualitative methods.And this research uses purposive sampling technique, namely the method of taking informants or data sources with certain considerations or certain criteria. These particular considerations, for example the person who is considered to know the most about what we expect, or maybe he is the ruler so that it will make it easier for researchers to explore the object or social situation to be studied. In this study using management students with the following criteria: 1. Trunojoyo Madura University students, 2.Management students, 3. 7th Semester Management students, 4. Students who after graduating from college want to work immediately. From the explanations of informants (A1, A2, A3, A4, and A5) who have been interviewed, the factors that encourage students after graduating from college to want to work immediately differ from one another. Some are caused by impulses from within himself (internal factors) and some are caused by encouragement or stimulation from the outside environment (external factors). However, most of the statements from the informants were influenced by internal factors, namely the desire of themselves, but some were influenced by external factors such as support from parents that made the informant melt and thought that the parents' decision must be the best    for him and the informant accepted suggestions from his parents. So it can be concluded that internal factors have a stronger influence because based on the statements of the five informants, four of the informants chose the job because of their own desires, and some were suggested by their parents and students could accept the sesuggestions without an element of coercion because after consideration it was goodness for him.

Abstract

The research aims to determine Experiential marketing which consists of sense, feel, think, act, relate to customer 3Point Garden Cafe Bangkalan. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing which consists of sense, feel, think, act, relate has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, and the variables have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence, e-marketing and product diversity in UKM Batik Surya 26 Tuban Regency, either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the incidental sampling method used as a sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 97 people and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the results of this study is that e-marketing partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partial product diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and e-marketing and product diversity simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Companies reach the goals through their employees performance. Employees performance can affect the profits of companies. If the employees performance is low, it is difficult for the company to achieve the goals. So, the companies always try to maintain and improve the performance of their employees. The aims this study are determine the effect of Work Overload and Motivation on performance at PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan partially. This study uses quantitative methods, simple random sampling technique as a sampling technique and a number of 51 employees as respondents. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the Work Overload variable partially has a significant effect on employees performance of PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan is 0.614. The tcount is 2,700 ttable is 1,677 and the significance value is 0.010 0.05. While the Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employees performance of PT. Marinal Indo Prima Jumiang Pamekasan is 0.354. The tcount is 3,516 ttable is 1,677 and the significance value is 0.001 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Marketing Public Relations Strategy is carried out by the Surabaya Islamic Hospital. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive type. The sample in this study were 7 respondents consisting of 2 hospital employees and 5 respondents from inpatients. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the informants chose RSI Surabaya for treatment because the PKRS (Hospital Health Promotion) activities carried out by the hospital could attract attention and make the informants have confidence in the health services provided by RSI Surabaya. In addition to promoting its health services, RSI is also trying to create a public image through several health talk shows which are broadcast live through PKRS RSI Surabaya media and even broadcast through Suara Muslim Radio 93.8 FM Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes consisting of Brand, Quality, Features, Design on the purchase decision of Mie Sedaap Selection Korean Spicy Soup steamed layer buyers in Ponorogo.  Sampling in this study using accidental sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study indicate that the product attributes partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, except for the brand variable.  And product attribute variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze financial distress of Manufature Company by using Altman Z-Score and Springate Models. Moreover, this research aimed to know aims to determine the similarities and differences in the results of the analysis of financial distress assessment using the Altman Z-Score model and the Springate Model. This research used Descriptive statistics and data analysis methods used  in this research were Altman Z-Score and Springate Model. To the finding on the research, it showed that (1) ) After evaluating the Altman Z-Score and Springate models, there are fifty companies that fall into different conditions. (2) The similarities and differences in the results of the Atman Z-Score model and the Springate model are the results of the two models that can be seen from having almost the same variable components and the difference is that the results of the financial distress assessment using the Altman Z-score model and the Springate model show that both These models have different criteria in determining the financial condition of a company.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the problems regarding the level of consumer expectations of the atmosphere and prices as well as to measure consumer satisfaction with the atmosphere and prices at Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. Thus, the atmosphere and price variables can be identified in accordance with the needs and expectations of consumers as well as variables that require improvement. The samples taken in this study were consumers who were visiting and had transacted and had enjoyed the offerings from Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. The analysis method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained based on the CSI method indicate that the overall level of customer satisfaction at Kedai Srikandi is included in the "very satisfied" category. The calculation results based on the IPA method there are 2 items that need to be improved.

Abstract

Tanjung Bumi batik has a rich variety of motifs, patterns, and colors that can describe the character of the coastal population, especially Madura Island. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product innovation and Facebook media marketing had an effect on buying interest in batik. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, and analyzed with IBM SPSS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the product innovation variable (X1) is worth 0.608, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that the product innovation variable has a significant effect on buying interest. The Facebook media marketing variable (X2) has a value of 0.424, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, it shows that the Facebook media marketing variable has a significant effect on buying interest. Based on testing the value of Ftable 2.41 Fcount of 483.646 with a significance of 0.000 0.05, this shows that Product Innovation and Facebook Media Marketing have a simultaneous or joint effect on buying interest.
