Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Solvency, Liquidity, Activity, and Firm Size on firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The method used is purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 15 companies. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and uses quantitative data. Based on the research results show that: 1) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value; 2) Solvency has a significant positive effect on firm value; 3) Liquidity has a significant positive effect on firm value; 4) Activities have a significant positive effect on firm value; 5) Firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value; 6) Profitability, Solvency, Liquidity, Activity, and Firm Size together have a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

The  study discusses the problems that exist in Pulorejo Public Health Center of Ngoro, Jombang. The problems that exist in this Public Health Center are low work motivation and job satisfaction. There are 3 variables in this study, namely work motivation as an independent variables, job satisfaction as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable.  The objective of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and a sample of 73 respondents. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (2) Work Motivation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (4) The indirect effect of work motivation is positive and insignificant on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty on Customer satisfaction at Bima n Zain Cafe in Bangkalan Regency. By measuring service quality using Dineserv indikators based on 5 dimensions of service quality. This research was conducted with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method as sample determination. The sample of this research was 100 respondents, and the population in this research are Bima n Zain Cafe’s customers who have visited and made some purchase at Bima n Zain Cafe.The results of this study indicate that the Tangible variable has no positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, the Reliability and Responsiveness variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While Assurance and Emphaty have a positive but not significant effect on customers satisfaction. However, simultaneously, it has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bima n Zain in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

This study was to examine the influence of variable capital structure, liquidity, company growth and profitability on firm value.The population in this study were all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, totaling 23 companies. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, so that the samples obtained in the study are 21 companies that are members of the coal sub-sector in 2015-2019. The data analysis technique is using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that: Capital Structure, Liquidity, and company growth have a positive and not significant effect on firm value, while Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value in the mining sub-sector. coal listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explain the snack product diversification, E-Wom and purchasing decision in E-commerce Eateat Gresik. Another objective of this study is to partially explain the effect of snack product diversification, E-Wom and purchasing decision in E-commerce Eateat Gresik. This study uses quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a probability sampling technique; simple random sampling with a sample of 90 respondents. Based on the results of Product diversification and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) have a positive and significant effect on the level of purchasing decision to e-commerce shopee of Eateat Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to partially the effect: (1) the influence of work family conflict on the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur (2) the influence of work stress on the performance of women employees at PT Warahma Biki Makmur Tuban Regency. This research includes causal associative research with quantitative approaches. The results showed that: (1) work family conflict positive and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (β) of 0.691 and the p value (sig) of 0.000. (2) work stress negative and significant affects the performance of women employees of the roll devision at PT Warahma Biki Makmur. This is indicated by the beta coefficient (β) of -0.462 and the p value (sig) of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect between e-servqual on e-satisfaction, to find out whether there is an effect between e-trust on e-satisfaction, and to find out whether e-servqual and e-trust have a joint influence on e-satisfaction on customers who use the M-Banking BTN. This study uses quantitative methods, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The type of data used is primary data, the data source comes from a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, T test and F test. (1) e-servqual has a positive and significantly on e-satisfaction, (2) e-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (3) e-servqual and e-trust have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on e-satisfaction on customer application users m-banking BTN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conceptualize the competitiveness of Madura halal tourism village destinations, formulate strategies to manage halal tourism village destinations effectively to help management make policies and for practitioners to better understand the advantages and problems of halal tourism village destinations and the development of halal tourism in Madura. especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods This research uses a mix method with triangulation (case study design and survey design). For qualitative, data were collected from a number of tourist village destinations through observation, in-depth interviews, and FGD methods.The competitiveness of Madura as a halal tourism village destination is based on 7 sub-variables including: tourist attractions, most of the respondents tend to state that they are in good condition. as well as from the aspect of accessibility, amenities and institutions, that overall, respondents tend to say they are ready. The accommodations available in Madura as a whole have implemented halal principles in their services. need commitment and consistency in working on halal tourism in Madura in order to be competitive with other tours.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify influence of Operating Leverage (DOL), Financial Leverage(DFL), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to Earning Per Share (EPS) on Telecommunication Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. This research was conducted descriptive, using quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is indicated 1) Operating Leverage (DOL) has a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 2) Financial Leverage (DFL) has a negative and significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 3) Current Ratio (CR) has a negative not significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 4)Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant on Earning Per Share(EPS); 5) Operating Leverage (DOL), Financial Leverage (DFL), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset turnover (TATO) affect the Earning Per Share (EPS).

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19 seperti saat ini yang dapat menurunkan kinerja perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang karyawan, di antaranya efektivitas komunikasi, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kerja sama antar karyawan di dalam perusahaan. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang baik maka diperlukan komunikasi sebagai media guna mempermudah untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh karyawan agar sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan dan mampu memberikan kinerja yang terbaik. Dan meningkatkan budaya organisasi agar perilaku organisasi karyawan yang telah terbentuk dalam instansi bisa mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Sedangkan kepuasan sendiri adalah pendorong tingkatnya kenaikan perusahaan agar karyawan semangat dan kuat untuk bekerja dan dapat bekerja sama dengan baik antar karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah 36 responden. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah (1) efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan (5) efektivitas komunikasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif melainkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan (6) efektivitas komunikasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif melainkan efektivitas komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Adapun berdasarkan perhitungan analisis jalur bahwa (1) efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai pengaruh 2,156 (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai pengaruh 1,971 (3) efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai 5,191 (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai pengaruh 6,140 (5) efektivitas komunikasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai pengaruh 0,403 dan 0,103 (6) efektivitas komunikasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai pengaruh 0,068 dan 0,654.
