Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of digital capabilities and financial literacy in shaping crypto investment behavior through a systematic literature review approach. The method used is systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol, by analyzing 15 articles published in 2018–2024 from various national and international databases. The results of the study show that the combination of digital capabilities and financial literacy significantly shapes rational, adaptive, and risk-resistant investment behavior in the crypto ecosystem. This study produces a conceptual model that places these two variables as the foundation for human resource (HR) transformation in facing the era of decentralized finance (Decentralized Finance). Policy implications offered include cross-disciplinary curriculum design and community-based training to enhance community preparedness. Novelty of this article lies in the simultaneous integration of digital capabilities and financial literacy in the context of crypto investment and digital HR transformation, which has not been widely discussed in previous studies.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a digital archive management system using Microsoft Access to support archive handling at the BPIPI. The study was motivated by the institution's continued use of manual archiving, which has led to difficulties in document retrieval, weak classification, and a lack of data security. The system was developed by applying Microsoft Access as the core platform, supported by Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to handle input validation, login control, and archive retrieval functions. The research employed an action research methodology encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. System evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving 11 respondents from various work units. The results showed an average SUS score of 80, indicating that the system was "Very Feasible" for daily use. These findings affirm that Microsoft Access can serve as an effective digital archiving solution for government institutions by offering structured classification, access control, and ease of use without complex infrastructure requirements.

Abstract

This research is intended to determine the effect of interest rates, credit procedures and ease of access on retirees' interest in applying for credit at PT. Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten (Persero) Tbk. Buah Batu Branch Office. Data was collected using a quantitative approach with explanatory research type, namely data that has been published previously in various scientific journals and relevant research sources. This study shows that each instrument used has high validity and consistency. Based on the validity test, each item in the Interest Rate (X1), Credit Procedure (X2), Ease of Access (X3), and Interest in Applying for Credit (Y) variables has a Pearson Correlation value greater than the critical value (r table = 0.3044), so that all question items are proven valid for measuring each variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sensory characteristics of savory bakpia with tuna and sambal matah flavored tempeh filling in various filling percentages, namely 30%, 40%, and 50%. The background of this research is the desire to bring innovation to new flavors of bakpia products, which have been dominated by sweet flavors. The research method used was experimental, with sensory tests conducted by 10 expert panelists on the aspects of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The results showed that bakpia with sambal matah filling of 40% had the highest average value in almost all sensory aspects, making it the most preferred formulation. Tests were also conducted with consumer panelists to determine which percentage of sambal matah was most preferred. The results of consumer acceptance obtained the type of percentage preferred by consumers, namely the 40% chili sauce matah treatment. This product was developed in the form of a business startup with the trademark “Bakkate” and marketed through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok. Consumer satisfaction analysis revealed high satisfaction levels, particularly in taste (92%), packaging design (92%), and customer service friendliness (90.6%). Other aspects such as pricing, ease of purchase, and delivery speed were also positively rated above 84%. Financial analysis indicated that with a selling price of IDR 22,000 per box and an initial investment of IDR 412,740, the business reached a profit of IDR 845,102 in the first month, with a projected break-even point of approximately 9.1 months. The results suggest that savory bakpia with tuna and tempeh sambal matah has high potential as an innovative local food product and business startup, provided consistent marketing strategies and product development are maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the amount of production to maximize profits at the furniture company PT. FurniCraft. The method used is a quantitative approach using Linear Programming (LP) and a qualitative approach using NVivo software to analyze the results of interviews with management. The LP model is used to determine the optimal product combination that maximizes profits based on resource limitations such as raw materials, working hours, and production capacity. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis reveals non-technical factors that affect the production process, such as workforce flexibility and production policies. The results of the analysis show that by implementing an optimization model, the company can increase potential profits by up to 18.5% from actual conditions. This finding is reinforced by the results of qualitative analysis which shows that production decisions are not entirely data-based, but rather more influenced by intuition and old habits. This study recommends the integration of analytical data in strategic decision making in the manufacturing sector.

The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents consisting of HR, innovation, and marketing managers in medium and large manufacturing companies. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that talent management strategy has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. In addition, product innovation also has a significant effect on marketing performance and partially mediates the relationship between talent management strategy and marketing performance. This finding confirms that the effectiveness of talent management strategy has strategic implications for the company's ability to create innovative products and increase competitiveness in the market.
