Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) and the Family Hope Program (PKH) on community welfare in Monta Baru Subdistrict, Dompu Regency. The multidimensional nature of poverty serves as the primary background for this study, highlighting the role of social assistance in reducing the economic burden of the community. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method with a Likert, scale questionnaire administered to 86 respondents who are Beneficiary Families (KPM). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both BPNT and PKH have a significant influenceboth simultaneously and partiallyon community welfare, with PKH contributing more dominantly than BPNT. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 32.1% suggests that these two programs play an important role in improving welfare, although other external factors also contribute. These findings imply that the effectiveness of social assistance programs must be supported by accurate data, ongoing mentoring, and active community participation in order to achieve inclusive and sustainable welfare.

Abstract

This research investigates how distributive justice, procedural justice, and perceived organizational support influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with employee engagement serving as a mediating factor and transformational leadership acting as a moderating element. The study targeted employees working at the Secretariat of Banjarmasin City Government and utilized a quantitative research design. Data were gathered using a purposive sampling technique through questionnaires administered to 150 participants. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings reveal that distributive justice, procedural justice, and organizational support perceptions significantly enhance both employee engagement and OCB. Additionally, employee engagement plays a crucial mediating role in the connection between these independent variables and OCB. Transformational leadership further moderates this relationship, amplifying the positive impact of employee engagement on OCB. These results highlight the importance of fair treatment and supportive work environments in fostering OCB, particularly when guided by transformational leadership. This study provides practical implications for public sector management to pay more attention to justice and support aspects as strategic efforts to improve employees’ extra-role performance through OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership on employee performance, by considering digital workplace dynamics as a mediating variable and digital leadership as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is used with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that dynamic innovation capabilities, information technology, and digital leadership have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through digital workplace dynamics. Dynamic innovation capabilities and digital leadership are proven to be the most dominant factors in improving performance, while information technology capabilities play an important role in forming an efficient and collaborative work ecosystem. Digital workplace dynamics function as a mediator that connects innovation and technology with improved performance, although its influence is smaller than the direct effect. In addition, the role of digital leadership as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship between innovation and technology on employee performance. This means that leaders who are adaptive to technology and able to facilitate organizational change strategically contribute significantly to driving the achievement of organizational goals in the digital era. This finding emphasizes the importance of synergy between innovation, technology, and leadership in supporting performance in the digital era. The theoretical and practical implications of this study contribute to the development of digital-based human resource management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the amount of production to maximize profits at the furniture company PT. FurniCraft. The method used is a quantitative approach using Linear Programming (LP) and a qualitative approach using NVivo software to analyze the results of interviews with management. The LP model is used to determine the optimal product combination that maximizes profits based on resource limitations such as raw materials, working hours, and production capacity. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis reveals non-technical factors that affect the production process, such as workforce flexibility and production policies. The results of the analysis show that by implementing an optimization model, the company can increase potential profits by up to 18.5% from actual conditions. This finding is reinforced by the results of qualitative analysis which shows that production decisions are not entirely data-based, but rather more influenced by intuition and old habits. This study recommends the integration of analytical data in strategic decision making in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This study aims to identify effective website-based e-commerce marketing strategies to increase room occupancy at Hotel Ayodya Resort Bali using a descriptive qualitative method and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review, and analyzed using IFAS, EFAS, the IE Matrix, and the SWOT Matrix. IFAS results highlight key strengths, such as the hotel's strategic location and strong brand reputation (score 0.60), while weaknesses include low digital adaptability among staff (score 0.10), with a total IFAS score of 2.95. EFAS analysis shows opportunities in digitalization trends (score 0.60) and threats from intense five-star hotel competition (score 0.30), totaling 2.70. The IE Matrix places the hotel in the "grow and build" quadrant, suggesting a stability strategy. The SWOT analysis generates SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies, focusing on website optimization, staff digital skill development, strengthening local identity, and market diversification. Practically, the study demonstrates that website-based e-commerce improves promotional efficiency and room distribution, while theoretically confirming the effectiveness of SWOT and IE analysis in crafting sustainable digital marketing strategies in hospitality.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is a strategy carried out by business entities to minimize the burden of tax payable by exploiting legal loopholes in the taxation system without explicitly violating applicable provisions. This practice, although legal, poses a serious challenge for the government in optimizing state revenues. This study aims to empirically test the effect of company size (firm size), company funding structure as measured by leverage, and fixed asset intensity on the level of tax avoidance in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020 to 2023. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 73 companies as research samples with a total sample size of 292 sample . Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that company size has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while leverage and fixed asset intensity have no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how green corporate strategy and cross sector collaboration might enhance the performance of MSMEs in Lagoa Utara Village, North Jakarta. MSMEs must develop strong synergies with a variety of actors in their business strategies, such as the government, private sector, academia, and communities, in order to meet the difficulties of economic upheaval and urban market dynamics. 90 MSMEs from a variety of business sectors participated in a survey as part of the quantitative research approach. Data was gathered using structured questionnaires, and multiple linear regression models were employed for analysis. The study's findings show that while cross-sector collaboration has a significant impact on MSME performance, green corporate strategy has a partial lack of significant influence. Additionally, both cross-sector collaboration and green corporate strategy have a positive and significant impact on improving MSME performance in North Jakarta's Lagoa subdistrict. The findings of this study have significant ramifications for the creation of cooperation-based policies that encourage the expansion of MSMEs in metropolitan regions like North Jakarta's Lagoa Utara subdistrict.
