Abstract

Salah satu kontribusi strategis dari keuangan mikro adalah menyediakan akses yang lebih mudah bagi para pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK). Pertumbuhan UMK menjadi perhatian dari pembuat keputusan di lingkungan pemerintah dibanyak Negara dan juga para peneliti dikarenakan sumbangannya terhadap produk domestic bruto (PDB) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi LKM terhadap UMK dalam memenuhi Kebutuhan modal usaha, sebesar 56,33 persen yang berasal dari jenis LKM koperasi dan bank. Sedangkan Sisanya, berasal dari usaha modal sendiri, bantuan pemerintah, dan sumber lainnya yang tidak disebutkan oleh responden, sebesar 43,67 persen. Kendala Usaha UMK , untuk jenis usaha tenun ikat adalah adanya kesulitan pemasaran, kesulitan mendapatkan pewarna alam, sedangkan untuk usaha bengkel, usaha kios, usaha kuliner, dan usaha penjualan sayur, yaitu akibat sepinya para pembeli, serta banyaknya pembeli yang melakukan pembelian dengan cara berhutang,sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi untuk jenis usaha ayam pedaging yaitu penyakit pada ayam dan ayam mati akibat penyakit.Kendala yang dialami dalam proses peminjaman,di LKM ada beberapa yaitu Adanya keterlambatan dalam proses pencairan pinjaman, Adanya persyaratan jaminan sertifikat tanah, Tidak mendapatkan pinjaman sesuai kebutuhan. Disisi lain khusus untuk LKM jenis bank Persyaratan administrasi yang rumit, Jumlah pinjaman dibatasi, Harus memiliki usaha. Pada umumnya UMK masih kesulitan dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi untuk mendapatkan pinjaman.

Abstract

Program BLM Puap dijalankan diseluruh Kabupaten atau Kota di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), salah satu Kabupaten yang memperoleh bantuan tersebut yaitu Kabupaten Sumba Timur yang dimulai sejak tahun 2008. Salah satu daerah yang mendapat kan dana BLM Puap, yaitu Kecamatan Kambera, Kelurahan Lambanapu, dimana jumlah anggota gapoktan yang memperoleh bantuan ini sebanyak 165 orang yang terdiri dari 7 kelompok tani yang berada di Kelurahan Lambanapu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas, maka yang menjadi persoalan penilitian ini adalah seberapa besar struktur pendapatan rumah tangga gapoktan “Marumata” penerima dana program PUAP di Kelurahan Lambanapu. Seberapa besar distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga gapoktan “Marumata” penerima dana program PUAP di Kelurahan Lambanapu. Dari persoalan tersebut di atas dapat diketahui tujuan penilitian tersebut mengetahui besarnya struktur pendapatan rumah tangga gapoktan “Marumata” penerima dana program PUAP di Kelurahan Lambanapu. Mengetahui besarnya keadaan distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga gapoktan “Marumata” penerima dana program PUAP di Kelurahan Lambanapu.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indeks Ratio Gini. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis distribusi pendapatan responden, indeks gini ratio pada petani responden sebesar 0,26. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi ketidakmerataan rendah pada suatu pendapatan petani. Penyebabkan perbedaan pendapatan pada responden, yaitu adanya perbedaan luas lahan dan sumber-sumber pendapatannya.Kata kunci: Distribusi Pendapatan, Rumah Tangga Gapoktan dan Puap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh struktur kepemilikan (insiders ownership,shareholders dispersion dan institutional investors) terhadap kebijakanhutang. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan adalah institutionalinvestors, sedangkan variabel insiders ownership tidak mempunyai pengaruhsignifikan tetapi arah hubungan terbalik dengan debt ratio sesuai denganteori. Variabel shareholders dispersion tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikandan arah hubungan tidak sesuai dengan teori. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwakehadiran institutional investors dapat mengurangi peranan hutang dalammelakukan monitoring terhadap perilaku manajer sehingga mengurangi totalbiaya keagenan. Variabel kontrol. menunjukkan growth opportunities, firmsize, asset structure dan profitability berpengaruh terhadap debt ratio dandapat dijadikan instrumen pendukung kebijakan hutang untuk meminimumkanbiaya keagenan. Sedangkan dividend payments dan tax rate tidak.Menggunakan sampel dari seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia selain perusahaan asuransi dan keuangan dengan periode penelitianantara tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2011.

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional problem. Poverty shows where a person or group of people can not meet basic their needs and the inability of individuals to interact with the environment to meet social needs. This study is conducted to examine the effect of economic growth (X1), level of population (X2), and the unemployment rate (X3) of the poverty level (Y) and in province of East Nusa Tenggara. The analysis model used in this research is panel data regression with e-viws sofwere version 6. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of variable economy growth, population and unemployment within five (5) years from 2008 to 2012 on 18 (eighteen) regencies and 1 (one) city East Nusa Tenggara.The conclusions this study showed that the rate of economic growth (X1) has significant negative effect on the level of poverty (y), which means when economic growth decline or reduced, then the level of poverty in the province of East Nusa Tenggara will increase. On the other hand, the level of population (X2) has positive and significant impact on poverty levels (y), which means when the population increases and not followed by employment then level of poverty in the province of East Nusa Tenggara will increase. Meanwhile, the unemployment rate (X3) has positive and significant impact on poverty levels (y) or unemployment affect the increasing levels of poverty in East Nusa Tenggara province.Keywords: Economic Growth (X1), Level of Population (X2), Unemployment Rate (X3), Poverty Level (Y)

Abstract

The low quality fo human resources is one of issues faced by almost all the regions in indonesia, including all regencies in sumba. Sumba is one of the islands in Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and has 4 regencies, that is, Sumba Barat Daya, Sumba Barat, Sumba Tengah and Sumba Timur. These four rengencies in terms of human resources are relatively still left behind comparing to others regencies in Province of East Nusa Tenggara. One of the indicators used to assess the quality of human resources in one country or regency is the index of human development (IPM). The low-quality of human resources is one of the main issues and challenges in regional development in sumba. Moreover, the leakage of economic resource that flow to outside sumba and also the slow of economic transformation is also another issue faced by these 4 regencies in sumba.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the behavioral factors of the younger generation in using financial technology applications in their daily lives and the impact of financial technology on young people ability to improve financial literacy. The urgency of this research is to find out the use of technology extent in the younger generation at the border regions of Indonesia in increasing knowledge about financial management. Because finance is one of the important factors in building economic resilience which is one of the national resilience pillars. This research conducted with qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The participants were younger generation whose between 17-35 years old based on WHO age classification. They came from Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. This research found a concept that there are 3 things to affect financial knowledge and the use of financial technology. These 3 things are the availability of technology, access to information, and environmental influences.

Abstract

Cooperative or “koperasi” is an economic organization that has social character as a joint venture of community based on the principle of togetherness and mutual assistance in carrying out its function as economic organizations, cooperatives that drive the people economy and business entities have roles to implement the prosperous society based on Pancasila and the Constitution of 1945. Cooperative also refers to as the pillar of the national economy and is expected to stay strong against the economic shocks in Indonesia. The presence of the cooperative is expected to improve the welfare of its members. Kolping Credit Union (CU Kolping) started with 50 members; it develops rapidly over the years and later becomes a Cooperative Savings and Loans (KSP) CU Kolping. This study aims to determine the ratio of liquidity, solvability and profitability of savings and loans cooperative in Kolping CU of Central Sumba. The data collection techniques use documentation. The results shows that over the past two years the average of liquidity ratio which is seen from the ability to pay its obligations at any time which have a good value, but the ability to rotate assets considered to be less good. Solvability ratio which is visible from its ability to pay its obligations if the cooperative is liquidated has good ratings, both for total assets to total debt ratio and nett worth to debt ratio. The profitability ratio that is visible from the ability of cooperative in securing the whole funds of investment either invested or own capital funds has less value, but good profitability. Abstract

This research was conducted at Tablolong Beach, West Kupang District. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the influence of Viral marketing's factors through social mediaInstagram partially and simultaneously towards the decision of visiting tourists. This study usesIntensity, Valence of opinion, and Content as independent variables, and Tourist VisitingDecisions as the dependent variable. Population in this research is Instagram users whobecome follower of @Jelajahkupang’s account and have visited Tablolong Beach more thantwice. Samples taken as many as 75 respondents by using snowball sampling technique. Thetool analysing in this research is using multiple regression analysis. The result of research hadobtained Regression Equation: Y = 3912 + 0,247X1 + 0,244X2 + 0,822X3. The result ofHypothesis Testing using t Test is obtained that the three independent variables have partiallysignificant effect on tourists’ visiting decision variables. Where the most influential variable isthe content variable with regression coefficient of 0.822, followed by the variable intensity withregression coefficient of 0.247, and variable valence of opinion with a regression coefficient of0.244. While the result of F test shows that the three independent variables simultaneously havea significant effect on tourists' visiting decision.The value of R Square 0.579 indicates that 57.9% of Tourist’s Visiting Decision variablesare influenced by independent variables in the regression equation. While the rest 42.1% ofTourist’sVisiting Decision influenced by other variables that are not discussed this research.Next researchers can do further research about viral marketing not only on social mediaInstagram but also on other social media like Facebook, Twitter, and others.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology including the internet had a great impact on all aspects including the development of business and marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions, brand image and website quality on customer satisfaction and the impact to customer loyalty in Shopee’s online shopping which revolves around millennial communities in Jabodetabek area. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of price perception, brand image, and website quality that has been given by Shopee in influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Respondents in this study were consumers who had purchased products at Shopee, and the researcher used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method in processing the data obtained from the 200 respondents. From the results of the hypothesis, it shows that price perception, website quality, and brand image don’t have positive effect on customer satisfaction. Other results also suggest that customer satisfaction do have positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of bank performance in State Bank (Persero), Foreign Exchange National Private Bank, Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange based on a ratio of liquidity, leverage, coverage and profitability. The samples used in this study are 4 state banks, 19 Foreign Exchange National Private Banks and 2 Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. The sampling method is conducted by purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is the One Way Anova test.The results of One Way Anova on liquidity ratio which is represented by the current ratio and a leverage ratio represented by Debt to equity ratio stated that there is no significant difference in the financial performances of the state banks, Foreign Exchange National Private Banks, andNon-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. While the results of One Way Anova on coverage ratio and profitability ratio represented by ROA shows that there are differences of financial performances in the state banks, Foreign Exchange National Private Banks,and Non-Foreign Exchange National Private BanksKeywords: Financial Performance, Bank
