Abstract

Exporting carries risks such as geopolitical and commercial risks. Data from LPEI (Indonesian Export Credit Agency) indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic has led to a two to threefold increase in default cases by foreign buyers (Arfiana, 2023). One way to mitigate export risks is by using export insurance. LPEI has been tasked by the government to promote exports through its products, one of which is export insurance based on Law No. 2 of 2009. This research is conducted with the aim of assessing whether export insurance products have successfully increased Indonesia's exports to its top 10 destination countries: China, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and India. The research methodology employs a gravity model. The dependent variables used are Indonesia's export value to these five countries. The independent variables include LPEI export insurance exposure, economic distance, GDP per capita of Indonesia and the destination countries, nominal exchange, and import tariffs of the destination countries. The research findings indicate that export insurance, GDP per capita, exchange rates and economic distance have a significant positive impact on export value, while and import tariffs have a significant negative impact on export value.

Abstract

Communication activities in employee relations, aside from fostering a positive relationship between management and company employees, can also be directed towards motivating the employees. Employee relations assist in maintaining mutual understanding or cooperation between the organization and its public through communication channels both internally and externally. This research aims to investigate communication, team activities, commitment, well-being, and involvement at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga FT Kotabaru. The research method employed is quantitative descriptive. Data collection technique utilized in this research is interviews. There are three informants in this study, namely the FT Kotabaru Supervisor, FT Kotabaru Supervisor's Secretary, and FT Kotabaru Sales Service Staff. The types and sources of data in this research are primary and secondary data. The research findings reveal that employee relations at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga FT Kotabaru yield satisfactory and effective results. The employee relations conducted by PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga FT Kotabaru in South Kalimantan meet various components including communication, team activities, commitment, well-being, and involvement.

Abstract

Best Practice ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kontribusi penggunaan media pembelajaran Quizizz untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi majas. Dalam best practice ini disampaikan strategi untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa yaitu (1) membuat soal pilihan ganda materi majas pada file word; (2) memindahkan soal dari file word ke aplikasi media Quizizz; (3) memberikan soal kepada siswa melalui media Quizizz; (4) merekap nilai siswa pada fitur hasil media Quizizz. Best Practice ini merupakan hasil praktik terbaik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas XI BDP-4 (Bisnis Daring Pemasaran) SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda. Jumlah siswa sebanyak 31 anak yang terdiri dari 15 anak laki-laki dan 16 anak perempuan. Data berupa hasil belajar siswa dalam bentuk tabel yang dicapai setelah melakukan pembelajaran melalui media Quizizz dapat dilihat dengan membandingkan hasil ulangan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media Quizizz. Setelah mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran Quizizz pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi majas, aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat cukup signifikan yaitu 41,94% siswa aktif dan sangat aktif. Demikian juga hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan yaitu jumlah siswa yang tuntas KKTP (Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran) adalah 25 siswa atau 80,64% dari keseluruhan 31 siswa, sebelumnya tuntas KKTP adalah 13 siswa atau 41,94%. Dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebesar 38,70% nilai ulangan harian materi majas sebelum dan sesudah mengimplmentasikan media pembelajaran Quizizz.

Abstract

In the era of economic digitalization 4.0, the e-wallet phenomenon is emerging and growing rapidly. In mid-2018 DANA as a digital wallet was officially launched. This year there are more and more DANA users. However, a big case occurred in the digital wallet application, namely "Lost Balance" which caused the company to experience bad issues. This case is hotly discussed on various online news portals and other online media. Therefore, this research aims to determine the crisis communication carried out by DANA. The methods used in this research are document study and internet searching. After the data has been collected, it can be concluded that this case is divided into three crisis phases, namely pre-crisis phase, crisis response phase, post-crisis phase.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology has led to increased globalization which has had an influence on all areas of human life, this has caused cultural changes so that activities are carried out with a lifestyle that cannot be separated from electronic devices. This situation requires companies and business owners to change their marketing strategies to become completely digital. Companies and business owners must do this through digital marketing strategies in order to maintain and be able to compete in the digital era. Moreover, the occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 further strengthened and intensified people's attention to online media due to the implementation of government policies related to social authorities to prevent the transmission of the virus in society. This policy caused a decline in economic activity, resulting in an economic crisis that required business actors to maintain their business through digital marketing. This research uses multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis to see the influence of digital marketing on consumer behavior before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research results show that digital marketing influences consumer behavior before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, it is concluded that digital marketing can influence consumer behavior in purchasing goods or services before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a description of: (1) The Chancellor's leadership in achieving the vision and mission at IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan (2) The Chancellor's leadership in developing strategies at IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan (3) The Chancellor's leadership in facing obstacles to achieving and maintaining the vision and mission at IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan. Data collection techniques in this research include: 1) interviews, 2) Observation and 3) Documentation. Data processing starts from writing interviews, observations, then editing, clarifying, reducing, presenting and concluding the data. The data analysis process uses the Miles and Huberman modem which states that activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously at each stage of the research until it is complete and the data is saturated. The results of the research show that: (1) The Chancellor's leadership has a huge influence on the achievement of the vision and mission at IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan. (2) The Chancellor's leadership in developing strategies at IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan becomes the driving force of the organization, so that it is able to organize all elements within the IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan institution. (3) The Chancellor of IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan has been equipped with experience starting from teaching lecturer, head of study program, vice chancellor, and quite a long time interacting with friends who are currently staff, making it not too difficult for him to minimize problems, manage problems and identifying problems and resolving problems (problem solving) and openness, harmonious relationships, good communication is one of the ammunition for the Chancellor of IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan to face obstacles in maintaining and realizing the vision and mission of IKIP PGRI East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tentang tugas katekis dalam memperkuat komunitas umat beriman, berdasarkan spiritualitas dan tugas pelayanan mereka. Studi ini mengadopsi penelitian kualitatif, secara khusus, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi secara rinci persepsi dan pemahaman katekis tentang spiritualitas panggilan dan pelayanan mereka dalam memberikan katekese bagi umat. Seperti telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, penelitian ini di lakukan di Paroki St. Paulus Kaubun. Peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang katekis. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa spiritualitas katekis dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan katekese bagi umat menyoroti peran yang sangat penting yang dimiliki oleh katekis dalam membangun dan memperkuat komunitas umat beriman dalam konteks paroki setempat. Katekis tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar agama, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing, pemimpin, dan penggerak kegiatan pastoral.

Abstract

Pendapatan tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian adalah yang terendah, meskipun sektor ini menyerap tenaga kerja terbanyak di Indonesia. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menawarkan kemudahan akses informasi pertanian secara online yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penggunaan handphone terhadap peningkatan pendapatan di sektor pertanian melalui nilai total produksi dalam Rupiah. Data sekunder dari IFLS-5 tahun 2014 digunakan dan dianalisis dengan metode OLS. Tujuh variabel independen (pemakaian handphone, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, pengeluaran per kapita, lokasi tempat tinggal, usia, dan status pernikahan) diuji terhadap nilai total produksi pertanian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan handphone, pengeluaran per kapita, lokasi tempat tinggal, dan usia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mendukung terwujudnnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang merupakan modal utama dalam pembangunan yang harus ditingkatkan agar mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi. KKN ini juga bertujuan memberikan pengalaman belajar bagi mahasiswa dan kelompok dalam menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Kuliah Kerja Nyata, telah melaksanakan beberapa program kegiatan yang melalui: Bidang Pendidikan, Bidang Kreativitas Bidang Kesehatan, dan Bidang Kewirausahaan. Sasaran program kegiatan yang telah direncanakan oleh Kelompok 02 KKN UMJ ini untuk mengembangkan dari segi kegiatan Program pendampingan kegiatan posyandu pada balita, Program lomba HUT RI ke -77 pada anak PAUD, Program pendampingan mengaji, Program Kewirausahaan “Pendampingan Penjualan UMKM Omah Dawet Ayu Banjarnegara”.

Abstract

The #LoveAvoskinLoveEarth public relations campaign is a campaign conducted by a local skincare brand that contains an appeal to the public to protect the environment in order to reduce climate change which is able to attract public attention to participate. This study has objectives, namely, measuring how much the #LoveAvoskinLoveEarth public relations campaign message, the level of knowledge on tree planting, and the effect of the #LoveAvoskinLoveEarth public relations campaign message on the level of knowledge on tree planting. This research has independent variables, namely public relations campaign messages with the dimensions of message content, message structure, and message frame, and has dependent variables, namely the level of knowledge with the dimensions of knowing, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. The research method used in this research is quantitative with survey research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire of 76 respondents. This study shows that the average answer value for variable (X) is 3.205 and variable (Y) is 3.27, these values are classified as high (Agree). The considerable influence of the #LoveAvoskinLoveEarth public relations campaign message and the level of knowledge on tree planting can also be seen from the correlation value (R) of 0.813 which is fairly high or strong and the R square value of 0.661 or 66.1% effect while the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other factors.
