Abstract

Social problems are social phenomena with various dimensions. In general, social problems are usually explained as conditions that no one wants, because these conditions and expectations do not meet the applicable specifications. The problem is how the diversity of social institutions can synergize so that they can contribute to Social Welfare Development, through social media. goal, Realization of a productive and effective Social Institution Network in handling social welfare problems Strengthening the role and function of social institutions in handling social welfare problems by developing a social institution network. Abstract

The food and beverage industry stand as a highly potential sector in Indonesia, contributing significantly to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the non-oil and gas manufacturing sector, with a notable 7% contribution in 2004. Specifically, the bottled water and mineral water industry within this sector plays a crucial role as a staple commodity. This research aims to analyze the concentration of the bottled water and mineral water industry, covering businesses involved in packaged drinking water, natural mineral water, demineralized water, and refillable water in Indonesia. The study investigates market structure and explores the relationship between industry concentration and the price-cost margin (PCM) in the bottled water and mineral water industry in Indonesia. The findings indicate that this industry falls within the medium to lower category, demonstrating a market structure of monopolistic competition or loose oligopoly. Moreover, a positive and significant relationship is identified between PCM and Concentration Ratio (CR4) as well as Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI).

Abstract

The issue of the vulnerability of the Covid-19 vaccine in the elderly is ultimately what causes many people to be reluctant to get the Covid-19 vaccine. This condition is one of the factors that can hinder the preventive efforts made by the Indonesian government to prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus. This article aims to describe how the government public relations function of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in overcoming public concerns about the side effects of vaccines on the elderly. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, which is a study used to collect data and information needed with the help of various kinds of reading materials, both online journals, books, and documentation of communication efforts carried out by the public relations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Ministry of Health). RI). Furthermore, the data will be analyzed by making summaries and data reduction, then categorizing, and making conclusions. The findings from this article are that there are two functions of the Ministry of Health's public relations in handling the issue of the Covid 19 vaccine insecurity for the elderly, namely a constructive function and a corrective function. From these two functions, public relations for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia needs to carry out persuasive and appropriate communication for the effectiveness of the corrective function, because in this case the issues that cause people's concern are widespread.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence the trend of investing in the past few years has on the developmentt of the capital market, especially the Islamic capital market. This research is expected to have benefits for readers or investors (stakeholders) in understanding investment trends and the development of the Islamic capital market in the past few years in_order to understand the Islamic finance industry in the Islamic capital market inIndonesia. The Islamic capital market bridges Muslim investors with sharia/Islamic principles with clear information, without usury, speculation or gambling that is contrary to sharia/Islamic principles with proper contracts. In order to avoid the trend of investing without understanding the Islamic capital market as a Muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of mathematical logic intelligence for children aged 5-6 years through the use of smart tree media in Cahaya Harapan Kindergarten, Muara Gusik Village. This research was classroom action research (PTK) with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was planned in two cycles consisting of cycle I and cycle II, each cycle was carried out for 3 meetings. The results of the cycle were refined in the next cycle until you get maximum learning results. The research site was carried out in the age group of 5-6 years in Cahaya Harapan Kindergarten, Muara Gusik Village with a total of 13 children consisting of 7 boys and 6 girls. Based on the results of class action research that had been carried out, in cycle I the average score of children reached 59 with criterion B (Good) and a percentage of 42%, in cycle II the average score of children reached 75 with criterion A (Very good). This research was said to be successful because cycle I and cycle II experienced an increase in achieving good criteria and very good. The results of the class action research carried out showed that the use of smart tree media, could increase the mathematical logic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in Cahaya Harapan Kindergarten, Muara Gusik Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of Tunas Harapan kindergarten buds of hope in developing aspect of early childhood development in Rantau Sentosa Village, Busang District, East Kutai Region. This research used a qualitative approach, with data collection obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the parents of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten students. From the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that Tunas Harapan Kindergarten has contributed to developing aspect of development in children from an early age; religious and moral development of children, physical motoric development of children, cognitive development and aspects of social emotional development in children. However, there are also aspects of development that have not developed optimally, namely, aspects of language development and art development. This is due of the obstacles encountered, namely; 1) obstacle is the majority of people in the neighborhood speak regional languages, so that making it difficult for children to speak Indonesian; 2) obstacle is that the teacher of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten have not been able to attract children attention to learning art, where the teachers do not have more knowledge of art. The teacher strategy in overcoming these obstacles, namely; teacher continue to learn from books about art to teach children, and teacher continue to try to get the children to say one sentence in Indonesian every day.

Abstract

This article explores the pivotal role of religious education, particularly school catechesis, in molding the character and comprehensive development of students. While catechesis is acknowledged as the primary vehicle for imparting religious teachings, the persistent challenge lies in seamlessly integrating pedagogical strategies with faith formation. Employing a literature review method, the research identifies previously proposed and implemented pedagogical strategies and concepts of faith formation. The findings underscore the significance of catechesis within a flexible curriculum, effective pedagogical approaches (interactive, technological, critical skills), and the catechesis method in faith education. The conclusion underscores the vital role of school catechesis in shaping an independent, creative, and faith-centric younger generation with spiritual values. Recognized issues encompass the efficacy of teaching methods, integration of religious learning with broader student development, and hurdles in student motivation. Cultural shifts and technological progress also impact catechesis effectiveness in schools. In the context of a flexible curriculum, school catechesis is expected to leverage its adaptability to foster a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Teachers can integrate interactive learning methods and technology, concentrating on cultivating students' critical and analytical skills. The significance of the catechesis approach is also highlighted in guiding students through moral and spiritual challenges in a complex society. School catechesis additionally contributes to nurturing tolerance, appreciation for religious diversity, and the formation of personalities grounded in Catholic faith teachings.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (RWL) is an intra-curricular form which is an implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education to provide students with work and learning experiences in community empowerment. Real work college activities are a golden opportunity for smart, critical, innovative and creative students in finding the right solutions, formulas and strategies for various problems and developments that exist in the village. The placement of RWL student locations is mostly directed at locations that have superior potential but are still minimal. This is a challenge for groups of real lecture participants to change the existing village's superior potential with economic value through work programs that will be directly assisted by practitioners and the academic community. The method of community service carried out by RWL students is through fun learning and evaluation of RWL activities. The target in this activity is the community around the RWL location which consists of santri and female boarding school students.

Abstract

Public Relations Management is one of the main keys in maintaining and improving the company's strategy to create a positive image, build good relations with the public, and can overcome the threats and challenges that exist in the aviation industry. This research discusses how the role of Public Relations Management of PT AirAsia Tbk in dealing with the incident of the crash of AirAsia QZ8501 aircraft flying from Surabaya to Singapore. In handling crisis situations, the speed of response will greatly affect public loyalty to a company. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of Public Relations Management of PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk in maintaining the image and focus research on issues that have been circulating. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, with stages: 1) Analyzing all information on social media owned by AirAsia Tbk. 2) Information search by analyzing AirAsia's press releases related to the crash of flight QZ8501 as well as documentary evidence of AirAsia that appeared in various media. 3) Literature study to better understand the role of Public Relations Management carried out by AirAsia. Through this research, AirAsia showed a good response in dealing with the crisis by prioritizing the victims and the families of the victims, being transparent to the public, the media became the main channel in establishing communication with the public through the CEO of AirAsia Tbk as the spokesperson of the company and making the crisis as material for company evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini latarbelakang oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa kebangsaan masa penjajahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 004 Sungai Kunjang tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa kebangsaan masa penjajahan melalui media pembelajaran berbasis Powtoon pada siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari empat tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V berjumlah 37 siswa dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa kebangsaan masa penjajahan melalui media pembelajaran berbasis Powtoon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rata-rata, persentase dan grafik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa kebangsaan masa penjajahan melalui media pembelajaran berbasis powtoon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada penilaian pra siklus sebesar 59,05 dengan ketuntasan berjumlah 9 orang (24,32%). Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata menjadi 69,86 dengan ketuntasan berjumlah 16 orang (43,24%). Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 77,70 dengan ketuntasan berjumlah 30 orang (81,08%). Peningkatan hasil belajar dari pra siklus ke siklus I adalah 18,31% dan peningkatan hasil belajar dari pra siklus ke siklus II adalah 31,58%.
