Abstract

Jembatan Youtefa terletak di Kota Jayapura Provinsi Papua menghubungkan dua daerah yang dipisah oleh teluk Youtefa, sehingga bermanfaat bagi akses kendaraan bermotor. Pembangunan jembatan ini menelan biaya sebesar 1,8 triliun rupiah. Biaya pembangunan yang relatif besar ini menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian guna mengetahui manfaat jembatan bagi lalu lintas kendaraan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang memanfaatkan akses jembatan. Menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, kajian ini menjelaskan jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang melintasi jembatan. Data jumlah kendaraan diambil dari hasil survei Tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jembatan Youtefa secara statistik, rata-rata setiap hari diakses kendaraan bermotor sebanyak 28.648 unit, dengan urutan porsi tertinggi pada jenis sepeda motor sebanyak 63,14%, mobil sebesar 26,88%, dan terendah pada truk sebesar 9,98% (ceteris paribus). Pada akhir pekan, secara statistik jumlah kendaraan yang mengakses jembatan meningkat lebih dari dua kali lipat, sebesar 135% dari hari normal (ceteris paribus).

Abstract

Jembatan Youtefa di Kota Jayapura yang diresmikan penggunaannya pada Tahun 2019 telah memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan akses jembatan ini dapat mempersingkat waktu tempuh kendaraan bermotor dengan penghematan waktu sebanyak 45 menit. Penghematan waktu ini mendorong untuk dilakukannya penelitian guna menganalisis dampak ekonomi berupa penghematan bahan bakar minyak kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengestimasi nilai penghematan bahan bakar minyak atas kendaraan bermotor yang mengakses jembatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif. Nilai penghematan bahan bakar dihitung berdasarkan harga dan jumlah bahan bakar yang dapat dihemat. Berdasarkan hasil survei pada Tahun 2024, nilai penghematan bahan bakar minyak selama setahun secara statistik sebesar 100.608.634.194,59 rupiah (ceteris paribus).

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan menjadi salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terutama dalam bidang literasi. Wattpad sebagai platform berbasis digital yang menyediakan berbagai cerita dan karya tulis, menawarkan peluang untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi penggunaan Wattpad sebagai media inovatif dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen dengan metode studi pustaka. Wattpad merupakan platform daring berbasis komunitas dengan berbagai fitur yang mendukung pembelajaran menulis seperti ruang publikasi karya, interaksi antar penulis dan pembaca, serta akses ke koleksi cerita dari berbagai genre. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur, jurnal, dan artikel terkait penggunaan media Wattpad dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen serta dampaknya terhadap keterampilan siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Wattpad dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis cerpen melalui pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan kreatif. Fitur seperti komentar langsung dari pembaca mendorong siswa untuk terus mengembangkan karya mereka sedangkan kemudahan akses ke referensi cerita membantu memperluas wawasan dalam memahami struktur narasi. Selain itu penggunaan Wattpad memberikan peluang bagi siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, memperkaya kosa kata, dan menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri sebagai penulis. Penelitian ini juga mencatat pentingnya bimbingan guru dalam memanfaatkan Wattpad sebagai media pembelajaran agar proses belajar tetap terarah dan sesuai dengan tujuan. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, Wattpad dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran menulis cerpen pada era digital.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a country based on law with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as its foundation, prioritizes the democratic principle "from the people, by the people, and for the people." Law plays a crucial role in creating social order and ensuring justice. However, a major issue threatening the stability of the country is corruption, which undermines the core values of Pancasila and hinders development. Data from Transparency International (2023) shows a concerning Corruption Perception Index for Indonesia, while the KPK report (2022) reveals the detrimental effects of corruption on the economy and societal morals. Therefore, anti-corruption education is vital, with a focus on the younger generation as agents of change. Anti-corruption education aims to shape character and moral awareness in combating corruption. Pancasila, as the state foundation, should be used as a basis for the formulation of anti-corruption education regulations. This research aims to campaign for anti-corruption values based on Pancasila to students and the public through activities such as Car Free Day (CFD) in Pekanbaru City. Through direct interaction between students and the community, anti-corruption values can be creatively disseminated, raising public awareness of the importance of fighting corruption and building a better national character.

Abstract

The ease of transactions in purchasing products significantly influences Generation Z (aged 8 to 23) and millennial (aged 24 to 39) buyers in e-commerce. The adoption rate of digital payments is high, reaching 95%, with 75% of users expecting to increase their usage in the next one to two years (SEA e-Conomy Research Survey, 2021). This study examines the impact of digital payments on buyer satisfaction and MSME resilience using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research data used in this study was collected in 2023. Drawing on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Mental Accounting Theory (MAT), this research integrates transaction security, individual influences, and data protection as key factors. Through a survey of 77 Generation-Z and 73 millennial respondents, findings reveal that social influence, ease of use, and trust significantly shape security perceptions. This study provides insights into enhancing digital payment quality and offers policy recommendations for improving MSME sustainability.

Abstract

The prolonged drought phenomenon has significantly impacted food production and commodity price stability, particularly rice, which is a staple food for the population. This study aims to analyze the effects of drought on rice price fluctuations in DKI Jakarta and its impact on inflation rates. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as literature, statistical documents, and previous research reports. The study results indicate that the drought occurring from August to September 2023 led to crop failures in several regions, causing a surge in rice prices in DKI Jakarta. This price increase is attributed to various factors, including reduced production due to extreme climate conditions, limited agricultural land, and distribution sector constraints. Furthermore, data show that rising rice prices put pressure on inflation, especially in DKI Jakarta, which faces challenges in food price fluctuations due to prolonged dry seasons.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of interpersonal communication on children's mental health, with a focus on case studies on Instagram social media accounts. This research was conducted by Group 10 in the MPKK course at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, with the supporting lecturer, Mrs. Nani Nurani. This research uses a qualitative approach with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method to obtain primary data from informants who become research informants. Secondary data was obtained from previous research relevant to this topic. The results of previous studies have shown that the use of social media, including Instagram, can contribute to the development of anxiety disorder in adolescents. Excessive use of social media can increase feelings of dissatisfaction with oneself, feelings of inferiority, social anxiety, and psychological pressure which can cause symptoms of anxiety disorder. However, not all teenagers who use Instagram will develop an anxiety disorder, because many other factors affect the risks and impacts of using social media. This research will be conducted online in Jakarta on July 10, 2023. The research method used is FGD with informants who have experience related to the influence of interpersonal communication and children's mental health. The data obtained will be analyzed to understand the role of interpersonal communication in children's mental health and how much influence it has on a person's mental health.

Abstract

Reading and writing literacy skills are fundamental in Indonesian language learning, particularly in Vocational High Schools that are facing the challenges of the 21st century. However, the reality shows that students’ literacy levels remain low, as indicated by limited reading interest, weak critical thinking skills, and a lack of systematic and reflective writing abilities. This study aims to examine strategies for revitalizing reading and writing literacy in Indonesian language instruction at SMKs through a literature review method. Data were collected from scholarly literature, educational policy documents, and recent relevant research, and analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that literacy revitalization can be carried out through the use of authentic texts in teaching, digital technology integration, problem-based literacy projects, and the collaborative strengthening of school literacy culture. Literacy is not only an indicator of language learning success but also a foundation for 21st-century competencies, including critical thinking, communication, and creativity. Therefore, revitalizing literacy becomes a key strategy in shaping SMK graduates to be adaptive, productive, and prepared to face global challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of character education found in the Kutai folktales Ayus and Ongo and examine their relevance in language and literature learning at school. The research employed an ethnographic approach, utilizing observation and interviews to explore oral traditions. The findings reveal that the folktales contain character values such as courage, responsibility, hard work, religiosity, and social awareness. These stories, presented as legends and fairy tales, predominantly portray positive role models suitable for educational purposes. The character values identified are relevant to literature instruction as they contribute to students’ character formation. Therefore, the Ayus and Ongo folktales can serve as contextual learning materials to strengthen character education in schools, particularly in the teaching of Indonesian language and literature.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction among users of the Shopee e-commerce platform in Region X. Using a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, data from 120 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Information quality was found to be the most dominant predictor, with the three quality variables collectively explaining 55.6% of the variability in consumer satisfaction. The originality of this study lies in testing an integrated quality model within a regional e-commerce context (Region X) and highlighting the dominance of information quality as a primary driver of satisfaction. The practical implication for Shopee is the need to prioritize strategies for improving information accuracy and completeness to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction in non-metropolitan areas, alongside maintaining system and service reliability.
