The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The object used in this study is Dealer Yamaha Flagship Shop Cempaka Putih Jakarta. Sampling using probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 71 respondents. The study was analyzed using statistical software programs. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the hypothesis test data analysis in this study, it shows that motivation has a negative significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, compensation has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Eco Label, Eco Brand, and Environmental Advertisement on Consumer Purchase Behavior on Tessa Tissue in Bekasi City. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires with a total of 150 respondents that using Tessa in Bekasi City. The sampling technique that used was non-probability sampling. This purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Social Media Marketing through Brand Awareness and e-WOM on Repurchase Intention to consumers of Sariayu halal cosmetic in DKI Jakarta. This form of research uses descriptive and causal research, using a Likert scale that using 7 points in its measurement. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method with primary and secondary data. The sample used as many as 208 female respondents who met the criteria. This research used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a test tool. The results obtained in this study that Brand Awareness and e-WOM have an influence on Repurchase Intention to consumers of Sariayu halal cosmetic in DKI Jakarta, but Social Media Marketing has no effect on Repurchase Intention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of endorser’s trustworthiness, expertness, similarity and attractiveness towards attitude to advert, the effect of attitude to advert to brand attitude and purchase intention, and lastly to analyze the moderating effect of brand attitude on the effect of attitude to advert to purchase intention on OPPO smartphone Indonesia in the case of millennials. There are four independent variables, one moderating variable and three dependent variables in this research. The independent variables are endorser’s trustworthiness, expertness, similarity and attractiveness, the moderating variable is brand attitude and the dependent variable is attitude to advert, brand attitude and purchase intention. Data used for this research is obtained from direct distribution questionnaires distributed in October through December 2018 through purposive sampling. Respondents belong in the millennial age group. All data collected from respondents is processed using Structural Equation Modeling method using WarpPLS software 6.0 edition. Confirmatory factor analysis were used in evaluating scale measures, whereas path coefficient and p value significance measures were used to assess the impact. Trustworthiness, expertness, similarity and attractiveness of an endorser was found to have a significant effect towards attitude to advert. Attitude to advert and brand attitude was found to have a highly significant effect to purchase intention. There was no moderating effect found between brand attitude and the effect of attitude toward advert to purchase intention. The findings provide understanding of consumer behavior in context of millennials toward the use of celebrity figure for endorsements in advertisements.

The focus of this research was to identify the independent variable on debt policy of the several variables examined, including profitability, liquidity, asset structure, dividend policy, and sales growth. The companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2020 are the study objects. Purposive sampling was applied as the sample technique, yielding 56 total data from 7 companies. According to the research’s findings, profitability and asset structure don’t have influence on debt policy, however liquidity has a negative effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, the debt policy and sales growth have a positive influence on debtpolicy

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of asset structure (SAT), liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), institutional’s ownership (IO) and business risk (RISK) on debt policy. This research used property, real estate and building construction sector companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2020 as the sample research. There are 42 data sampled from seven companies. Purposive sampling is used as the sample research method. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis are used to analyze the data. The result of this research showed that ROA and RISK have positive and significant relationship with debt policy. While SAT, CR, DPR and IO have no influence to policy. Therefore, profitability and risk business should be concerned by the companies to make a decision about debt policy.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of current ratio, net profit margin, debt to asset ratio, inventory turnover, return on asset, earning per share, and price earning ratio on stock returns. The object of this research is company listed on the wholesale sub sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 11 years, 2010-2020 period. The sample collection method used in this research is purposive sampling. There were 15 companies selected as the final sample that met the criteria. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression techniques, with a common effect model to test hypotheses.The results of this study indicate that debt to asset ratio and return on asset have a positive effect on the stock returns. While current ratio, net profit margin, inventory turnover, earning per share, price earning ratio has no effect on stock returns.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and customer satisfaction toward repurchase intention on Acer website users who do purchase laptop product in DKI Jakarta. The research form used in this study is descriptive and causal research, using five points of likert scale to measure all variables. Sample collected using purposive sampling technique with primary and secondary data and using 144 respondents. Data analytic method using in this study is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25 statistical test tools. The result of this research has shown that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase intention to Acer website users who do purchase laptop product in DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Interdesign Cipta Optima. This research was conducted at PT Interdesign Cipta Optima. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, which amounted to 130 respondents. Collecting data using observation methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy and work motivation had no effect on job satisfaction. While work environment has an effect on job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of utilitarian value, hedonic value, social value, and perceived risk on the customer satisfaction for Shopee application users in Jabodetabek The object used in this research is the Shopee application. The method used for sample selection in this research is using purposive sampling method and taken as many as 103 data that meet the research criteria and the data obtained from data collection using a questionnaire distribution. The method used in this study is the statistical calculation of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that utilitarian value, hedonic value, social value, and perceived risk had an effect on customer satisfaction.
