Abstract

This study, was conducted at Oilfield Services Companies in 2023, analyzing the application of Health, Safety, and Work Environment (HSE) on employee performance. Utilizing quantitative methodology and questionnaires for data collection, the research aims to justify the correlation between HSE practices and working conditions with employee performance. It analyzes the effects of HSE implementation, evaluates key productivity influencers, and provides improvement recommendations. The findings are valuable for company management, aiding in HSE implementation enhancement and fostering an environment conducive to optimal employee performance. The research potentially serves as a guide for similar companies striving for improved employee well-being and operational efficiency. Analysis results affirm a positive and significant HSE implementation impact on employee performance, with high Cronbach Alpha values (X1 = 0.815, X2 = 0.882, Y = 0.841), emphasizing the role of factors like high-quality HSE training, safe equipment, and comfortable working conditions.

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic subsided in 2022, Indonesia's aviation sector began to rise, as seen by the increase in passenger numbers. Super Air Jet, a new airline with a low-cost carrier concept, emerged and targeted millennials and generation Z who have an active lifestyle and love to travel. This study aims to analyse the influence of lifestyle, web quality, and convenience on Super Air Jet ticket purchasing decisions. The method used is a quantitative approach with analysis using SMARTPLS (Partial Least Square) version 4.0, involving 160 respondents as a sample. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires using the non-probability sampling method of accidental sampling (convenience sampling). The results showed that all variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is recommended that Super Air Jet continue to improve customer service and accessibility to attract more consumers in an increasingly competitive aviation market.

Abstract

Competition drives courier service companies to work harder to serve the quality of their services. However, customer involvement is necessary to enhance customer loyalty. This study investigates the mediating role of customer engagement in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty in Paxel’s courier services. The objective of this study enhances the impact of service quality on loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaries from a sample of 190 Paxel users with respondents meeting the criteria of having a minimum education of high school and having used Paxel’s services at least twice. The findings indicate that service quality significantly affects loyalty both directly and through customer engagement, emphasizing the critical role of engagement. The study concludes that improving service quality and actively engaging customers are essential strategies for strengthening loyalty, offering valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in the service industry. Especially in courier service.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of price, promotion, and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in ride-hailing services in Malaysia. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, data from 332 respondents were analyzed to understand the dynamics between these variables. The results of the study show that price and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction, while promotion plays a greater role in improving the perception of service quality which ultimately has an impact on customer loyalty. Service quality is identified as a key factor that determines customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research highlights the importance of competitive pricing strategies, effective promotions, and improved service quality to retain customers in an increasingly competitive ride-hailing market. These findings provide practical guidance for ride-hailing companies in designing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

On the ballastless track K63+016~K63+035 of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway (JBHSR) there is a decrease in geometry with the category of damage level reaching the limit set according to Regulation No. 11 PT KCIC Year 2023. The event was mostly caused by the irregularity of the lower structure due to dynamic loads. The procedure used is to perform fine adjustment using an adjustment pad according to the regulations listed in SOP No. 17 PT KCIC Year 2021 so that the decline can be overcome. Testing the effectiveness of using adjustment pads on geometry decline through hypothesis testing with the F test and t-test methods can determine how much influence between the two. The results of the analysis obtained a correlation value (ݑ) of 0.965 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 indicating that the use of adjustment pads has a very significant effect and a very strong correlation on geometry reduction.
