Abstract

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was one reformer in India, especially in the political field. He mengingikan India apart from the clutches of British colonialists in emphatic fashion and repolusioner. And to realize the ideals of the then Muslims and Hindus should unite. But in the course of the second race or religion it is very difficult to be united because different religions and different outlook on life that Muhammad Ali Jinnah changed his stance by giving birth to new ideas, that Muslims should have their own state. The idea successfully on August 14, 1947 Pakistan was born as a state for Muslims, and India as a country for Hindus.

Abstract

Guru is one of the key elements in the education system, even the other components will not mean much if the teacher in the learning process is not able to interact with learners with good and perfect. Duties and functions of teachers in improving the quality of education is a process containing a course of conduct of teachers and learners on reciprocal relationships that take place in an educational situation for achieving educational goals, so that the process contained multi-function of the teacher. Duties and functions of the teacher in question is either associated with learners, teaching materials, and educational administration, and others. The position of teachers as educators greatly influence the success of an educational institution, as learners as educational input will be colored by the extent to which the teacher's role in developing the potential of learners. As a teacher as a learning resource, as a facilitator, as a manager of a class, as a learning demonstrator, as mentors, guides and evaluators. All of this must be used as the primary capital to be a professional teacher.

Abstract

In this article the author examines the important thinking of one of the scholars, thinkers and renowned Muslim philosophers, namely Ibn Miskawayh, particularly in the field of education and morals contained in the book of essay Tahzib al-Akhlaq wa al-A'raq Tathhir. This study is library research to focus research on the conception and writing in his book Ibn Miskawayh it. In his view, education is essentially and should aim to create human character and noble character. To achieve these objectives, taking into account the possibility of human education and individual differences in the psychological state of learners, Ibn Miskawayh suggests natural methods (thariqah thabi'iyyah) in education. The main idea of ​​the natural methods offered Ibn Miskawaihi this is that the implementation of the educational work should be based on the development of the inner and outer man. Abstract

Abstract

The application of sharia economy, both generally accepted in society and that applies specifically in the banking world, certainly challenged. Special challenges occur in conventional banking is one of the systems that are used in moving the economic wheel is the "flower". Islamic economic interest in the bank is "riba". Abstract

Hadith maudhu or false hadith is leaning against something to the prophet of Allah saw., whereas he himself never say, do, or set. Forgery traditions arise due to: a) political disputes, b) maneuver enemies of Islam, c) primordialism and chauvinism, d) fanaticism schools and kalam, e) the cult of the individual, f) maker of the story, g) approaches to the authorities, and h) the desire to do good without the basic knowledge of religion. As for the hadith maudhu’ traits among others, there qarinah indicating that the narrators was not met with a person who is recognized as a teacher, there is confusion on matn, its meaning can not make sense and is contradictory to the passage of the Koran.
