Abstract

Abstract

Pornography is a legal issue which is rated "low enforcement" in the country, as a result of globalization blaring, he is threatening the future of the nation, especially among the younger generation. Enforcement of pornography in Indonesia is very weak (low enforcement). This happens because of their 'edge areas' of formal legal provisions governing this matter. This relates to the edge of the area prokontra which leads to the perception of pornography itself. Limitation of pornography is very vague and personal. For that need to be made legal provisions to replace the provisions of the law outdated colonial legacy that confirms the so-called pornography. The provisions of the law (ius constituendum) should be an expression of common values ​​in the society of Indonesia, for example, the value of modesty, decency value and so on. However, if the law enforcers could not longer hold back the pace of pornography, especially if they actually take advantage of it that has menggurita and increasingly difficult to eradicate because it involves the circulation of money and manpower are very large, so it's good to do social teraphy considered. No time was right to crack down on pornography in this country, but from this moment. Abstract

Society is a large or small group, consisting of some humans, who by or for itself concerned by groups and influence upon each other. Sociology is the science of society or science-Detention kemasya who study humans as a group or community members, (not as individuals regardless of class or community). "Culture" is the result of activities and the creation of the mind (intellect) of man, such as trust, art and customs. Islamic education is the formation of a Muslim personality. Closely related to the human culture, the relationship can not be separated. If one is separated from the others, they are gone form respectively. Society is a cultural container, as well as a pile of soil to grow a tree, if people take a sample of the human spirit as a culture and as a society. Every human being is no culture and no culture of its people. Both merupajan duumvirate, is what form the social expression of culture.

Abstract

Education in the view Qadarites is the pattern of education that is free, it is reflected in the pattern of secular education, where the authority of learners is very high (free) to make his choice and the formation of his personality. This theory is akin to the theory of empiricism, behaviorism, where the child was instrumental education pen-and uncertain-right direction of human development. Education is the differences between humans and other humans. Further education in the view Jabariyah educational pattern is very weak from all aspects. This is reflected in traditional schools or pattern of early education. This theory is akin to navitisme theory in the philosophy of education, where education is considered unnecessary given to learners, because nature is decisive. While education in the view Asy'ariyah namely solidarity between educational pattern Qadarites with Jabariyah. Where the educational pattern Asy'ariyah criticizes secular as well as traditional models. The education pattern akin to the theory of convergence where the theory acknowledges the influence of faith in the form of a personal internal and external influences in the form of sociality in social activities. Pattern-ariyah Asy' education are highly relevant to the development of education today.

Abstract

Sa'i is one of worship that are part of the implementation of the Hajj rituals in a way to travel and jog in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah. Abstract

The theory is a theory postulated the existence of as the legitimacy of the existence of Islamic law in Indonesia. The theory of the existence aims to Islamic law in Indonesia is known and understood by the people of Indonesia existence in coaching and the development of national laws. As there is at this writing, in assessing the existence of the legal validity of the theory of the existence of Islam, particularly the opportunities and challenges faced in the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia used flosofis approaches, socio-historical and juridical. In principle, the theory of existence in addition to having the opportunity was not immune from the challenges, both internal and external. Nevertheless, not a formula that erroneous if there is a theory which states that the existence of theory is very basic and a guide for each product is legal in Indonesia. In a sense, the theory of the existence remains present which is not only the product of Islamic laws that apply specifically to Muslims, but also still count against general laws common to all Indonesian people.

Abstract

The educational process can not be separated from philosophy and the nation in which the educational process takes place. So lately the issue of changes and improvements in education sector in Indonesia sticking to the surface, not only in the general education pathway, but all paths and levels of education. As evidence of major changes in the policy development of the education sector is the reform of the education sector in terms of improving the quality of teachers. Education is the process of delivering knowledge to develop the whole person, who has beliefs, attitudes and life skills in order to achieve happiness in life. Abstract

Social culture is everything created by man with the mind and conscience of gratitude for the life of society. Medium private law (civil) is the law governing family relationships, including marriage, custody, transfer of assets, endowments, grants, sadaqah, and others. The Islamic law can not be separated from social realities, because Islamic law live and develop along with the development and social change. Thus, Islamic law can not be separated from sociological aspects in the formation and development. Sociological aspects of it have been incorporated in the form of al-nuzul asbab, asbab al-wurud, fikhi (the result of reasoning), fatwa scholars, court jurisprudence, and legislation.

Abstract

Qunut in prayer is a problem that is furuiyyah in worship that comes from the proposition zdanniy. Asbab wurud its qunut is when the Prophet. heard the Prophet sent 70 people to help the tribe of Bani Salim, the tribes were massacred by the middle of the trip. This event is known as al-qurra events So that's when the Messenger of Allah. do qunut every dawn prayer as deep condolences and pray at the same time and melaksanat tribes have been treason. After a month he qunut, come down verse 128 Surah Ali Imran (3) a ban on praying for destruction, evil and curse others. After the verses came, the Prophet stopped within the meaning of praying for the destruction of others, but the Prophet remained qunut in prayer as described in Anas bin Malik narrated by Imam Bukhari. The tradition of Imam al-Baehaqi in his book al-Sunnah Kubra explains that qunut are not mengandungan prayer destruction, evil and curse others are still performed by the Prophet at dawn prayer.
