Abstract

Islamic Syari'ah has provided a new solution for the Islamic world with its various kinds. That is among the images of God's justice among His servants. In addition, Islamic education also aims to improve and guide morals in a more perfect direction, so the task of Islamic education is to direct educational processes and activities on the principles of Islamic teachings in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. Islamic education is very relevant to the Islamic Syari'ah with the achievement of the educational goals that we aspire together, namely the formation of a complete and perfect human person, so as to be able to feel the happiness and salvation of the life of the world and the hereafter. Between Islamic Syari'ah and Islamic education must be united and should not be separated from one another

Abstract

The law effectiveness is an activity showing strategy to overcome problems generally, such as the comparison of the reality of law and idealism. There are four factors influencing the effectiveness of law and its functions, including: 1) the rules of the law, 2) the law enforcer, 3) facilities, 4) The Publics. The functioning law in the publics means that the law has rules as social control and tools of social changes. To maximize those functions, the publics’ compliance on the law will support the law existence to be applied its function in the publics.

Abstract

Although Indonesia is a rule of law and has entered the reform era for twenty years, the law has not taken sides with the interests of the people. The law is still full of the interests of certain parties such as authorities and businessmen. This can be seen from the legislation products for national scale and local regulations for local scale. Reformation of law enforcement officials is slow compared to reforms of legal substance. This causes the law to not act as a counterweight to the interests of the community in an effort to realize justice and truth.

Abstract

Uswatun hasanah is derived from Arabic which means exemplary or a good example. This doctrine is closely related to the person's birth and mind or the nature and behavior of a person. Politics is concerned with power within an institution, region or country. The person of a person who holds political power or his or her leader in Indonesia can be an example to others around him. This paper departs from observations of reality and then examines how Uswatun hasanah practices existed in self of political power holder in Indonesia. Although there are still many leaders in Indonesia who behave well, but the number of abuses of corruption in particular by the state officials or leaders in this beloved republic, a clear indication that they (the person) does not instill uswatun hasanah to his subordinates in particular and the people of Indonesia in general.

Abstract

The Messenger of Allah was uswatun hasanah (good example). On the other hand, the Ulama are heirs of the Prophets. The existence of scholars in human life is very urgent and principled. That they are problem solving for all the problems of the people. The task, function and role of the Ulama in human activities is heavy, because it is a mandate, but it is very noble in its position. Allah swt. inform in Al Qur'anul Karim about the existence of Ulama. The accentuation can be seen from the nature, the form of the use of Ulama, Ulama categories and features according to the Qur'an. This matter, will be studied through interpretation approach maudhuiy (thematic interpretation)

Abstract

This article tries to outline the basic potential of a student from birth who needs efforts to develop it into factual and actual. In the view of Islam, the basic potential possessed by humans is called fitrah, which is equipped with human resources, even though everything is still dependent on the process of further development through education. With the education process, humans are able to shape their personalities, transfer their culture from one community to another, know good and bad values, and so on. Education is the process of developing the nature of students to be actual so as to form a moral Muslim personality (akhlakul karimah). Thus it is clear that Islam recognizes the role of basic factors and teaches in children's development. Based on the conceptualization, Islamic education is expected to function as a meaning to develop the potential of students in accordance with their nature.>This article tries to outline the basic potential of a student from birth who needs efforts to develop it into factual and actual. Abstract

Al-Hallaj is having the full name of Abu Al-Mughis Al-Husayn Ibn Mansur Ibn Muhammad Al Baidawi. Grandson of Muhammad which before his grandfather was converted to Islam, his grandfather was a Buddhist worshiper. But there is also a saying that al-Hallaj is descended from Abu Ayyub, one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW. From other literature Al-Hallaj has the full name of Hussein bin Mansur Al-Hallaj. Born in 244 H or 858 CE in one of the small towns of Persia, namely the city of Baidha. Al-Hallaj is the pioneer of the teachings of al-hulul, a doctrine which states that God chooses the human body to dwell if man is capable of removing his human nature (nasut). For man has the nature of divinity (lahut) as well as God who has the nature of humanity in addition to the nature of His Godhead. al-Hallaj when he reaches the level of hulul, he is not lost or destroyed, but two forms united in one body. And this process takes place with God's way down to earth in the body of al-Hallaj. The teachings of al-Hulul brought by al-Hallaj this reap an awkwardness for other scholars, for example Sheikh Abu Nasr as-Sarraj, once said: "We heard that al-Hulul's group argues that al-Haq Swt. Choose the jisim (body) that He is placed in it with the meanings of the Godhead (ar-Rububiyyah) and removes from the human qualities (al-bashariyyah) ".

Abstract

The health of the human body is in the most vital position. A clean and healthy hospital environment will make your body feel comfortable and well maintained. Cleaning service is one of the elements that determines the cleanliness of the hospital environment. Cleaning service at Wajo Lamaddukelleng Hospital is considered to have high performance in carrying out its duties to realize a clean and healthy hospital environment. According to the cleaning service experience in carrying out their duties is not enough with educational capital related to environmental health and cleanliness but also requires religious knowledge including the ability to read and write the Koran as a living capital for them. One of the efforts made to find out whether cleaning service personnel are able to read and write the Koran is carried out a study. The results showed that there were still many who were unable to read and write the Quran so that they needed assistance in the form of Qur'anic reading and writing training for cleaning the servise of the Wajo Lamaddukelleng Hospital. This has an indirect impact on carrying out their duties in realizing health for all.

Abstract

Talent is a special ability that stands out from various types of people, special abilities are usually in the form of skills or something in a field of science, such as special abilities in the fields of art, sound music, sports, mathematics, language and social religion and so on. Factors in talent development are internal factors and external factors which include; Personality factors and genetic factors, personality factors are psychological states in which the child's potential development depends on the child's self and emotions. This will help children to form concepts and be optimistic and confident in developing their interests and talents. While genetic factors are factors that support the development of individuals in talent as a totality of characteristics inherited from parents to children in all potential through psychic, which is owned by individuals from birth. The heredity factor is the first factor in the emergence of talent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the development of learning media in Arabic and cultural Makassar using card media. This study uses research and development methods that combine qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study produce card learning media that are integrated with information technology based on qr code. The results of this study indicate the compatibility between learning media and information technology, as evidenced by the application of four language skills in one card. The test results of experts showing card learning media with the help of information technology showed good results on the use, material and face-to-face appearance.
