Abstract

Rules regarding the transfer of property of a deceased person (heir) to his surviving heirs are sub-systems of Islamic law. Islam as a universal teaching teaches all aspects of human life, including in terms of the distribution of inheritance fairly. The practice of inheritance sharing in Muslim communities in the city of Makassar is very varied, there are by way of grants, deliberations or compromises, approaches to Islamic inheritance law, and also through mediation initiated by religious courts. Such resolution efforts are called resolutions through non-litigation channels, while efforts to distribute inheritance through court decisions are called settlement through litigation.

Abstract

The article describes the Mappasikarāwa Tradition in the marriage of Bugis adat perspectives on Islamic law. From the results of the study with theological, philosophical, socilogical, anthropogical and juridical approaches, it can be understood that mappasikarāwa is a local knowledge of the Bugis community in marriage. This mappasikarāwa tradition has taken root in the procession of the Bugis marriage so that no marriage escapes the mappasikarāwa activities even though the implementation is different. Taradisi mappasikarāwa, by looking at the purpose and meaning of the tekadung in it generally corresponds to the principles of Islamic law, because; 1) Contain benefits and logics, 2) General applies to the community in a place or at least among the majority of the community, 3) It has been valid for a long time, not a new custom that will emerge later, 4) Not contrary to the syara 'argument or contradictory with the general principles of Islamic sharia. But the thing that needs to be revitalized is the malloangeng tradition shortly after the mappasikarawa tradition, where both partners compete to stand and step on each other. The myth contained in it is "who first stood up and stepped on his partner, then he is the one who has power in his household life going forward". Because this tradition is not in line with the purpose of marriage and the meaning and hope to be achieved at the event malloāngeng (bugis) which means that later this couple will always be united in going through their domestic life in the future

Abstract

This article addresses the issue of the dynamics of society and culture in Islamic education. The results of the discussion can be understood that the community is a large or small group, consisting of several people, who by themselves because they are classically related and influence each other. In the sociology approach, it is seen that humans as members of groups or communities (not as individuals who are separated from their class or society) interact with each other that give birth to culture. Culture is the result of human activity and inner creation (reason), such as beliefs, arts and customs. Customs are born through educational processes that occur in community interactions both formally and informally. Thus, humans are very closely related to culture, the relationship is inseparable. When one is separated from the other, each form disappears. Society is a place for culture, as well as a pile of land growing in a tree, if humans are taken as a sample then spirit as culture and humans as a society. Every human being has culture and culture, there are people. Both are dwitunggal, this is what forms socioculture.

Abstract

Every individual is not automatically able to realize his desires, but humans are forbidden to forget God while in the effort to realize these desires in the form of service obligations and responsibilities. For this reason, humans are given the freedom to choose between good and bad things. God himself has given trust to humans so that people always choose the good. God has made "freedom" an "ethical foundation" for humans to do. However, it turns out that there are many people who are unable to maintain God's trust; Most humans often choose bad deeds. The failure of religious obligations and irresponsibility is a form of human error in choosing freedom, and at the same time betrays God's trust in humanity. The failure of humans to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities is caused by the shortsightedness and narrowness of the human mind, and because of the shortsightedness and narrowness of the mind, humans often lose moral balance. In a long time, shortsightedness and narrowness of the mind will make the "conscience" of humans frozen, as a result humans increasingly away from the nature of events

Abstract

Recruitment and Placement System Educators are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Educators are members of the community who are devoted and appointed to support the implementation of education, which includes education unit managers, overseers, study tutors, supervisors, researchers, developers, librarians, laboratory assistants and learning resource technicians. One of the problems that often occurs in the recruitment and placement of teaching staff is the problem of less mature recruitment planning so that there is often a failure in achieving school objectives because many work that must be done by several people must be done alone. This usually occurs because of the lack of experts in certain fields of work.
