The objective of research were: 1) to determine that the Local Taxes ia influenced on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in 2015-2019 and 2) to determine, how much the influence value between local taxes and the economic growth of Gorontalo Regency for the period 2015-2019. The method used quantitative research approach with the type of research was an explanatory research. The result of research obtained that 1). There ia the influence of Local Taxes on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in periode of 2015-2019, this is proven through statisical test which is obtained significance value 0.006 small than α 0.05, and 2) The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.921, this explains that the level of influence of the local tax variable on economic growth is very strong and has a positive value. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi mengenaiImplementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Di Desa Isimu Selatan Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan denganinstrumentwawancarakepadaberbagaiinforman dan observasi serta pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian.Hasilpenelitiandisimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Di Desa Isimu Selatan Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo belum efektif dilihat segi pendistribusian, pemanfaatan kartu indonesia pintar yang sulit di kontrol serta data yang tidak sengkron antara desa dan pemerintah. Maka diharapkan kepada pemerintah agar bisa mengoptimalkan dengan mensingkronkan data penerima kartu indonesia pintar antara desa dan pemerintah agar penyaluran bisa tepat sasaran. ANALISIS POTENSI EKONOMI KOTA GORONTALO DENGAN PENDEKATAN MODEL BASIS EKONOMI Joice Machmud; Umar Sako Baderan; Iswan L. Lasena

This study aims to: 1) Identify which sector is the base sector in Gorontalo City from 2014 to 2018, and 2) Identify the position of economic sectors in Gorontalo City from 2014 to 2018. The research method uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research type. The results obtained: 1) Based on the LQ analysis of GRDP in Gorontalo City for the period 2014-2018, it is known that there are 15 sectors which are the base sector or LQ˃1, namely the largest contribution in Gorontalo City is contributed by the wholesale and retail trade sector; car repair and recycling with a value of 14.92%. Meanwhile, the lowest sector contribution came from the electricity and gas procurement sector at 0.05%. 2) The results of the Klassen typology analysis showed that sectors belonging to Quadrant I or the criteria for advanced and rapidly growing sectors were found in twelve sectors. Meanwhile, in Quadrant II, the criteria for advanced but depressed sectors are two sectors. In Quadrant III or criteria for potential or still developing sectors, there are two sectors. Whereas in Quadrant IV or relatively underdeveloped sectors, there are no sectors that fall into this category, and 3) Based on the results of the classification typology analysis, Gorontalo City is in the position of Quadrant I, which has a sector that is advanced and growing rapidly.Keywords: Economic Potential, Economic Basis

ANALISIS PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN DISTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO Harijono Imbran

This study aims to analyze the economic growth and income distribution of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach and the data source used is secondary five-year time series data. The analytical tool used is the analysis of economic growth and the Williamson index equation.The results showed that the economic growth of Bone Bolango Regency was very volatile with an average growth of above 6%. The decline was due to low macroeconomic productivity. The results of the Williamson Index analysis show that the average distribution of income in each sub-district is still relatively low. This is evidenced by the index value is still close to 1. The larger the index, the greater the income inequality that occurs.

This research aims to: determine and analyze the role of Savings and Loan Cooperatives on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gorontalo Regency (Study on KSP "SURYA" UMG). The research method uses a quantitative research approach with quantitative descriptive research. The result show that: 1) The role of the UMG Savings and Loan Cooperative "SURYA" provides enormous benefits to help. The members acknowledged that the existence of cooperatives was very helpful to support the business progress of entrepreneurs. With the existence of cooperatives, members can make loans in an easy way and cooperatives have different roles from other institutions because for various reasons, members above cooperative institutions are more in favor of entrepreneurs who have limited capital. The role of the "SURYA" UMG Savings and Loan Cooperative is very beneficial for micro and small entrepreneurs because with the amount of loans given to these entrepreneurs, these entrepreneurs try to take advantage of the loans provided by the cooperative

The objective of research was to determine the roles of BUMDES in increasing the communities’ income at satria village. The method used qualitative approach with descriptive research. The result obtained the government roles, BUMDES management in terms of socialization has been carried out optimally, there are already people who are satisfied and there are still those who are not satisfied with the active role of BUMDES, the government and administrators have made efforts in realizing and developing BUMDES to improve the community's economy by collaborating with certain parties, especially related agencies, the income of the community, especially BUMDES members, has increased with the establishment of BUMDES in the village and the benefits of BUMDES are felt by the community despite the existence of BUMDES can still be said to be just operating.

The aim of this research was to determine the improvement of quality life that very poor households receiving the family hope program in Tombulilato Village, Bone Raya District. The type of research used is qualitative research, which is based on actual facts or situations and conditions. In this research is the main focus of researchers was the poor, especially those who received the Harapan Family program. The results of this research were that all research informants stated relatively the same attitudes and answers that there were significant differences in the quality of life of the children who received the benefits of education before receiving PKH assistance and after the family hope program. Where children can enjoy good education and get good report cards too. The suggestion is that the cooperation of related departments is needed in providing program socialization to recipient participants and companions of this Family Hope Program (PKH). In particular, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health (at least teaching staff or school principals and the health center in this case midwives), so that there is mutual strength in implementing this hope family program so that it is truly on target in an effort to achieve MGDs targets.Keywords : PKH, Implementation, MGDs targets.

The aim of Role of Tourism Awareness Groups in the Development of Botubarani Tourism, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that, 1) The role of the Botubarani Awareness Group (Tourism Awareness Group) in the development of Botubarani Tourism to become a government partner in tourism development, Botubarani tourism development is the beneficiary of the development of Botubarani tourism, the Tourism Awareness Group becomes a driving force in society so that Being a friendly host, the Botubarani Tourism Awareness Group is a driving force in the community in realizing Sapta Pesona. 2) The concept of the Tourism Awareness Group organization in developing botubarani tourism with the community 3) The individual behavior of the Tourism Awareness Group in developing botubarani tourism as a social structure for the community. The Tourism Awareness Group always strives for equal distribution of benefits, the community is willing to work together to carry out programs and training but low human resources, and low awareness of tourists and the public in maintaining cleanliness In this study, it is concluded that the role of tourism awareness groups in the development of Botubarani tourism is qualitatively descriptive using 3 role indicators put forward by Livinson, quoted by Soerjono Soekanto, it can be said that the role of the tourism awareness group in developing Botubarani tourism is not optimal Keywords: Role, Tourism Awareness Group, Tourism Development

This study aims to determine how the effect of restaurant tax revenue on local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the data sources used in the analysis use secondary data from the last five years (2016-2020). The analytical tool used to answer the established hypothesis is using simple regression analysis.The results showed that the restaurant tax had no significant effect on local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency. This effect is not significant because it is shown by the result of the determination value (Rsquare) where the value is equal to zero. This means that any increase in restaurant taxes does not have a significant effect on increasing local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency in the 2016-2020 period. The contribution of restaurant taxes to regional original income is quantitatively still relatively small compared to other sources of revenue such as regional levies, street lighting taxes and so on. Restaurant Tax is only able to provide an average contribution in 5 years (2016-2020) of only Rp. 1,039,000,000 while the average PAD revenue in the last five years is Rp. 73,032,748,896.48,- This means that the contribution of restaurant tax to local revenue is only 1.73 percent in the last five years.

Per capita income is a parameter to determine the success of economic activities in a country or region and is usually calculated in one year based on the results of economic activities as reflected by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This study aims to analyze the income per capita of the Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis is on 5-year Gross Regional Domestic Product (2015-2019) time series data. The results show that the economic development of Bone Bolango Regency, which is indicated by the average economic growth is still above 6 percent, and the population growth rate reaches 1.29 percent in the 2015-2019 period. With the fluctuating economic development based on GRDP both based on constant prices and based on current prices, it generates per capita income of Bone Bolango Regency in 2015-2019, namely: a) Per Capita Income Based on Constant Prices is Rp. 1.311.007.54,- per year b) Income Per Capita Based on the Current Price is Rp. 1,836,215.54, - per year.
