Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Kemiskinan Perkotaan pada Kantor Desa Dembe I Kota Gorontalo Kabupaten Kota Barat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana profil keluarga miskin penerima dana bergulir P2KP di Kabupaten Gorontalo Kota Barat Tahun 2007 khususnya di Desa Dembe I, Bagaimana pelaksanaannya menggunakan dana bergulir di lingkungan Badan Kemandirian Masyarakat (BKM) dan ( KSM) Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Perkotaan (P2KP), bagaimana pengembalian dana bergulir di Badan Kemandirian Masyarakat (BKM) dan (KSM) pada Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Perkotaan (P2KP) dan bagaimana keberhasilan pelaksanaan P2KP Kota Barat di Kabupaten Gorontalo pada tahun 2007 khususnya di Kecamatan Dembe I Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga miskin yang terdapat di Kelurahan Dembe I Kecamatan Kota Barat yang berjumlah 1.063 KK yang tersebar di 4 RW dan 8 RT, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 304 Kepala Keluarga Miskin, sampel sebanyak 90 kepala keluarga dianggap representatif.Kata Kunci: Pola Pelayan Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Dembe P2KP Kelurahan I.

Abstract

This research aims to To get an idea of Filing performed by Toto Kabila's Hospital at the Medical Record that includes storage, transfer and destruction, as well as determine the factors that support and hinder data management and archiving at the Hospital Medical Records Toto Kabila. The method this research is a qualitative descriptive study, the method used in this study by drawing a random sample, the techniques of data collection through interviews, observation field / direct observation and documentation. Based on these results, Toto Hospital Medical Records Personnel Kabila for archiving disciplines is still very low, support for archiving facility is lacking as well as lack of education and training for hospital employees Toto Kabila Medical Records the Conclusions is the issues that dominate in the implementation of Medical Records Hospital Toto Kabila is limited employees who understand the field of archiving, so it is necessary the hospital Toto Kabila to provide education and training to existing employees currently in the field of Medical Records. Keywords: Filing Systems, Medical  Records, Patient Data Administration, Inpatient and Outpatient

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the management of BUMDes in improving the community's economy in Luwoo Village, Telaga Jaya District, Gorontalo Regency. Data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis carried out interactively and continuously until it is complete, so that the data is already saturated. Data obtained from interviews with the Chairman of BUMDes Tumulo, other BUMDes management and the local community as business unit actors who can provide information in connection with the problem being examined. The results showed that the management of BUMdes in improving the economy of the community in Luwoo Village, Telaga Jaya District, Gorontalo Regency was seen from the management principles of cooperative, participatory, emancipatory, transparent, accountable, and sufficiency, so it still needed improvement and further improvement from all fields. Especially in terms of coordination in ordering goods with the distributor so that there are no more delays in the delivery of the goods, lack of inventory and the stock of goods.

Abstract

This research aims to: determine and analyze the income of food stall traders in the Covid-19 pandemic in the East Pentadio Village, Telaga Biru subDistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The results based on research findings showed that: 1) The Covid-19 pandemic affected the income of food stall traders. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, the net income of food stall traders reached Rp. 305,200 per day. After the Covid-19 pandemic, food stall traders only pocketed Rp. 147,500 per day, 2) The Covid-19 pandemic affects the operational costs of food stall traders. If before the Covid-19 Pandemic operational expenses reached Rp. 59,550, with the Covid-19 Pandemic, operational costs also increased to Rp. 71,500

Abstract

The objective of research was to determine the strategy of development program of poverty alleviation at Karyamukti village. The method used descriptive quantitative approach. Based on the result obtained the strategy that uses by the government at Karyamukti village are in quadrant I (S-O) aggressive, which is creating a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of opportunities. These strategy formulations include: Optimizing poverty alleviation programs carried out by the government, improving the data collection process / identification of RTM needs therefore programs are implemented on target, maximizing the use of village fund allocations in increasing human resources and capital participation that can empower communities, take advantage of the potential conditions of the supported villages by good human resources, as well as improving the socialization / training process of community groups on the potential of agriculture and other businesses / jobs run by the community.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV Anugerah Utama Gorontalo City. The aim of the research was to know the factors that causes of bad credit on consumer payments, also to find out the effort of resolving bad credit. Lending redit certainly cannot be separated from risks, one of them is bad credit which will affect consumer payments. Therefore, CV Anugerah Utama should apply credit analysis. The factors that causes of bad credit are Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition. The method used in this research was qualitative by structured interviews. The results of this research shows that CV Anugerah Utama has implemented credit analysis compatible to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applicable requirements. The main factors that causes of bad credit on consumer payments is Character. And the efforts of resolving bad credit are Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Guarantee Execution.Keywords: Consumer, Bad Credit

Abstract

This research was conducted in Ilohungayo Village, Batudaa District, Gorontalo District. The purpose of this study is to test simple linear regression showing that the income variable has an influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen the regression coefficient test of 0.041, the variable number of family members has a positive and significant influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.170, while the water tariff variable has a positive influence on the demand for clean water for PDAM. This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.024, percent. Keywords: Income, Number of Family Members, Water Rates and PDAM Water Demand

Abstract

Economic growth, inflation, and employment are indicators that affect employment opportunities and opportunities. The more job opportunities in an area will be able to have a positive impact on the economy in that area. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, inflation and labor on employment opportunities in Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a 5-year secondary data base (2015-2019) and by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that based on the results of research tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the independent variables, namely economic growth, inflation rate, and employment in Bone Bolango Regency on employment. The multiple regression equation formed is: Y = -5.287 + 2.854X1 – 3.833X2 – 2.019X3 illustrates if there is an influence of economic growth, inflation, and labor on the absorption of labor in Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in development planning process in the Botu village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and determination of documentation using three stages of research, namely planning (compiling), implementing and writing reports. While the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques consisting of source and technique. The results showed that community participation in the development process, namely providing ideas, in the form of labor, and participating in providing land to assist the government in the implementation of development. And there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of development, namely the willingness factor and the leadership factor. Keywords: Community Participation, Development Planning

Abstract

Eksekusi adalah pelaksanaan Putusan Pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap (in kracht van gewijsde) yang dilakukan secara paksa oleh karena pihak yang kalah dalam perkara tidak mau mematuhi pelaksanaan acara Putusan Pengadilan. Pada kenyataannya, tidak  jarang  dijumpai  amar  putusan  pengadilan  yang tidak dilaksanakan atau direalisasikan secara sukarela oleh pihak yang terkalahkan, maka pihak yang kalah tidak menerima putusan tersebut meskipun telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap dan pihak yang kalah masih tetap mempunyai kepentingan terhadap perkara yang telah diputus itu. Hal ini berarti pihak yang terkalahkan tidak mau menjalankan putusan dan tidak mau memenuhi kepentingan  pihak yang dimenangkan. Supaya putusan dijalankan dan kepentingan pihak dimenangkan dipenuhi oleh pihak yang terkalahkan,  maka dapat dilakukan  dengan jalan secara paksa oleh pihak pengadilan atau secara eksekusi. Ruang lingkup pembahasan adalah pada kajian mengenai Eksekusi dan dasar hukumnya dan Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan Eksukusi.  Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi hukum bagi masyarakat dan juga para penegak hukum sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum yang mengarah pada penegakan keadilan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan analisis hukum pelaksanaan Eksekusi dalam perkara Perdata yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap. Kata Kunci: Ekskusi, Perkara Perdata, Berkekuatan Hukum Tetap
