This study aims to determine the recruitment of village officials in Pilolalenga Village, Dungaliyo District, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that of the five indicators measured namely guaranteed access as clear and accurate information, freedom for everyone to obtain information, governance, information about policy making, implementation and the results achieved have not shown the existence of a transparent village apparatus recruitment system related to the time details, terms and conditions of the recruitment process for village officials. This can be seen from the limited community access to obtain clear information related to the implementation of village apparatus recruitment so that the implementation of village apparatus recruitment is only followed by a small portion of the community. This study aims to determine what factors affect the income of corn farmers in Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This study used a quantitative approach and the data source was obtained through the results of the distribution of questionnaires to 37 respondents who were randomly assigned. The analytical equipment used is multiple linear regression and statistical tests are carried out.The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect between the production factors X1, and X2 on the income (Y) of corn farmers in Kabila District. The significance of the points above is shown based on the results of the analysis which obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.446683.31 + 0.887x1 - 0.061x2. and the value of R square is 95.5. Farmers in Kabila Subdistrict have wide area potential and have advantages in terms of access to assistance and are supported by very adequate irrigation facilities.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in supporting village development in Sidomukti Village, Mootilango District, Gorontalo District. The research method uses a qualitative research approach, with a descriptive type of research. From the results of the research, itwas found that the understanding of the program was good because it was based on the PERMENDes and PERMENDAGRI, in terms of the right target it was still ineffective because the village did not socialize the programs that had been set by the village government, the timeliness of program implementation needed to be fixed again because it was not accompanied by a planned schedule.well-structured work, the achievement of goals for the improvement of the welfare of the village community, and has been carried out properly through self-management mechanisms, and the last, in terms of real change, has appeared in accordance with conditions in the field, the community caneasily obtain health, education and public services.Keywords: Village Fund, Effectiveness, Utilization

Komoditi jagung adalah merupakan komoditi yang memiliki prosepek baik dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Dengan kehadiran perusahaan Perusahaan PT. Harim Farmsco Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang pengeringan dan penggilangan jagung lang ditengah-tengah petani jagung tentunya akan berdampak pada pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keberadaan Perusahaan PT. Harim Farmsco Indonesia Terhadap Petani Jagung di Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam mendukung data primer, dan melibatkan 30 responden petani jagung sebagai sampel.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh yang kurang signifikan antara faktor X1 (Harga) ; X2 (Jumlah Pasokan) dan X3 (Kualitas Jagung) terhadap pendapatan (Y) petani jagung di Kecamatan Tibawa. Kurang signifikansinya antara faktor X1;X2; dan X3, diperlihatkan oleh hasil analisis yang memperoleh persamaan regresi linnier berganda dengan nilai R2 squre = 0,249 atau sebesar 0,249 x 100% = 24,9 persen. Artinya bahwa jika terjadi perubahan X1 ; X2 dan X3sebagai variabel indepen maka pendapatan petani jagung hanya mampu meningkat sebesar 24,9 persen. Angka ini termasuk rendah jika dibandingkan dengan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci Faktor-Faktor, Pendapatan, Petani, Padi.

The dynamics of public policy in managing the assets of the Limboto lake area in Gorontalo Regency is the focus of this research. This article aims to analyze and explain the dynamics of public policy management of the Lake Limboto area assets. The method and approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done by purposive sampling technique (Sugiyono: 2010), observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out following an "interactive model" (Miles Huberman & Saldana: 2014), namely: data collection, data display, data condensation, conclusions / drawing. The findings indicate that the public policy on the management of the Limboto lake area assets is not optimal. The Central Government at the National Lake Indonesia Conference, through the 2009 Bali agreement, involving 9 State Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia, has set 15 lake priorities that will be handled together in an integrated and sustainable manner for the period 2010-2014 including Limboto Lake. Previous Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2004, Regional Regulation No. 5, and PERDA No. 1 of 2008 concerning the management of Lake Limboto, Provincial Government Regulation No. 4 of 2011, but all of these policy products have not been able to overcome the problem of siltation of lakes. The dynamics of Limboto lake management public policy involving 20 stakeholders (Hasim; 2012) still have high influence and interests. The choice of the paradigm of the right management of Lake Limboto's public policy is oriented to the economic growth of the community, according to the perspective of public entrepreneurship (Syam; Lamangida; 2018), which has implications for increasing regional investment value added (NTID) and PAD (Lamangida, 2018), contributing to Local Government in building participation, the independence of the community, especially the people living along the watershed, upstream, and on the shores of Lake Limboto Keywords:Policy, Public, Management, Good Governance, NTID and PAD

This research aims to: determine and analyze the level of capital requirements for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research. The results based on research findings show that: 1) Of the 50 respondents studied, only 9 respondents or 18% of MSMEs have applied for credit to banks for business development, 2) The level of capital development needs most of it comes from bank credit, with the amount of around Rp. 5,000,000 – Rp. 10,000,000, 3) The ability of MSME Entrepreneurs for the installment payment period is under 3 years with the installment amounting to Rp. 200,000 – Rp. 300,000/month, and 4) The obstacles in applying for credit to banks for MSMEs are high interest rates and heavy credit collateral requirements.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Poor Poor Joint Business Group program in Duhiadaa District, Pohuwato Regency. The results showed that; socialization has not been maximized because it is only done on limited forums. The target group of this program is right on target, this can be seen from the rigorous selection process in determining the distribution of aid. Stimulant assistance is considered inadequate. The suitability of the type of business and assistance is not appropriate, this is because to make a different business certainly requires a different amount of capital. Distribution of venture capital assistance is very good, namely by providing assistance in the form of goods in accordance with the type of business. Counseling business skills are minimal. Limited funds are the main factor in this problem. The assistance process did not run optimally due to lack of assistance and lack of budget to form more assistance teams

This research was conducted at the Gorontalo Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study was to analyse the dependent variable, the HDI, then the independent variables, namely the health index, education index and per capita expenditure. Data obtained in the form of time series us sourced from the Gorontalo Regency Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2012-2016. The method used in the study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study are shown by the regression coefficient X1 of 0,719 and the probability value is smaller than 5% which is 0,083 < 0,05, the X2 regression coefficient value is 1.280 and the probability value is smaller than 5% which is 0,035 < 0,05, while the value X3 regression coefficients of 0.001 and probability values smaller than 5% which are 0.181 < 0.05. This study aims to analyze and identify the level of income inequality using the Gini Ratio approach. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through observation and data collection reports both from Gorontalo District Statistic Center (BPS) and Gorontalo District Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), such as Districts in Figures and Indicators of Welfare Results National Census. Data sourced from Bappeda and BPS in the form of per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product data on the basis of Constant Prices, and data on consumption per capita average. The results of the study show that the Gorontalo Regency Gini Ratio in the period 2012 - 2017 is in the moderate range (> 0.4) or at moderate or moderate levels.Keywords: Identification, Analysis, Gini Ratio

This study aims to determine how the utilization and use of village funds in improving development in North Huntu Village, South Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses interview instruments to selected informants.The results of the study concluded that the use of village funds in supporting development in Huntu Utara Bulango Selatan Village had been carried out effectively in achieving village development. The utilization of village funds can be seen from the three indicators studied, namely objectives, financing structure, and community support. These three indicators have been running effectively, therefore the village of North Huntu in the evaluation of the use of village funds is included in the category of not having findings. Thus, the utilization of village funds has been able to increase development in North Huntu Village, South Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency.
