APIC Journal of Education and Training Medan Religious Training Center is a six-month periodical journal published by Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan (Training Center for Education and Religious Technical Personnel), under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. The journal is aimed to disseminate the results of research/study on approaches, models, strategies, methods, media, learning innovations and development of teaching materials that improving the quality of training for educational and religious technical personnel. APIC was first published in printed form in 2018. It is published frequently twice a year, in June and December.

Abstract

A knowledge of religion which is classified as very little, is presented at the elementary school level regarding knowledge of the Islamic Religion which makes the nation's generation not have a strong foundation. Religious learning which is expected to be able to instill Islamic knowledge becomes hampered, due to the limited time regulated by class hours. So in 1997, the Al-Ikhlas Madrasah Diniyah was founded by K.H. Ahmad Husaeni who was able to complete the limited time for teaching religious knowledge at the elementary school level. Besides that, the function of teaching at the Madrasah Diniyah level is to realize the teachings of Islam by a Muslim as the demands and expectations of parents for their children. This research seeks to find out and examine the transformation of Madrasah Diniyah Al-Iklhlas which was originally salafi to khalafi and scores of various achievements resulting from its learning. This article uses historical research methods consisting of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the study show that Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ikhlas has significance in preserving the continuity of Islamic education, namely, an institution for transforming religious knowledge, media for preserving religious knowledge, a vehicle for planting as well as the formation of akhlakul karimah, and to complement Islamic religious education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Three years of education in Indonesia can be said to have experienced various shifts caused by COVID-19. There are so many problems that occur, both in terms of cognitive, and affective students. This can be seen clearly from the lack of awareness of students in using greeting words. In fact, there should be a good relationship between teachers and students in the canalization process that occurs. Therefore, several ways are needed to solve the problem. This research uses research methods with a literature study approach (Library Research). This study describes social symptoms that are variables that cause problems to occur. Based on the observations, it appears that the students have very little awareness in the use of language politeness. This can be seen in the lack of use of greeting words. This problem will certainly have a significant effect on student learning and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the duration of assimilation on tanwin vowel. The discussion studied in this study is the calculation of the duration of tanwin vowel assimilation. This study uses acoustic phonetic theory by applying qualitative descriptive methods through observation and data editing techniques. To analyze the data, there are four analytical techniques that are applied, namely the note-taking technique, the sorting technique, the digitization, and the sound segmentation. Meanwhile, for measuring the duration of the assimilation of sounds, this study used the praat program version 4.0.27. After the data analyzed, the results of the study showed that the duration of the reading of tanwin vowel assimilation by reciter 'DH sorted from the longest to the shortest, namely: For the duration of tanwin vowel assimilation read by reciter 'DH, from the longest duration lies to the shortest duration is seen in the word ʃaiɁĩn:faʂalnahu] has a duration of 3.171 md, the word [wa:ziratuw:wizra] has a duration of 2.448 md, the word [daraja:tiw:waakbaru] has a duration of 2.434 md, the word [xabi:ram:baʂi:ra] has a duration of 2.356 md, the word [faɖlam:min] has a duration of 2.186 md, the word [muɁminun:faɁula:Ɂika] has a duration of 2.029 md, the word [kita:bay:yalqahu] has a duration of 1.857 md, the word [maðmu:mam:madћu:ran] has a duration of 1.720 md, the word [kullan:numiddu] has a duration of 1.570 md, dan the word [ajraŋ:kabiran] has a duration of 1.287 md.

Abstract

The development of educational facilities in an area must be considered optimally in accordance with national regulatory standards so that it makes it easier for the community to access these facilities. This study aims to understand and describe affordability, the distribution pattern of location points for SMA/SMK/MA Negeri in Tangerang Regency and to find out the relationship between the population aged 15-19 years for each sub-district in Tangerang Regency using a quantitative descriptive research method with a spatial approach. The affordability analysis resulted in 76.05% of residential areas not being reached, with a random pattern of location points and no correlation between the location points of State SMA/SMK/MA and the population aged 15-19 years with a correlation index value of 0.106.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has many impacts such as on health and other social dimensions. Everything seemed to get a butterfly effect from the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 Pandemic era, the number of divorce cases at the Manna Religious Court increased compared to the previous year. This study uses a combination of field research for primary data and library research for secondary data with a descriptive-analytical approach. Thus, the study aims to determine the relevance of the increase in divorce cases in the Manna Religious Court to the Covid-19 pandemic. And can be used as a means of prevention (precautionary) against the emergence of problems in the household by efforts to improve harmony in the family in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results show that the divorce rate at the Manna Religious Court throughout 2020 is not affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is because the main factor that causes divorce most often is the constant quarrels and disputes between married couples. In this case, it clearly happened or started long before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit this country.
