Abstract

In the religious context, the shift in religious values appears in the youth's enthusiasm to study religious knowledge by attending various recitations carried out. This can be seen by the decreasing number of teenagers who are active in various religious activities and other recitations. Teenagers tend to choose activities such as hanging out, playing a play station (warnet) etc. Hanging out with friends, either in cafes or in parks, has become a sight that can be seen at this time. Another example is that young teenagers today prefer to read comics or play games rather than having to read religious books.

Abstract

Management is a process consisting of actions, planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring, which are carried out to determine and achieve the goals that have been set through the use of human resources and other sources. Management of extraordinary education is required to be able to motivate and develop their potential in all aspects of daily life. As in school programs, the potential development of students is an important part of the implementation of the learning process, in order to equip students later in social life. The management of the quality development of the Cahaya Bangsa Khatulistiwa SLB institution in Pontianak plans to develop the quality of the SLB institution, organize the quality of the SLB institution, actualize the quality of the SLB, and supervise the school principal on the supervision of learning development, supervision of teacher and personnel development, supervision of educational forms and services, supervision of the scope special education centers and special service education, and supervision of the development of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze (1) communication, perception of organizational support, personality and performance, (2) communication effect, perception of organizational support and personality toward teacher performance of SMP Negeri 3 Mandor Kabupaten Landak. Population in this research is teacher of SMP Negeri 3 Mandor Regency Landak with population amount 35 people and all become sample. Data analysis technique used is regression model. The results showed that communication variables, perception of organizational support, personality (personality) and teacher performance of SMP Negeri 3 Mandor Kabupaten Landak showed general results included in good criteria. The result of regression model test shows that the influence of communication, perception of organizational support, personality (personality) toward the performance of SMP Negeri 3 Mandor Kabupaten Landak significant.

Abstract

The aim of this case study for build nationality commitment through political education, and the results that their cultural background border community profile, and the contains of the connections across the border communities that can not be avoided. the process of life together in the territory of each country. The relationship clumps ethnic tribes share a common culture are interrelated. Political education to revive awareness through the study of national and state political education that emphasizes obligation of citizens to establish intensive communication with the government's public relations border with instilling a sense of bigotry tot the nation and the state. Border communities need balance the needs living standards through economic infrastructure, and needs improving the well-being by providing facilities that can trigger a more dynamic economic activity, in order to participation formaintain the territorial integrity through national unity political, economic, social and cultur approach.

Abstract

Islam in Thailand is a minority religion. The development is not as fast as in other Asian countries. It gets attention because the spread of Islam in Thailand was brought by Muslim figures through trade routes coming from the Arab region and the coast of India, Through the Samudra Pasai Kingdom in Aceh, Ethnic Chinese, Ethnic Champa and Ethnic South Asian. As evidence there are Islamic relics in Thailand Is a tombstone inscribed with Arabic, Java Mosque, Canals and water systems in Krung Theyp Mahankhon, Islamic books in Arabic Jawi, Ancient painting and the famous Sufi scholar. Education promoted by the Thai royal government Classified as discriminatory against Islam and minorities Due to the lack of people who are Muslim. Problems faced by Thai Muslims Is a minority group problem who must coexist peacefully with non-Muslims In the same country. They are in a Dilemma How to do reconciliation among the fundamental Islamic beliefs With the need to be a good citizens In a country dominated by a non-Muslim population.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the history of Islamic education in India. This mapping is based on a discussion of Islamic education in India; Sayyid Ahmad Khan is known as a reformer of Islamic education in India. This paper aims to reveal the historical flow of the entry of Islam in India in general, then the emergence of Islamic educational institutions initiated by the reformers of Islamic education in India. This paper also uses a literature review study that focuses on content (content analysis), then draws general conclusions about Islamic education in India. The findings of this paper reveal that; 1) the existence of Islam in India is inseparable from the Khulafa ar Rashidin period, the era of the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties, 2) several Islamic educational institutions that were born from history are Aligarh Muslim University in India, Madrasah Dar al-Uluum Deoban in India, and the Muhammadiyah School Anglo-Oriental College (MAO C) in India, 3) Islamic education reformers are Rabindranath Tagore and Sayyid Ahmad Khan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of technology supervision improvement management in improving the quality of school-based learning at SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The sources of data in this study were obtained through the principal, teachers, education staff, and the community around SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of improving technology supervision in improving the quality of school marching learning at SDN Tanah Habang, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan has basically been implemented through involvement of various parties in carrying out activities at the school, but has not gone as expected. This is marked by the lack of discipline on the part of the school and the lack of cooperation with parents of students or the community in implementing school-based quality management.

Abstract

Various kinds of important processes in education, one of which is facilities and infrastructure. If in a scope of education the facilities and infrastructure are managed properly then of course it is very influential for students because these facilities and infrastructure are very important in supporting a learning process. To get these quality facilities and infrastructure, a strategy is needed in their management and there must also be supporting factors such as human resources who are trained and appropriate in their fields. If there is a strategy in the management of facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that the learning process runs smoothly and needs are met.

Abstract

Through an integrated dapodik management information system strategy (integrated) can provide more accurate and quality information to support the development of operations, management, and decision-making functions within an organization. The school's strategy in analyzing the internal and external environment, the chosen strategy in improving the quality of basic education is through a curriculum program strategy, a program to improve the quality of educators and education staff. Therefore, we need a qualified operator and educator who can create conditions so that all components are interrelated and can work well together to achieve school goals.
