Primiparous mothers will experience various breastfeeding problems because it is the first experience, especially for working mothers. Therefore, they need to get support from their families, mainly from grandmothers. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the grandmother's support and exclusive breastfeeding for primiparous mothers working. This study, conducted in the Arjowinangun Community Health Center coverage area, Malang, used a cross-sectional study approach. The data collection used purposive sampling and questionnaires. One hundred thirty-two respondents had agreed to participate in this study. The results show that most mothers who choose non-exclusive breastfeeding had received insufficient support. There was a significant and strong correlation between grandmother's support and breastfeeding behavior (p-value = 0.000; r = 0.831), which means that the better the grandmother's support, the better exclusive breastfeeding behavior primiparous working mothers. All the support indicators were sufficient categories. The assessment support was the highest correlation to non-exclusive breastfeeding (r = 0.649). The conclusion is grandmother's support has a significant role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers, so breastfeeding assistance by health workers should focus on mothers and families, especially grandmothers.

Physiological changes in pregnant women have an impact on reducing the hemoglobin (Hb) level so that they can experience anemia. Anemia in pregnant women is still a high case and be one of the factors of low birth weight (LBW). Iron (Fe) is consumed routinely is thought to help reduce the risk of anemia, but it's still not known yet between the relation of Fe consumed to LBW incidents. Data were taken by cross sectional as many as 150 samples of pregnant women. The results obtained that 56% of pregnant women had anemia. After Fe therapy doses 60-120 mg/day, Hb levels increased by 0.3 g/dL. Although there were significant differences before and after Fe therapy in pregnant women with anemia, about 74% of pregnant women still had experience anemia despite Fe therapy. Provision of Fe therapy for pregnant women either with a dose of 60-120 mg/day, had not been effective enough in increasing Hb levels. LBW cases were also found in this study, which is around 9.3%. Pregnant women with anemia have a higher risk of LBW. This indicates that offering Fe to pregnant women has not been effective.Â

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that has been linked to a number of public health issues. This is due to unhealthy lifestyles and cellular and tissue physiological function impairment. Hydrotherapy is a non-pharmacological intervention that can lower blood pressure. As long as the patient is taking antihypertensive medications, this therapy becomes complementary. This study aims to describe the use of hydrotherapy that lowers blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The research design used is a literature review of national and international indexed journals. The databases used include ProQuest, GALE, OneSearch, RAMA, SINTA, and Google Scholar by using keywords hydrotherapy, blood pressure, and hypertension. Inclusion criteria are the range of publication years is in 2016-2020. While the exclusion criteria is when the independent variable used is a combination therapy. Based on a review of ten articles, hydrotherapy affects lowering blood pressure, therefore this therapy can be used as an adjunct therapy to lower blood pressure. This occurs because warm water dilates blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Self-care management is an important component in the management of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (DMT2). Knowledge, self-efficacy, and compliance in self-care are the main factors to improving quality of life and preventing complications. Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) in support groups was used in community nursing interventions to improve diabetes self-care management. This study used a one-group pre-post design with t-test analysis to determine the ability of self-management levels and blood sugar values of the group with diabetes before and after the intervention. The instrument used was the Diabetes Self Care Management Questionnaire (DSMQ). Diabetes Mellitus patients received DSME intervention for two months. The number of samplings in this study was 49 people with diabetes. The findings show that in intervention groups, self-care improves, and blood sugar levels fall. There were significant changes in the diabetics' group (n = 48) before and after the intervention on self-care and blood glucose levels (p = 0.000 and p = 0.011). We suggest that the DSME might be given to the diabetes group by nurses as one of the strategies for implementing health education in the public health care program (PERKESMAS).Â

Hemorrhagic shock patients require fluid resuscitation, but extra efforts should be made to provide 39 C fluids to avoid hypothermia. One of the media to maintain temperature is a thermos.  The purpose of this research is to identify whether the flasks can keep 39-degree crystalloid fluids at 18 degrees Celsius. This study used a pre-experimental method, with One-Shot Case Study type, 12 bottles of crystalloid liquid was warmed to 39°C, then put into 2 rice flasks, and temperature changes were measured for 6 hours at AC temperature 18˚C. The study was conducted on 30 November 2019. The findings show that temperatures in 6 bottles of RL liquid decreased by 6.8 -7.4 C and in 6 bottles of NS 0.9% liquid decreased by 5.3 - 6.4 C. Statistical results using the Mann-Whitney p-value is 0,000. It was concluded that there was a significant difference between changes in temperature of lactate Ringer's fluid and normal saline 0,9%. A thermos can maintain a temperature of 39˚C for about 1 hour and can prevent hypothermia from reaching 36˚C for about 3 hours.

Haemorrhagic shock should be treated with fluid therapy at 390°C to avoid hypothermia. Storage of infusion fluid in a rice thermos is one method to maintain the temperature of the infusion fluid. This study aimed to determine the effect of using a thermos to maintain a temperature of 390C crystalloid liquid (ringer lactate and normal saline 0,9%) at a room temperature of 250C. This research method uses experimental quantitative (pre-experimental) with a one-shot case study design. Six bottles of Ringer's lactate and six bottles of normal saline 0,9% were warmed to 390C, then stored in a rice thermos at 250C and the temperature changes were measured for 6 hours. A digital thermometer was used to take measurements. The Mann-Whitney test was used to analyze the data. The results show that the temperature of Ringer's lactate fluid was reduced by an average of 4,60C, and normal saline was reduced by an average of 4,30C. There was a significant difference in temperature changes in the ringer's lactate fluid and normal saline 0,9% (p=0,000;α=0,05). The results of the study were that the rice thermos was able to maintain the temperature of ringer's lactate fluid at 390C for 96 minutes and normal saline 0,9% for 78 minutes, while to prevent hypothermia (360C) ringer's lactate fluid for 4 hours 59 minutes and normal saline 0,9 % for 4 hours 55 minutes.
