Abstract

This study discusses the Influence of Service Quality and Educational Infrastructure on Student Satisfaction at MTs An-Nizhomiyah. By using a quantitative method with data obtained by giving a questionnaire to 74 students as respondents. This study aims to find out simultaneously whether the quality of services and the education market affect student satisfaction. The hypothesis carried out is that it is suspected that there is an influence of the quality of service and educational infrastructure on the satisfaction of MTs An-Nizhomiyah students. By using the SPSS analysis test tool, the value in the Model Summary table with an R value of 0.746 was obtained, which means that it shows a strong relationship between service quality and educational infrastructure on student satisfaction. R square is a coefficient of determination that shows the percentage of influence of service quality and educational infrastructure on student satisfaction. The R square value of 0.557 shows that the influence of the quality of educational services and infrastructure together (simultaneously) on student satisfaction. The regression equation formed Y = 6.332 + 0.700 X1 + 0.133 X2 is a positive sign meaning that if the quality of service (X1) and Educational Infrastructure (X2) are improved, it can increase student satisfaction at MTs An-Nizhomiyah (Y).

The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that was distributed to 80 employees at PT TASPEN during April – May 2024. This study employed quantitative statistical analysis methods. Data processing using the SPSS tool. Data processing starts with instrument testing, which includes validity and reliability evaluations. The data was then submitted to a series of classical assumption tests. The t-test and F-test are used to test the hypothesis that has been developed. The partial test (t-test) indicates that job training has a positive and substantial impact on employee performance at PT TASPEN, with a computed t value > t table or 5.178 > 1.66724 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT TASPEN with a computed t value > t table or 5.270 > 1.66724 and a sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, (- test), job training and work discipline influence employee performance with a calculated F value of 147,396 > F table 2.35 and sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of the study is to explain the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. This research design is causal research. Research variables include independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variables are distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. While the dependent variable is employee performance. The research population is all employees of the contractor company who work on the MMR project as many as 986 employees. The number of research samples was 285 samples and the sampling technique used quota sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and variable measurements using questionnaire measuring instruments. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that distributive justice does not affect employee performance. Procedural justice has a positive effect on employee performance. Interactional justice has a positive effect on employee performance. Distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice are jointly proven to affect employee performance in MMR projects.

Abstract

In 2045, Indonesia has a vision to achieve Golden Indonesia. This is Indonesia’s ideal to become a country recognized in the global arena. One strategy to achieve this is to implement economic policies that focus on structural transformation, which not only rely on investment in human resource development, but also support for strengthening economic investment in technological innovation and education. This study looks at the experiences of various countries such as China, India, and South Korea in implementing economic policies, which are used as material for formulating economic policy transformation strategies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explore the various approaches taken by these countries to achieve economic transformation towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, with literature study data collection techniques. The research analysis used is thematic analysis with the discovery of patterns, opportunities, and challenges in implementing economic policies in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia needs to focus on several aspects of transformation, namely infrastructure investment, increasing agricultural productivity, developing Special Economic Zones (SEZ), increasing exports and diversifying economic products, and investing in education and technological innovation. The main challenge faced in implementing this policy is the consistency of policy implementation which often has an impact on regional disparities and the potential for social resistance to change. This research recommendation makes it necessary for synergy between the government, private sector and society to realize economic transformation in order to realize the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to analyze the influence of the Enterprise Multiple ratio value on the same price, analyze the influence of investment decisions using Economic Profit Ratio and Capex to Revenue Ratio on stock prices, and determine whether the results of the research can be used as a tool to measure the feasibility of investments that have been made by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method with an auto model Regression to identify the influence of the three independent variables on the company's stock price, using historical data from the company's financial statements and stock price. The results show that, partially, there is no significant influence of Enterprise Multiple, Economic Profit Ratio, and Capex to Revenue Ratio on the company's stock price. This finding provides practical implications for investors and financial analysts to consider stock price factors in the previous period in forecasting future stock price movements.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Paulus Indonesian Christian University, Makassar. The research method used is quantitative, namely systematic scientific research on relationships or influences obtained using statistical models, involving 88 respondents from the active student population. The technique used in this sampling is a simple random sampling technique. Data is collected through questionnaires that measure financial literacy, lifestyle and consumer behavior. The results of analysis using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) show that financial literacy has no significant effect on consumptive behavior, while lifestyle has a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that even though students have good financial literacy, lifestyle factors that tend to be consumptive are more dominant in influencing their shopping behavior. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into better financial management among students and encourage the importance of financial literacy education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing occupational health and safety (OHS) in Pertamina's upstream production units in East Kalimantan, against the backdrop of increasing attention to safety aspects in the oil and gas sector, which often faces high risks related to unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses. The main issues identified are low worker compliance with OHS protocols and a lack of awareness and participation in safety training. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that compliance with OHS regulations needs to be improved, particularly in the provision of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as enhancing training and outreach programs. The frequency of accident prevention evaluations should be increased, and employee participation in decision-making and OHS incident reporting remains low. It is recommended to conduct regular audits, strengthen OHS communication, schedule interactive training, increase evaluation frequency with published results, and enhance discussion forums and transparent reporting systems with incentives to encourage participation.
