Abstract

Lembaga keuangan mikro syariah memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab lembaga tersebut adalah implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan publik sekaligus menjadi sarana keberkahan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi CSR pada lembaga keuangan syariah berdasarkan perspektif Islam serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan program CSR. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR pada lembaga keuangan syariah dijalankan melalui program-program sosial keagamaan, antara lain: memberikan pinjaman yang baik (Al-Baqarah: 245), tolong-menolong (Al-Ma’un: 1-7), bersedekah (Al-Hadid: 18), menjaga lingkungan (Al-A’raf: 56), serta berlaku adil dan transparan (An-Nisa: 58). Program-program tersebut sejalan dengan prinsip Islam, membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat, dan memperkuat eksistensi lembaga keuangan syariah. Dengan demikian, CSR tidak hanya bernilai sosial, tetapi juga merupakan wujud pengamalan ajaran Islam dalam ranah ekonomi.

Abstract

This article explores the ecological mandate in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30, which positions humans as khalifah entrusted with the responsibility of preserving the earth, and examines its connection with contemporary sustainability management. The study employs a qualitative approach based on literature review, analyzing Qur’anic exegesis alongside recent academic journals on Islamic environmental ethics and sustainability management. The findings demonstrate that the concept of khalifah in Islam is strongly aligned with modern principles of sustainable development, particularly in terms of justice, balance, and intergenerational responsibility. Its practical implications are reflected in organizational governance, the development of the green economy, and religious-based education that fosters collective ecological awareness. The conceptual synthesis further highlights that maqasid al-shariah can be expanded as a normative foundation for environmental protection, thereby enriching sustainability management paradigms that are not only technical and economic but also spiritual and moral. Thus, Islam offers significant contributions to the global discourse on sustainability by integrating religious values into contemporary management practices.

Abstract

The lack of religious understanding in educating children and maintaining harmony in the family is a crucial issue for women in this modern era. Rapid developments often have a negative impact on spiritual values and family resilience, especially when women, as the main pillars of the household, do not have a strong religious foundation. This phenomenon can be overcome through religious activities, one of which is by attending religious lectures. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the application of management functions in Majelis Taklim at the Al-Muhtaram Kajen Mosque. The subject matter of this study uses management functions (POAC) as the analysis theory. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out using direct observation and interviews with the majelis taklim coordinator. Data analysis was carried out through a process of reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management functions (POAC) in the form of optimal planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling at the Majelis Taklim at the Al-Muhtaram Kajen Mosque can be a means of shaping Muslim women who are resilient, have good character, and are ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Social media plays a crucial role in shaping the religious identity of young people and fostering the emergence of the hijrah trend as a socio-religious phenomenon in the digital era. Although numerous studies have explored the role of preachers and online da’wah content, there remains a gap in research on the comparative impact across platforms and how educational background influences students’ understanding of hijrah. This study uses an exploratory, descriptive qualitative approach, collecting primary data through observation and user interactions on social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The results show that UIN students tend to interpret hijrah as an intellectual process closely related to the curriculum and religious-based academic activities, while private university students are more influenced by the hijrah community and emotional and social visual da’wah content. The uniqueness of this study lies in the comparative mapping of two different educational contexts and the analysis of the cross-platform impact of social media on shaping hijrah awareness. These findings confirm that the hijrah trend is not uniform, but rather shaped through the dynamic interaction of academic, social, and religious formation in the digital world.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped the landscape of Islamic preaching, presenting complex ethical challenges amid the dominance of algorithms and artificial intelligence. This study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review of 52 journal articles and 8 academic books published between 2015 and 2024. Thematic analysis identifies four critical dimensions: (1) the use of AI in automating religious content; (2) the ethical shift from moral responsibility toward popularity and monetization; (3) the low level of digital literacy among preachers and audiences in dealing with hoaxes and algorithmic manipulation; and (4) the extreme simplification of religious arguments that neglect contextual interpretation. Findings reveal that platform algorithms actively shape content and norms of preaching through systems privileging engagement over substantive depth. This study proposes an integrative model with five pillars: algorithm-aware ethics, digitally-informed scholarship, critical media literacy, contextual argumentation, and transparent practice. Practical implications include the need for digital literacy education, the development of alternative platforms grounded in Islamic values, and the transformation of Islamic education curricula to integrate critical understanding of digital technologies. Theoretical contribution lies in extending mediatization theory, enriching algorithmic ethics discourse, and deepening critical media literacy within the context of digital Islamic preaching, offering a novel interdisciplinary framework beyond previous studies.

Abstract

The purposed of this reasech was to analyzed the worth of da'wah in the customary parno of bathing children at Mukai Mudik Village, a tradition that has been ingrained in the society. Al-Qur'an and Sunnah are guidelines in our life, we should continue to hold on to these two guidelines so that we are always on the right path and pleased by Allah SWT. The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive approach. Where the data was obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by reviewing, and compiling data in the units that can be managed from the field that are considered meaningful to researcher and become a result of what was founded. The results of this research proved that there were Islamic values in the form of faith, sharia and morals in the customary parno of bathing children in the Mukai Mudik village, with an element of da'wah in customary parn. This customary parno should be preserved as a tradition from predecessors for the next generation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Planning Function is implemented in the Moral Development of Santri at the Al-Mukhtariyah Ambai Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research show that the moral condition of the students at the Muktariah Ambai Islamic boarding school is generally good. The implementation of the planning function has been implemented well, starting with a vision and mission that produces a generation of students who are visionary, professional and have the skills to face global challenges based on faith and piety. Abstract

The research was carried out because of ineffective planing as evidenced by problems that occurred among employees, namely the lack of effective planing in organizing and directing da'wah activities at KUA Danau Kerinci District. The lack of supervision and monitoring is proven by the problems that occur with employees, namely the lack of supervision and monitoring of employee performance at KUA Danau Kerinci District. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the Da'wah Management function in improving the performance of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (Kua) of Danau Kerinci District. This study used qualitative research methods. The key informants in this research are the Head of KUA, employees and the public who understand the issues discussed in this research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and verification and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source (data) triangulation techniques and method triangulation to test the validity of data related to the research problem studied by the researcher. The results of the research are the application of the planing function in improving the performance of KUA employees in Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency in Takhthtih (da'wah planing) including long-term plans and short-term plans. The application of the organizing function in improving the performance of KUA employees in Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency in Tanzhim (organizing da'wah) includes work specialization and departmentalization. The application of the actuating function in improving the performance of KUA employees in Danau Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency in Tawjih (implementation of da'wah) includes providing guidance, providing motivation and establishing communication

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontestasi antara dakwah salafi dan kultural dalam tradisi perayaan Maulid Nabi di Indonesia dari perspektif komunikasi dakwah. Studi ini muncul dari kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana perbedaan strategi dakwah memengaruhi pembentukan identitas keagamaan dan legitimasi praktik keagamaan dalam masyarakat Muslim yang multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) dan analisis konten kualitatif terhadap artikel, buku, dokumen organisasi Islam, serta narasi dakwah terkait Maulid Nabi dan dakwah Salafi. Unit analisis meliputi narasi, argumentasi, dan wacana komunikasi dakwah yang dianalisis melalui kerangka teori komunikasi dakwah dan teori identitas sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dua pola komunikasi dakwah yang berbeda. Dakwah kultural menggunakan pendekatan persuasif, dialogis, dan adaptif melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dengan tradisi budaya lokal yang berfungsi memperkuat solidaritas sosial serta memfasilitasi internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan. Sebaliknya, dakwah Salafi menekankan pendekatan skripturalis, normatif, dan korektif berdasarkan legitimasi tekstual Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah, sehingga menempatkan praktik Maulid sebagai bid’ah. Kontestasi ini mencerminkan perbedaan orientasi komunikasi, pembentukan identitas sosial, dan perebutan otoritas dalam interpretasi agama. Penelitian ini terbatas pada studi pustaka dan wacana tekstual, sehingga belum meneliti pengalaman empiris pelaku dakwah maupun dinamika dakwah di media digital. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi praktisi dakwah untuk menyesuaikan strategi komunikasi sesuai dengan konteks sosial-budaya, serta memahami implikasi kontestasi dakwah terhadap penerimaan sosial dan identitas keagamaan. Penelitian ini menempatkan tradisi Maulid Nabi sebagai arena kontestasi komunikasi dakwah serta memberikan kontribusi baru dalam studi komunikasi dakwah dengan menekankan interaksi agama, budaya, dan legitimasi religius dalam masyarakat Muslim Indonesia kontemporer.

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi digital telah mengubah praktik dakwah Islam dari model konvensional menjadi ekosistem media digital yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rekonstruksi personal branding dan trust marketing dalam dakwah digital serta kontribusinya terhadap penguatan ekonomi umat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain conceptual paper berbasis literature review, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik thematic analysis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa personal branding dibangun melalui tiga dimensi utama, yaitu otentisitas, konsistensi, dan visibilitas, yang membentuk kredibilitas da’i di ruang digital. Kredibilitas tersebut dikonsolidasikan melalui trust marketing menjadi kepercayaan yang stabil dan berbasis nilai. Integrasi keduanya menghasilkan alur relasional yang sistematis, dari pembentukan persepsi hingga engagement audiens yang berpotensi mendorong tindakan ekonomi. Kepercayaan yang terbangun berpotensi mendorong penguatan ekonomi umat melalui 4 mekanisme, yakni filantropi digital, penguatan ekonomi halal, pembentukan komunitas ekonomi berbasis kepercayaan, dan peningkatan literasi ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model integratif proposisional yang menghubungkan personal branding, trust marketing, dan potensi dampak ekonomi umat dalam satu kerangka analisis konseptual yang memerlukan validasi empiris lebih lanjut.
