Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of digital public services through the Web Inslite platform at the Library and Archives Office of Pinrang Regency. The main focus is to assess the effectiveness of digital services using the five SERVQUAL dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This research employs a qualitative case study approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that Web Inslite significantly enhances public access to literacy with flexible and adaptive services. Adequate physical and digital infrastructure, a user-friendly interface, and staff commitment to data privacy and security are key factors supporting the success of the system. The study highlights that applying the SERVQUAL model in the context of local digital libraries contributes meaningfully to evaluating e-Government-based service quality, especially in underexplored areas such as Eastern Indonesia. In conclusion, Web Inslite effectively meets the public's digital information needs and enhances overall service quality, while promoting inclusive and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

Higher education has a strategic role in educating the nation's life and increasing global competitiveness. As a system, higher education consists of collaborating components such as inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes that must be managed in an integrated and sustainable manner. This study aims to describe the basic concept of higher education as a system and analyze its implications for institutional governance. The method used is systematic literature review (SRL) with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by searching various literatures in various databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and ScienceDirect and analyzed using thematic techniques. The results of the study show that the higher education system encourages the transformation of institutional governance from traditional administrative models to data-based and quality-oriented adaptive governance. The implementation of the system allows institutions to improve the quality of governance through the integration of management information systems, strengthening the culture of quality, and collaboration between stakeholders. This system provides benefits in the form of improving the quality of public services, innovation, and productivity, but there are challenges in this system such as low graduate absorption, limited scientific development and regulatory dynamics. It is concluded that higher education as a system is not only a conceptual framework, but also a practical basis for developing adaptive and quality-oriented institutional governance.

Abstract

The challenge in the current curriculum is that teachers are not only required to be able to master learning materials, but also to be able to apply learning models that are appropriate to the needs of students. One of the learning models that is considered fun and able to make students active in the learning process is by using a collaborative game-based outdoor learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing a collaborative game-based outdoor learning model on student learning outcomes in class VIII of SMPN 6 Pamekasan. This study used a quantitative approach with the Quasi-Experimental method and the Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design . The results of the study found that the T-value of 2.216 with a significance level of 0.034 which is below 0.05 indicates that there is a real effect of the collaborative game-based outdoor learning model on student learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects. The significance figure of 0.034 which is smaller than 0.05 statistically proves that the research hypothesis is accepted. In addition, the experimental class with the Outdoor Learning model experienced an increase in learning outcomes of 57%, while the control class with the conventional model only achieved an increase of 26%.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in forming a quality generation, one of which is through learning Natural Sciences (IPA) in elementary schools. However, the material on the human digestive system is relatively abstract and difficult for students to understand if it is only delivered through lecture methods. This study aims to develop human digestive system teaching aids with a social phenomenology approach to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of MI Darul Ulum Driyorejo Gresik. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the 4-D model from Thiagarajan which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The development procedure begins with needs analysis, product design using used materials, expert validation, media revision, and limited trials. The results of the study showed that the teaching aids developed received very positive responses from students (83%) and teachers (88%). In addition, there was an increase in learning outcomes from 75% in the pretest to 98% in the posttest. This shows that the developed digestive system teaching aids are effective in helping students' understanding and are suitable for use in the science learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of media and its impact on the collective consciousness of citizens in the era of digital democracy in Indonesia. Democracy is not only realized through electoral procedures but also through processes of deliberation and state oversight. The transformation of media from traditional mass media to digital media has altered the ways in which citizens construct social realities and political solidarity. This article analyzes the role of media in shaping collective consciousness, from the homogenization of information during the New Order era to the fragmentation of information in the digital era. In this context, digital solidarity emerges through collective emotions rapidly disseminated via social media platforms, such as hashtags that instantly mobilize the masses. The article also addresses challenges posed by the power of social media and algorithms in shaping public opinion, which is often affective and episodic. Using a social constructionist theoretical framework, this article aims to understand how media transformation influences the quality of democracy and collective consciousness in Indonesian society
