This research focused on the problems in the sense of recording transactions on PT.DIMA HABADI who still have problems in stock reporting while doing the recording of transactions very much. Stock reporting process that still requires a long time, because the manual recording of transactions and should crosscheck back relatively much. Thus the purpose of this research cope in order to improve the weaknesses recording manually, and also to facilitate the stocking statements. The method used is the study of literature and data collection through in-depth interviews and direct observation to examine the workings of recording the transaction in progress. System development methodology is the use of "Waterfall Model" and is implemented through the programming language Visual Studio 2013 and SQL Server 2012 as the database.

Toko Felix'z Mobile is a shop that provides cellphone services and sells various kinds of cellphone accessories, located on Jalan Bridjen Kata mso km 2 Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. In this research the author will build an expert system at the Felix'z Mobile Store. A check is carried out manually in the sense that it is still using an electronic device to check the damage that has occurred to the cellphone. Due to this it takes a long time so the cellphone service is quite long. The software used as a tool for research and design of new systems is using Java Netbeans 8.1, and the database is MySQL Front. The results of the development of the system are expected to provide fast, accurate and efficient work potential so as to increase the potential of the shop.

Information is needed in the decision making process. Good and right decisions need to be supported by the availability of accurate, fast and relevant information. With such information, the head of an office or head of an institution or organization can get a complex and specific picture of a decision to be formulated. The decision will be efficient in terms of time because the data can be accessed instantly. In addition, the accuracy of the data is more guaranteed, so that decisions that are formulated will be more precise and can be formulated in a relatively short time. So far, PT Telkom Indonesia Tanjungpinang in making the decision to choose the best technician is not based on qualitative data comparing each existing criterion, so that the assessment is only carried out by the head of the office or asman by selecting the technician who he thinks is the best without considering the required criteria. So the assessment is only based on the results of voting votes and also the calculations carried out are also not computerized, so that old data is often lost from the books. With the Web-Based Best Technician Decision Support System to help the Head of the Office in dealing with the above problems, this system was created using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method with the PHP and Mysql programming languages as the database, as well as the software modeling method using UML.

Dalam perancangan sistem otomatis ini, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari studi kepustakaan dan eksperimen. Untuk metode pengembangan digunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahap rencana kebutuhan, proses dan desain, implementasi. Sistem Otomatis Putaran Kipas Angin Berdasarkan Suhu Ruang Menggunakan Mikrokontroler AtMega 32 Berbasis Android diimplementasikan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 7 sebagai aplikasi monitoring berbasis desktop, Arduino sebagai bahasa pemrograman mikrokontroler dan Eclipse untuk membuat aplikasi android.

In each company , agencies , organization or business entity will give salary as compensation from work an employee , besides the provision of basic salary its employees , every agency often give a bonus besides basic salary to spur performance and productivity work employees because an employee who receive the bonus had to close some certain criteria concerning their discipline, performance, and productivity according to set by each agencies or company. For any effort who had computer-based information system in their business activities so need the support system the decision to determine employees will that has priority to get a bonus based on with the performance and their productivities are and can menentukkan the size of the bonus deserve to the workers.The support system this decision also could be useful to monitor employee performance from time to time .This system can also be used as a reference in the determination of the next step for employees who performed well or not .In this research will be appointed a case of making an application that can be applied in the determination of a employee with the weighted prodiuct made in one form website based information system. The research is conducted by a method of qualitative and collecting data which can help in building this application.Then also conducted a review the needs of users in the process of input and output.So that found a system that not only can do data storage and calculations, bonus but also can edit, erasing the. This application made by a programming language php and html with tools application Visual Studio Code, MySQL as databases and XAMPP as servers to run this.

Dalam setiap perusahaan, instansi, organisasi atau badan usaha akan memberikan gaji sebagai kompensasi dari kerja seorang karyawan, disamping pemberian gaji pokok pada karyawannya, setiap instansi seringkali memberikan bonus disamping gaji pokok untuk memacu kinerja dan produktifitas kerja karyawannya dikarenakan seorang karyawan yang menerima bonus tersebut harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria tertentu yang berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan, kinerja, dan produktifitas sesuai yang ditentukan oleh masing-masing instansi atau perusahaan. Bagi setiap usaha yang telah menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer dalam kegiatan usahanya maka memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan manakah yang memiliki prioritas untuk mendapatkan bonus berdasarkan dengan kinerja dan produktifitasnya serta dapat menentukkan besarnya bonus yang pantas untuk diterima karyawan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini juga dapat berguna untuk memonitor kinerja karyawan dari waktu ke waktu. Sistem ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan langkah selanjutnya bagi karyawan yang berprestasi maupun tidak. Dalam penelitian ini akan diangkat sebuah kasus yaitu membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam penentuan bonus karyawan dengan metode weighted prodiuct yang dibuat dalam satu bentuk sistem informasi berbasis website. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dapat membantu dalam membangun aplikasi ini. Kemudian dilakukan pula tinjauan keperluan pengguna dalam proses input dan output. Sehingga didapatlah sebuah sistem yang tidak hanya dapat melakukan penyimpanan data dan perhitungan bonus, namun juga dapat mengedit, menghapus data. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dengan tools berupa aplikasi visual studio code, MSQL sebagai database serta XAMPP sebagai server untuk menjalankan aplikasi ini.

Cell phones are a phenomenon of the most interest since the end of the last century. A phenomenon that began in the 1990s and develops until now. Cellular phones now have an Operating System that is able to manage and control all applications, there are various operating systems such as Symbian, Windows Mobile, Palm, Blackberry and Android which are new today. Thus the authors are interested in creating an android application that makes it easy for people to seek treatment at a health clinic. The system created is a system that makes it easier for people to see the queue number so that people who are going for treatment do not have to wait too long at the clinic. In designing this class the research methodology used is data collection. The data collection method consisted of literature study and experiment. Android-Based Patient Registration Application at Cordelia Pharmacy and General Practitioner Practices Jl. RE. Martadinata Tanjungpinang is implemented based on a needs analysis using Android applications, PHP and Java programming languages, PHP MySql as a database.

The integrated data processing system at the Tanjungpinang Hospital Pharmacy cannot predict the stock of drugs. Drug data prediction system is based on drug sales and drug sales rates. The reason for using the naïve Bayes method is because this method makes it easy to calculate and determine the possibilities that occur at the Tanjungpinang Hospital pharmacy and can help the pharmacy in making decisions to make drug purchase transactions. The development of information systems in making software uses the Waterfall method. The development application uses netbeans 7.3.1 and MySQL as the database. The program was tested using the Black Box method. With this application, it can help the pharmacy to collect drug data quickly and accurately and can help predict drug data using the naïve Bayes method to make decisions in making drug purchases. And can make a report which will be submitted to the owner.

Management of the assessment of the performance evaluation in the company which is carried out is not structured and manual processes will cause the decision-making system by the leadership to be inaccurate. This of course will be very detrimental to the company, especially Honeywell Aerospace, which is a company engaged in aircraft navigation electronics. This study aims to analyze all the inhibiting factors in the performance evaluation process of Kaizen activities (improvement activities) which will solve system integration problems using the point method to simplify the process process manually. In the running system, the Honeywell company in the HOS (Honeywell Operating System) department still uses a system manual which must record every data on the performance results of a Kaizen activity and submit an opportunity sheet for the delivery process. Production results will still be reprocessed into Microsoft Excel. With the point system method can accommodate needs, because this system is able to provide value / value to every activity / job in the organization more objectively, according to the load of each individual job, thereby reducing the policy on compensation. The results of research conducted to build a program that is most popular and popular to accelerate the production process of Kaizen activities. The application program is built integrated with a structured point system method and also an Auto Email process that automatically sends notifications to managers after the input process is complete. The final result of the research is in the form of an application program as a Decision Support System that can process the production process and present reports instantly by simply clicking on the one for all (one for all) menu form.

This study aims to build a general model of a simulation system in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's customers. Tanjungpinang through e-banking and internet banking services and produces the best scenario that can be used by policy makers in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) tbk customers. Tanjungpinang through the quality of internet banking services. The dimensions of service quality used in this study are the dimensions of efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, privacy, security and fulfillment. Model development and simulation in this study uses a dynamic system. Dynamic systems represent the real world in the form of stocks, flow between stocks, and information that determines the value of the flow. The dynamic system model in this study describes the relationship of internet banking service quality to bank customer satisfaction and loyalty. The simulation results show that the quality of internet banking services plays an important role in maintaining and increasing bank customer satisfaction and loyalty. By increasing the value of the service quality dimension by 80% for each dimension, customer satisfaction and loyalty will increase so that it will increase bank income and profit. Therefore, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, all dimensions of the quality of internet banking services must be improved in line with the increase in the number of users and the number of internet banking transactions.
