Forecasting is an integral part of management decision-making activities. Forecasts are made generally based on the data of the past that were analyzed by using certain methods. Therefore in this research will predict time series data using Radial Basis Fuction, ARIMA and Double Exponential Smoothing using Matlab version 8.1. The data used is the daily selling rate of Rupiah against the UERO that started from June 2020 to January 2021. Of the three results forecast, will be used prediction results are combined by hybrid methods. From the results of RBF forecasting, ARIMA, Double Exponential Smoothing obtained MAPE respectively 0.43%, 1.49% and 0.46% and after combined with methods hybridization obtained MAPE of 0.39%. It can be seen that for the best MAPE obtained by hybrid methods. Hopefully this research can help in analyzing the fluctuation of the value of a particular currency movements at the time of transaction - purchase of foreign currency

Bakung Ubud Resort and Villa is an accommodation that provides room lodging services, food and beverages, and laundry. Currently, information data processing for financial reports only limited for revenue statement and it’s done manually. The accounting information system used is still desktop-based so that financial reports cannot be presented in real-time. The accounting information system is not integrated with other departments causing financial reports to be irrelevant. Bakung Ubud uses this information system to support operations in presenting financial reports and seeing company profits. To present relevant reports, it is necessary to design a web-based system that can be integrated with other departments. This system will help the finance department to carry out transactions that occur in the company to present financial reports. Accounting information system based on the web and using MySQL as a database. The development method uses the waterfall method. The results of system testing using black-box testing are thirty-seven (37) testing of twelve (12) modules it can be concluded that accounting information systems that are integrated with other departments help manage data in the finance department. The features contained in the accounting information system in Bakung Ubud can manage and produce relevant financial reports for the company.

The problem of hoax news is something universal that can change someone perspective. The impact can generate fear, racism ideas, and lead to oppression and violence against innocent people. This problem has existed since time immemorial, even though there is no access to information throughout the world. Currently there are 2.5 trillion bytes of data and it increasing, leading to the next problem, i.e. faster at analyzing and identifying hoax news and real news. The ideal solution is using Deep Learning algorithm and the author chooses Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method and it's particular method Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The accuracy obtained is 99%, greater than Machine Learning methods such as Rocchio or Multinomial Naive Bayes.

This research is a research conducted to find out how the private blockchain which uses a multichain platform with the architecture developed by [1] can be used for an information system for the distribution of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas, a case study of the city of Tanjungpinang. The research method used to collect data in this study is the method of questionnaires, interviews and documentation to obtain data that is relevant to this research. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument which was distributed to obtain information from sub-agents and the public regarding subsidized 3 kg LPG gas. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with agents to find out information about subsidized 3 kg LPG gas. For the soft development method, the author uses the waterfall method. In this study, researchers developed a system based on the architectural system developed by [1]. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that by using a private blockchain multichain platform design architecture [1] in the distribution process of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas by utilizing a good information system, it can record data / information about the distribution of 3 kg LPG gas subsidized so it can be said that the private blockchain which uses a multichain platform with the architecture developed by [1] can be used for the distribution of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas case study of the city of Tanjungpinang.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tanjungpinang use e-filling application in the tax payment process and make it easy to service tax payers. To know how far of information technology on going, so we take measurement of capability and rating scale of information technology who’s being applied. The purpose of this measurement is to know how far of information technology who’s being applied so we can recommend to improve performed of company. This research method is data analysis quantitative and validity test. In collection of data used with literature review and field studies (interview, observation, questionnaire). The results of data collection based on framework COBIT 5 we got optimization of TI on going (EDM01) capability level got the value 5.00 and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.2%. For the managerial service optimization process (EDM02) the capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 91.4%. The risk management process (EDM03) capability level got the value of 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 92.4%. The resource optimization process (EDM04) capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.6%. For the performance optimization process (EDM05) the capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.4%.

Trichomoniasis or trich is an infection in vagina that causes by a protozoa called trichomonas vaginalis. Trich got contagious by sexual activity. This disease attacking the underneath of genital of man or woman, on the part that called tractur urogenitalis. Most of people feel shy to do a consultation with doctor about their genital because it’s too privacy for them, and also there’s an economic factor if they do a consultation with a doctor, because it’s not free and definitely needs more charge to spend. With this expert system, users who suffer from diseases are not ashamed because they can diagnose the disease themselves, and can also save on consultation fee. The methodology used for the development of this application is waterfall methodology, the reason is because this application was designed from scratch, so the author feels that this methodology is very appropriate to be applied in the process of developing this expert system. And for the calculation method in this expert system, the author uses the certainty factor method which is a method commonly used in expert system. The outcome of this thesis is there’s a system that can diagnose what percentage is the possibility of someone got infected by trich depending on the choice of symptoms they entered into the program. This expert system was built using Netbeans IDE 8.0 and MySQL as the database.

Micro, small and medium enterprises are a field of business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. This research was conducted to analyze the customer relationship management strategy to maintain customer loyalty which is run by Singgah Always and Rumah Kue Alifa. The approach in this research is qualitative with case study method and uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The customer relationship management strategy implemented is in the form of identifying customers, listening to customer needs and providing services in meeting customer needs and creating customer relationship management programs in the form of member programs and discount events which can benefit customers. With this program, it is expected to maintain customer loyalty to the two UMKMs.

Banking is an industry that is currently developing in the use of information technology by increasing service quality standards in order to compete in the market in an increasingly tight digital era. At this time, BRI bank is attracting public attention to the quality of renewal by launching a mobile banking application, therefore an analysis of reviews of BRImo mobile banking users is carried out to serve as an object of research by comparing text mining classification methods. This study aims to determine the results of the comparison of the Support vector machine and Naive Bayes algorithms. Support vector machine and Naive Bayes algorithm are classification methods used to process data in the form of text with a good level of accuracy. This algorithm is usually used for text mining analysis with 4 stages, namely data scrapping, preprocessing, classification and evaluation. At the preprocessing stage, there are several processes including filtering, labeling, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal & stemming and normalization to get relevant words to be classified. The results of this study are the Support vector machine algorithm has a better performance in classifying the BRImo mobile banking application review data with an accuracy value of 97,69% compared to the Naive Baye algorithm with an accuracy value of 96,53%.

The spread of COVID-19 is designated as a pandemic that has spread to the entire population in the world and one of the affected people is Indonesia. In reducing the spread of COVID-19, the government issued rules to minimize positive numbers from the pandemic. The rules set include large-scale social restrictions which in the world of education also apply these rules. In the education system, it is made into an online system which was previously a face-to-face system. With the issuance of the rules for this online system, there are pros and cons in responding to it. There are people who object to requiring an internet connection to go through the learning process which will cost more for this. Regarding these problems, news about the application of online learning systems is crowded on social media, one of which is YouTube. The discussion about this online system makes the public have an opinion in the comment column provided by the social media. Various public opinions have emerged, so this research can assess a sentiment contained in social media regarding this online learning system. The research tries to use the nave Bayes method and the LDA sequential deep learning algorithm which is still in the experimental stage by setting the results manually but according to the procedures of each method. The nave Bayes method found negative comments of 65.33% and positive values of 23.33% with an accuracy value of 56.45%. Meanwhile, using the LDA sequential deep learning algorithm method, 35 positive comments, 95 negative comments, and 17 neutral comments were obtained from 150 data taken from 5 videos on YouTube. Judging from the results with the method that has been applied, what is of great value is the negative value of the discussion.
