Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain Facebook users' responses to e-commerce activities from four sides, namely perceived ease of use, the perceived attitude of use, behavioral problems to use, and the real conditions of using the Facebook system for e-commerce activities in Ambon city. The population in this study were Ambon city residents and 30 people were selected as the study sample. From the results of the analysis obtained the average value of achievement scores for the four sides tested were 83%, 81%, 79%, and 76%, so it can be concluded that the perception of ease of use has a significant positive effect on the attitude of use, then attitudes usage has a significant positive effect on behavior to use, and behavior to use has a significant positive effect on the real conditions of the Facebook system usage.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan, Pembangunan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan (BAPELITBANG) Kabupaten Bintan, salah satu dari tugasnya adalah mempersiapkan RPJMD (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah) yang dikenal sebagai RPJMD teknokratik. Saat mempersiapkan RPJMD dibutuhkan data dan informasi kondisi umum daerah, yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengeksplorasi, memproyeksikan, memprediksi kondisi lima tahun ke depan. Ada beberapa tahapan sebelum melakukan proses analisis data dan analitik, salah satunya adalah data preprocessing. Salah satu kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh BAPELITBANG adalah tahapan data preprocessing, karena data tersebar di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dengan berbagai macam format. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dimulai dari merancang arsitektur data. Framework yang digunakan untuk merancang arsitektur adalah The Open Group Arcitecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) Fase C, yaitu Arsitektur Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari Perancangan adalah cetak biru (Blueprint) yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dalam mengimplementasikan dan sebagai basis ke tahapan selanjutnya, yaitu data cleansing, data filter / enrich, classification, data analytics, modelling prediction, data delivery, dan data visualization.

Abstract

Pengolahan stok barang di Toko Dual Comm saat ini dalam pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar meliputi barang pembelian atau penambahan stok barang dan juga untuk keluar sebagai penjualan. Agar proses pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, maka sudah seharusnya untuk menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar yang dapat menangani proses barang masuk dan keluar. Dengan dibentuknya suatu sistem dengan proses terkomputerisasi berbasis client server, maka diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang telah terjadi.Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakanadalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari rekayasa sistem, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan Bahasa pemograman Netbeans dan PhpMyAdmin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem perangkat lunak yang berbasis client server untuk proses pengolahan data barang masuk dan keluar. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja pihak Toko Dual Comm terutama dibagian accounting dalam proses barang masuk dan keluar.

Abstract

Processing inventory data manually by counting one by one and it is difficult to distinguish the types of inventory is very ineffective and inefficient, for that we need an application that can simplify performance and solve problems related to inventory processing. So we need a method to overcome various things, the method used is the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method. Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto is a technique or method used to overcome uncertainty in problems that have many answers. Based on existing problems, the authors analyze and design a new system that anticipates weaknesses in the running system without causing new problems. With Fuzzy logic Tsukamoto reasoning provides a way to understand system performance by assessing system input and output from observations.

Abstract

Website memiliki peranan penting bagi perbankan karena merupakan media informasi sekaligus sarana promosi berbasis online yang sangat effective digunakan untuk menjangkau masyarakat luas. PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk sebagai salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia tentunya memiliki keperluan untuk memiliki website berkualitas tinggi agar dapat bersaing dengan bank-bank lainnya dalam memberikan layanan informasi terbaik baik untuk nasabah maupun calon nasabanya. Sayangnya, hingga saat ini masih belum ada pengukuran terkait tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap kualitas website yang dimiliki oleh Bank Sinarmas. Mengetahui hal itu maka dilakukan penelitian berjudul “Analisis kualitas website dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap website PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk menggunakan metode webqual 4.0. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat kepuasan nasabah berdasarkan 4 variabel penting yaitu ketergunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas layanan interaksi (service interaction quality) dan kepuasan nasabah (service user satisfication). Pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis data dari jawaban kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada 50 sampel random nasabah PT. Bank Sinarmas, Tbk kantor cabang Tanjungpinang menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan software SPSS 22.

Abstract

Tourism has become a leading industry in Bintan Regency and is one of the fastest growing sectors in the service economy so that it can support and increase regional income, therefore promoting the existence of tourism objects is very important for the success of the tourism industry in Bintan Regency. Presentation of accurate information about the existence of tourist areas is needed as a guideline for tourists to visit the tourist area of Bintan Regency. One presentation of information about the existence of tourist areas is by displaying it in the form of data and information on geographical conditions known as Geographic Information Systems (GIS).The purpose of this study is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the existence of tourism objects in Bintan Regency by using a web-based mapping approach. In designing this geographic information system the author uses the Spiral method and in the analysis of system requirements modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQLI database.The results of the making of geographic information systems (GIS) regarding tourist areas in the Web-based Kaban Regency are expected to be a solution as a medium to promote the existence of tourist areas in Bintan Regency and also as a guide for tourists to visit these tourist areas.

Abstract

The development and progress of technology today is very rapid, with the progress in the field of science and technology, producing new innovations. Even in the automotive industry, and the food industry, many use the help of automated robots. Especially in the field of agriculture the use of automatic technology is very necessary because in terms of difficulties in working on land and plant care. Watering is the main thing in managing vegetables. Often watering vegetables takes a long time, and requires control in the water pump so that when the water in the container is no longer available, there is a jim at the water pump. Prototype design of ATMEGA328P Microcontroller Automatic Spinach Watering System, which aims to assist farmers in watering spinach vegetables. Because this tool can monitor watering automatically. by using a Soil Moisture Hygrometer that will detect the level of moisture in the soil, so that watering will be stopped automatically when the water content in the soil is wet.

Abstract

Periodic Salary Increases is a kind of salary increases given to civil servants once in two years who is qualified according to the law. Making a Periodic Salary Increases Letter in Provincial Government of Riau Island. is still in manual process by typing the letter one by one and saved in Staffing Administrator's computer. This might cause an incorrect in Periodic Salary Increases Decree. Moreover, any trouble in the administrator's computer could also cause files lost and make Periodic Salary Increases Decree arrived late at BPKAD of Province of Riau Island.. From cases above, we need a Periodic Salary Increases Information System based on website to support Staffing create Periodic Salary Increases Decree.Author design a modeling system using structured method: Context Diagram, DFD, and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). This research produce Periodic Salary Increases Information System to process Periodic Salary Increases Decree, requirements, and to produce Periodic Salary Increases Decree until it suitable to send to BPKAD of Province of Riau Island.

Abstract

Dam is a construction that is built to restrain rate of water into a reservoir, lake, or recreation area. Often dams are also used to drain water to a hydroelectric power plant. Most dams also have a section called the water gate to remove unwanted water gradually or continuously. Based on the existing problems, the author analyzes and designs a new system that anticipates weaknesses in the running system without causing new problems. The automatic control system for water discharge in the dam simulation uses the ATMEGA 32 microcontroller and the serial communication that the author proposes has answered the problems that arise. The automatic control system for water discharge in the dam simulation using the ATMEGA 32 microcontroller and serial communication can give good results in providing water level data in the aquarium container tested. The software used as a tool in this research is Borland Delphi7 and Arduino and the methodology used for the development of this application is the Spiral method. The results of the development of this system are expected to make it easier for the government to fix waterways.

Abstract

Jasa periklanan pada koran merupakan salah satu media promosi yang berkembang pesat di seluruh kota, namun media yang digunakan pemasangan iklan tersebut hanya menampilkan gambar berupa desain grafis 2D. Peningkatan inovasi dan kreativitas sangat dibutuhkan agar iklan grafis ini terlihat lebih menarik dan menambah manfaat bagi pembaca. Inovasi baru yang dapat diterapkan pada koran khususnya pada iklan yaitu penerapan teknologi augmented reality. Penggabungan teknologi smartphone dengan augmented reality menggunakan metode marker-based sangat memungkinkan menghasilkan konten iklan yang lebih menarik dengan iklan bergerak (motion), sehingga pada smartphone akan menghadirkan video, mengikuti marker yang tertera pada iklan grafis koran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Vuforia SDK dengan penggabungan paket cloud recognition dan paket video playback sehingga video atau konten dapat diunggah dan ditampilkan secara dinamis dan pendeteksiannya dilakukan secara online.
